The power adapter failed ( twice ) and they refused to replace it. The 'guarantee' is only for 30 days. The charge to replace it was approx. $16. Having spent over an hour on the chat app with them they also refused to refund my money for unused years of service so I am left with a useless device.

I recently had an issue with my MagicJack VOIP hardware and the company would not send me a new router. I ended up purchasing a new MagicJack. I love the overall service but feel a bit slighted for having to replace company hardware that should have been replaced for free.

I spent an hour chatting online with a magicJack agent who apparently did not understand English. My magicJack Plus has a low volume (lower than the original magicJack which worked fine). After trying a couple things, I was transferred to a top 10% agent who told me to "CHANGE THE VOLUME ON MY PHONE, BUY AN AMPLIFIED PHONE, AND CONSULT A HEARING SPECIALIST"! They asked me to make many changes to my PC which I did, but I kept explaining that I use the device on my router, not my PC. The changes did nothing to help the volume issue. They will send a new unit, but I had to pay $10.43 for shipping, which does not seem right.
