Horrendous company stay clear very quick to take your money but dont want to pay out.had a few issues before but I've recently just withdrew 500 from m fortune cashable credit from a bonus after meeting the wagering requirements after hours playin and had cashable credit of 673 pound so I withdrew 500 and checked bank today only 200 is in my account they are sayin that only 200 can be taking from a bonus? But why would it let me withdraw to my account with cashable credit and were does the 300 go that they robbed from me? Stay clear sham of a company

Deposited at least £30 a month, never managed to make anything. They send you tests saying enjoy free spins but you have to deposit first (hence not free) the only good thing about this site or any other Mr spins sites are that they pass a little bit of time....

i had the same issue as someone else on here i won with bonus funds i won £90 when i tried to withdraw they said i had the wrong bank details, so when i rang up i asked to know the details of the bank details that were wrong so when he told me the details they matched the same as my bank card, then asked me to be put on hold for another 5 minutes when he came back he said that it could be my bank declining the payment, it cant be a payment because it is a bank transfer and not a transaction as i used the bank transfer option they are full of bull let you play then wont give you the winnings i also played a little more with the winnings and won up to 250 pound tried to withdraw that and still waiting on the withdraw coming through bad casino and should be investigated im going to get in touch with the gambling commission and see if they can help me.

Been playing with m fortune a number of years now never had a serious win until other week, (7/4/2020) I got up to £4000 then decided to cash out, that’s when the fun began!! Had to do 8 500 withdrawals as a card reversal, day after I got a call from them, asked for my I.d and proof of address which I sent streight away,


3 days later I got a txt asking for more withdrawal information, so I had to send passport, driving licence, my mrs passport all 5 bank cards I had ever deposited off, n screen shots of my Apple Pay deposits, after all that I asked the advisor was that definitely all the documents u need, she said yes

Next day I woke up to another txt saying needed additional information, was not happy!! I rang n had to send proof of address again, after sending the same letter again with me n my mrs names on she said it was ok,

Next day I got a txt saying it was on way to my bank and received a 1000 a day for 4 days.

At least I got it in the end,
Final advice if u haven’t got every bit of paperwork don’t play, as they try everything not to pay out, good luck!

This betting company is not trustful at all, not only they refuse to pay my £90 win from £10 I have deposited on the grounds of not accepting legal documents that I have sent to prove my address (Rent Tenancy Agreement, Car Insurance Letter, Universal Credit Letter).
I made a lot of calls every time I sent a document to check if it was ok. On each phone call they informed me that they did not accept that document without giving any reason.

There is a very strong reason for all those who have been or are currently being affected by this company's manners by not wanting to pay you or making things so difficult in the intuition of the payment to be overlooked.


I am currently resolving this issue through legal means, but I will be able to inform those who were or are being affected by this issue that they can and should contact GAMBLING COMMISSION

I am very confused by this casino me and my partner both played a free bonus on 16th April 2020 we both won £50-£60 each we both withdrew at the same time my partner had no issue and was paid as it should be, me however I am still waiting to be paid by waiting I mean my money still shows as pending in the banking section of my account. I have contacted the casino via live chat and after hour long waits I am connected to an advisor and am still no better off as they ask the most ridiculous verification Questions and always tell you at least one is incorrect the most stupid question being what was the last game you played as if Your full name, dob, address and even mobile number isn’t enough. So mfortune how is it one person can have no problem what so ever and another not be paid at all? Based on this I would have to say avoid this casino at all costs they are clearly running some sort of scam.

I had a bonus sent to me used, I wagered all the wager and won £60 cash I uploaded my ID and wanted to withdraw my money, they would not let me cash out my money as I had an old account which had not been used to ages as I could not get into the account didn’t have access to the email any more, the account was registered to an old telephone number as I had changed my number and did not live at the same address as I had moved, I think his is disgusting, That money would have come in really handy at the moment as I’m not working due to the corona virous, my account will be deleted and will not play mfortunes again

Dont know what these 1 star reviews are talking about I signed up got 50 free spins won £170 and the withdrawal was long but I never deposited so that's understandable but it is easy if u have right ID with you so passport, birth certificate and bank statement with all your details on there.

Played a few games for a days and then had £30 in my account , so I withdrew the money and then they banned my account for no reason. I ask them for a reason as maybe I broke some rules somehow ?? They say it was a ‘ business decision ‘ and no other reason will be given. The company is a SCAM and breaks banking laws .

I used to use the site but probably won't any more as they claim 20x wagering on bonuses but I have a £4.01 bonus and it says I need to wager £311.82 to withdraw anything, that is around 78x wagering, if they start honouring what it says on site I may start using it again.
Contacted someone on CS this is what they said "Whenever you receive a bonus or win from any bonus free spins, it gets multiplied which goes onto your wagering balance. If you reach £0.00 credit then you can contact us to reset any remaining bonus wagering balances, if you wanted to. However, if you had not contacted us after you didn't win from a previous bonus, then the new wagering amount gets applied on top of any previously existing wagering that was remaining."
So they just keep adding or multiplying on each new bonus you win, I had 1p left from a previous bonus, which some how meant I had to wager £311.82 from £4.01

Fab site, have won sooooo much money could have around 2 grand extra now but I am who I am greed takes over and I throw it all back in lol. Fingers crossed ill learn by my own mistakes eh haha
