They are a really friendly team and after a year of trying to find a house with no luck, they found us a house and arranged a viewing for us prior to it going to market, which we have now put an offer on. Also arranged for a visit from a mortgage advisor which was really helpful.

When we needed to get our house on the market quickly the team helped to make it happen within a week. Jill especially is always very professional and easy to talk to when discussing options and providing updates on viewings.

Hoping our move now all goes through ok!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Capon during my rental contract, she was very helpfull and professional regarding every aspects of my experience with Midcalf Nicholls. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property.

As a first time buyer, I was made to feel really special and excited when my offer was accepted. However from then on, I felt hurried, was called at work when I told them multiple times I was a teacher and couldn't answer, and was made to feel like I wasn't doing things fast enough. My solicitor had to point this out in the end in order for them to back off. There were also lots of mixed messages and I think people in the office didn't realise we could see email threads which showed up a few little fibs during the process.

I wasn’t actually a client, rather a purchaser buying from one of your clients.
The staff at the Stourbridge office did, however, do everything they could to help overcome a blip in the sale process, caused by my buyer pulling out at the last minute.

Our move in February 2019 was simple and stress free with the help of our letting agent Eliza Little. She got things sorted quickly and to the best of her ability. We were in within a week of enquiring. Following on after our move any small or big problems we had she sorts it straight away. The Response to emails, phone calls or letters are extremely quick and professional. Finally I am glad to say we are with an easy and positive letting/sales service.

The letting's staff at Midcalf Nicholls's have provided us with a fantastic service over the past 11 years. Nothing is ever to much trouble, even when we have required an urgent maintenance task to be carried out on a Saturday, they have always been there to assist. Well done staff and keep up the good work.

I was relocating from London to the West Midlands, which should have been a nightmare, but Eliza was exceptionally helpful the whole time. I was always kept up to date with proceedings which made for a very quick and easy move!

I have worked with midcalf nicholls for a number of years as they let out my buy to let properties and everything has always run smoothly..
So when needing to sell a property I sought the advice from Jill this year on the process
The house went on the market in January of this year and the process was extremely smooth and professional as always and I was very happy with the speed of sale and the price achieved....
I would definitely recommend midcalf nicholls to friends and colleagues who are thinking of selling there house

Jill in particular has really gone over and above in her support. Yes we are still on the market but there has been open dialogue and out of hours support to maximise opportunities for us thus far. Fingers crossed it won’t be long before we sell - I know the team will be working hard for us behind the scenes????

Midcalf Nicholls have always been extremely helpful to us in any of our dealings with them over the last six or seven years, since the time we have asked them to manage our rental. They have been fair and professional, acting between tenant and landlord, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of using a management company for rental purposes.

In particular, Martin Gunnell over the whole period has always given us excellent service, and more recently Eliza Little has devoted more than enough time, energy and friendly care into our recent process of tenancy change. We can't fault Eliza for her effort on our behalf, and Midcalf Nicholls as a whole for easing us through, dealing with existing tenants, and bringing new tenants to us. Excellent, well done, and thank you.

This is the first property marketed through Midcalf Nicholls and I am impressed how everything has been approached and the amount of feedback received from Eliza early days but would certainly recommend on what service I have received so far

Been living at my flat now for three months. I have not had any problems with the service.
When moving in they kept me updated on the process of my application, phone lines available for questions.
Staff are friendly and informative.

I have used Midcalf Nicholls for many years as both a letting agent and the sale of my house in Kinver. I have always found all the staff to be completely professional.

In property letting there will be occasional problems and this is when the agents really come into their own. We have always felt fully supported by the team at Midcalf Nicholls
