Hi, I'm Mihai C. from Houston, Tx, USA. I'll start to say, bad, very bad experience with this clinic. I DONT RECOMAND THIS CLINIC, NOT FOR THE DOCTORS, BUT FOR THE PERSONAL (Buse and Aykut Furan) ARE RESPONSABLE WITH ALL THE ARRANGEMENT. I give them one star, but they don't deserve anyone. I contact the clinic for a blepharoplasty surgery. I start the procedure to find more details. They told me something. I got an invoice with all the expenses, After I paid a down payment of $300, I got a different invoice with more expenses and at the down payment was less amount I paid. In the beginning they offer you something and at the end will came with something else more different. In this time something came in my life, and I was able to make this trip. I ask for the refund for the down payment $300, but they told me, it's impossible, because I'm not in the conditions for a refund, but they will put the money in a deposit for a postpone surgery. Hell, NO, with this clinic anymore. I recommend everybody want to go with this clinic to read all the reviews and before to pay some money to have a final estimation. For me was a BIG CHEAT AND I CONSIDER THIS ACTION A BIG SCAM. DON'T TRUST THIS CLINIC. I know I'm not gone see this money, but at least to inform the future clients with realty.

Very professional service from the communication, pick ups and also the doctors everyone made me feel at ease from start to finish. The clinic was very clean, modern and sterile again this gave me confidence in the procedure.

The communication was the best part. Always on hand even after hours of service. A good, nice, clean clinic and building. The staff are all very polite and friendly snd make the whole experience s better one.

All the staff where very friendly and helpful. Any questions i had were answered with no problems. First class service from my first contact with the company right through to transplant and aftercare meeting.

Excellent experience and really happy with how everthing has been run. From taxi service to the procedure, Everything ran smoothly. The staff are friendly and very professinal and i will definalty be returning if neccassary in the future.

Nearly 2 months after my liposuction and I’m healing well and can already see great results!!! . My overall experience with MCAN was great. Everything was arranged for us from the airport pick up, the hotel, to the over night stay at the private hospital. My surgeon Dr Murat was very good even though he did not speak English properly. Alper from the sales team was brilliant as was Saba from the after sales team. My overall experience was good, however my only criticism would be I felt that everything was a bit too rushed and more time should be spent with the patient making them feel at ease. Other than that all was good. Thank MCAN for making me feel great!

A little about myself: I am a male who was 150kg at 16 years old and now at 26 I have reduced to 105kg but there is still some stubborn fat areas around my stomach and love handles and male gynecomastia which i have been suffering from mentally since a young boy being body conscious is terrible. I looked online in london and my procedures totalled around £10k + .. I so looked into medical tourism and found MCAN health.. from the start they was very nice and helpful on whatsapp since this is an embarrassing thing to talk about - i found it easy talking to Bilgen. I sent her pictures and she said what was needed ( love handles , stomach and gynecomastia) and sent over forms with prices and where my money went too e.g medical supplies cost of 2/3 sites lipo and gyno. I felt easy talking to Bilgen, so i took the chance and we negotiated the dates and times I would fly over - and she booked every transfer I needed. Day 1: As soon as I reached Istanbul, my Transfer was waiting and took me to my Hotel which was a Very nice 4 Star hotel Troya - Very clean Very polite staff. I rested up and went to meet my Doctor the next day in a very high quality Hospital. Day 2: Ive stopped leaking any fluid. Bilgen contacts me to let me know my Transfer is waiting for me at 8:30am outside my hotel , I arrive to the Hospital and They took my blood at 10am , I was in my clean room hospital bed and they took me to the operating room by 1pm and I was completely under after we agreed the procedures to happen ( love handles , stomach and gynecomastia). I wake up at 4pm and I saw a glimpse of my flat chest and it was enough to lift my mood to really happy - i was under the correct medicine so i was in no agony, I was waited on by two nurses who came to me whenever i needed a pee bottle or needed to throw up. the nurses came to check on me every hour and I knew i was safe. I was leaking a lot of fluid with little blood but I was aware of this so I just relaxed in the nice hospital bed :) - My body is swollen and I can hardly move but every hour I get stronger. they showed me 5 liters of fat they removed from me! Day 3: all my skin wounds that would dispurse liquid seem to have closed , I feel like I can walk and go to the toilet by myself, so by the afternoon my transfer was waiting to take me back to my Troya hotel. Its always hard for me after a surgery because i feel vulnerable and scared but the staff at Troya hotel really looked after me despite the slight language barrier everyone had a good understanding of English. The hotel staff brought me food to my room which was great turkish main meals for like £3-6 a dish! everything I asked for , their response was 'Ofcourse!! :)' they shook my hand smiled at me, I was spoiled. Sleeping was hard as I had to sit up right and keep elevated but when you gotta sleep it will happen! Day 4: I go to the rooftop resturaunt and was eating Breakfast , lunch and dinner there , I was taking small trips outsode the hotel but I had very strong Wifi 24-7 in turkey I was honestly just chilling in my room like a King! Why not .. on instagram Its like im having a holiday!! haha. Bilgen is asking me more questions then she feels I should ask her! aha I am very happy that Bilgen at MCAN is contacting me so much the aftercare is genuine. Im just spending today in bed thank you very much !! :) swelling has gone down so much i must of hit the peak yesterday! woohoo! Day 5: Today was the last day so the transfer was ready at 9am to take me back to my Doctor who operated on me for a checkup and he was happy with my results and sent me on my way to the airport back to London Here i am on Day 7 and I feel amazing, The whole experience was extremely easy and I met an amazing person Bilgen is truly an Angel she is doing everything she can to help everyone all over the world please give MCAN a try , I almost cry in happiness thinking about how much my life has changed I have a flat stomach and flat chest! something I have been working my whole life and I did it for £2800 thats the whole trip and spending! If you think about doing anything with MCAN , ask them - they will do everything they can to help you in a honest, polite and respectful way. its always on your terms!

MCAN were amazing, from start to finish,they made me feel so comfortable, the clinic was 10/10 for cleanliness, all staff were amazing, from the drivers to the treatment staff. I would highly reccomend MCAN to anyone in the same position as me. After 18 months of research before hand i can definitley with confidence say i made the right choice.

I received 2524 grafts. I arrived at the clinic at 9.30pm and I was back at my hotel by 4pm. The facilities are very high quality and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was collected and the airport and driven to appointment by a taxi which was provided. I stayed at troya hotel, the room good and breakfast was provided. Other than the local anesthetic injections there was very little discomfort. Overall I am very happy with the hair transplant so far.

From arriving at the airport to the hotel eveything went great and then the next morning i was picked up on time then taken to the clinik,Once i arrived the staff were really friendly and looked after me throught the whole process ,The operation went well and pain free which was great and the aftercare package will get me the best results,My friend used Mcan and he had the same experiance as myself.

I don’t know who writes the reviews for them.my experience was terrible,5 star reviews 1 star clinic,after my bbl operation I was left with an infected abscess wich had to be removed and left with a large hole,no help at all.the clinic and aftercare I recieved there was not fit for a dog.uncomfortable,Evan though some could speak English,still spoke in Turkish with you in the room.i now have 4 months of hospital appointments every morning 7 days a week,avoid!put me off surgery for life

I had my hair transplant on the 23rd of October and now it’s been 7 months in and I can’t be anymore happier with the results. The staff was friendly, not a bad hotel if I had to be picky about something it would be getting picked up from the airport because they came half hour late but apart from that my hair results look so amazing,totally recommend

I wasnt sure what to expect having never looked into hair transplant let alone travelling to turkey to have it done. I can honestly say the experience couldnt have been any less stressful or professional. Drivers were on time always, always asked if i was doing ok, they really make it a care free environment. I needed a Revision rynoplasty because my primary surgery in South America was not good, I was left with a irregular nose for my face. Until I found Mcan Health online and started having arrangements for my revision with Mr Meder. I was very scared at first but he was very patience and understood my converns with the outcomes of my surgery. I decided to fly from Spain to Istanbul this early January and was given Dr Samet Hariri, a amazing Surgeon/Artist with many years experience on the field of reconstructive rynoplasty. I had a consultation with him and he gave me the trust I needed with his expertise on the field, also answering all my questions. I was very well treated in the nice,clean and new hospital where I had my operation and stayed the night. all the nurses and staff were very caring and professional and I also meet the anesthesiologist. Big thanks to Bilgen that was with me the whole time translating and making sure everything was being taken care of. I am very happy with my results and I can definitely recommend Mcan health and Dr. Samet hariri. Thank you!
