My experience has been excellent! I have a Real Estate Trust IRA. They make everything so simple and easy. From opening the account, investing your money and depositing the profits, that you don't even have to understand how it all works. Support is ALWAYS extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I couldn't have chosen a better company to work with. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

Very pleased with Madison Trust for helping me set up my Self Directed IRA account. I put them in a very tough crunch to help invest in a real estate transaction and they did a great job walking me through the details, expediting the process and keeping me in the loop all along the way. Madison Trust Co., for my investment short lead-time closing needs at the start-up company has been a October 'world class-Grand Slam performance'. I sensed crunch time from the start-ups CFO's tight timing press and self directed IRA questions posed. Ian Robertson at Madison Trust teleconferenced and alleviated those concerns the start-up company's CFO posed about my approach to invest inside an IRA and the structure of my self-directed IRA. Every Madison Trust Company contact that I made i.e., initial contact with Ian, his instructions, the portal uploads, the investment document verification team and 8 day start to finish handling of my account have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! The in-house team is professional and valued by me as a client.

Madison trust company made it very easy for me to set up my LLC. They walked me through the process made sure I had everything I needed to have a quick turnaround to get my LLC set up. Everyone is so knowledgeable and they treated me like family.

Overall, as a new member, I have had an excellent experience with Madison. Despite the shuffling and shifting of their usual services because of the COVID-19 crisis, everyone on the Support Team at Madison has been very helpful, patient and friendly. One person that I came regularly into phone contact with is Brittany, who goes above and beyond to address customers' questions and concerns. She comes across as a lovely person with her excellent customer service skills, as she calmly and flexibly helps new members sift through the important information on their accounts. Brittany is a wonderful asset to Madison and Madison's customers.

When I first contacted Madison Trust, I had no idea how to go about setting up a Self Directed IRA. They walked me through the process every step of the way. They made a complicated process seem so easy. If you're considering a self directed IRA, you definitely need to contact Madison Trust. I give them a 5-Star rating. Wonder experience!

Amanda Pilliteri was extremely helpful in assisting and reviewing my documents to completion. She contacted me several times and called me to walk me through the process. She was professional and very friendly.

Shockingly effective in helping me set up a self-directed IRA. From my initial conversation with a sales rep, through onboarding, through money transfer....these folks were impeccable. I was dreading the process given the poor state of service and initiative in most businesses, these folks were amazing. Now having gotten one transaction under my belt, I expect to do many more with them.

I recently started a self-directed IRA with Broad Financial/Madison Trust with the intention of investing in a private placement real estate vehicle. It was my first time investing in private placement real estate. I had some deadlines in mid-Feb 2020 and I was in a time crunch. Some of the forms were rather confusing to me but the Madison Trust staff was able to assist me. I dealt with Amanda P a bit and she was helpful with my requests, and as a courtesy, expedited the process to allow me to meet funding deadlines. The process at times took a bit longer than expected, but once it got to Amanda, the process was much smoother. Thank you, Amanda and Madison Trust for helping me get the account set up and dealing with a lot of forms and interacting with the real estate manager.
