Please understand this is an honest review and you will see if you read the other reviews I am not the only one to receive VERBAL ABUSE from all the indians who work here. Names SAM, PK and this other girl who all use false names!! They are SCANMERS who run at least 5 or more google pages because of all the complaints they keep creating new PAGES as the 0wners try to hide behind their phone
I had "SAM" literally yell at me and PK BOTH yell the word F&&%# more thhn 3 times abd started calling me crazy because i was upset paying $80 for nothing if not worse odd then before but t this is what they do trying to intimidate customers when
they call back demanding a refund due to A SHIT JOB so YOU go away. Don't fall for this and report them.. FIRST THE YOUNG KID PJ who looks no more than 16 yo(definite not a professional who even struggles to carry his leaking and on the verge of dying machine called "the terminator" ) who was 1 hour late and did ONLY one pass on carpets and did 3 room's in less than 10 minutes. Did not extract any water and left them so wet that the next day still wet and absolutely STINK so bad because he doesn't know what he's doing and has probay destroyed the carpets. I woke up feeling so sick and all congested from sleeping with dampness in the whole apartment. Left doors ans windows open all day and still smells as if he used a machine used for pets with urine
It is so bad that i called to make a complaint and demanded my money back. I recorded all their conversations luckily to make sure they are exposed.

Never in my life have I felt so ripped off and treated this way. They obviously think they are living back home as in Australia this behaviour is not tolerated and need to be investigated.. i will be reporting to ACCC consumer watchdog.

Conclusion: go somewhere else for the same job!
They prefer to loose 100 customers per review and pocket your money then actually doing a good job for the money you paid.

Very good customer service

$400 for an empty 2 bedroom unit, were to include floors, walls and windows. Bathroom floors hadn't even been attempted, while walls were left with water marks from wet rags being used. We had to re-clean all floors as the estate agent wasn't satisfied and the cleaners couldn't offer a time to come back to honour their 100% bond guarantee. Windows hadn't even been attempted.

I get a call on the morning to tell me they will be 2 hours late, i rearrange my day to suit. I was told they would be here for an hour, worker was here close to 3. Absolutely shocking. I had to clean up after him when he left. Who needs to clean up after a cleaner??? Told 1 price over the phone, then told that i need to pay more for chemicals to remove stains! $400 waisted. Couldn't sleep on my matress, 24 hours later it's still soaking wet along with my couch. Im so angry and disappointed. Do your research, these people are not professional!

I spent $250 on a so called "clean" to prepare our house for sale. All they had to do was the kitchen, the oven and the ensuite bathroom. They were appalling....came back to do the rangehood...which they had forgotten and left it all smeared...and grease all over the tiles. I may as well not have bothered. DO NOT hire this company unless you have money to throw away. Just appalling. We've had to start all over again.

Was quoted $200 over the phone for external pest removal to be completed over 3 visits. The guy turns up next day and expects $450 for the same. Told him it wasn't what we agreed to and he refused to leave without payment. Had to call husband to come home from work because the guys made me feel very uncomfortable.
Would not recommend.

Booked a service for Tuesday, got a call in the morning asking for parking. I said no parking then the guy said they can’t come. I was angry and agreed said please don’t come for at least 10 times. Funny, half hour later they called me several times with different numbers to convince me to let them do the cleaning since they found a parking.

After agreeing to a $450 quote over the phone for vacate cleaning, I was advised that the cleaning would amount $800 (almost double!) when the cleaners got to mine (50 minutes late). THe cleaners absolutely promised and reassured me they would provide a next to none, 1000%, out of this world job. So I said yes after hearing this. I had to agree anyway as that was the only day that I had left to clean my apartment before handing the keys, otherwise I would have done it myself.

The cleaning they provided was rubbish. Walls left with marks, dirt, NEW handprints left on the walls, benches not wiped and rubbish not collected off the floor. There was rubbish still left inside the cupboards in the kitchens and bathrooms not cleaned and mouse poison left in the apartment.

After providing photos and listing all of the things I was not happy with, The manager agreeed to have them come back out to improve the cleaning. This tim onlY some benches were wiped, not all and the rat poison not removed still.

Would have loved to have provided photos on here, but can't upload. Anyway, you get the jist of where I am coming from. I should have checked reviews before booking them. Totally ripped off.

Quoted 299 for a small 3 bedroom house with hardwood floors and tile throughout. Arrived at the property and my wife felt mildly intimidated by the 2 young men who told her it would be an extra 70 dollars. The charges were, laughably, for 'Two ovens'. We have a small kitchen with one oven and a grill underneath. They also claimed that 299 didn't include GST, which was not clear from the quote at the time. When I read the reviews and realised I was probably going to end up redoing the place, I took the day off work and went over and sent them away and did it myself. I get the feeling these are students or something, who don't really care about the business. They just quote and turn up places and then tag on extra charges and then run out. Scam. Avoid. You've been warned.

My poor elderly mother had a terrible accident and didn’t make it to the bathroom in time... I called at noon and they arrived three hours later on a Friday and the whole lot vanished! Totally amazing!

This company gives me a same day same service and I have old wine stain which is don’t go through one other company and mad about company clean it and technician is very polite and employe help me with moving the furniture.

This company gives the same day the same service and they repair my carpet also they buy the same carpet as I have for me and they provide me carpet super steam cleaning as well as on the same day as I return to key my real estate agent.

appointment was rescheduled, 2 different prices were quoted terrible job was done with no stain removed on couches and lots or water left on carpet and hallway (remember carpets and hallways were not cleaned), had to clean after cleaner. Even 1 star is more than what they deserve.
