I really didn’t want to give any stars the staff was very unprofessional they were hired to do a general cleaning and left dirt on the bathroom floor when I mentioned it they were very defensive so I ask them to leave while leaving they kicked the step stool instead of picking it up and scratched my hardwood floors when I contacted the manager to let him know what happened he acted as if he didn’t care this company is fraud rude and a joke don’t waist your time or money

I had a horrible experience with molly maid ! The two lady’s came into my house and acted like it was a fun day at work they were not professional at all. They were busy goofing off and not doing their job they were paid to do I had to go back and clean my house behind them after they left. They did not come back out to my house to clean after I called about their 24 hour guarantee. I do not recommend this company at all ! Most of my neighbors use them and I have went and told them what a horrible job they did. They do not plan on using them again. I wasted my money my and for a company to not call me back to speak with me on the matter is just bad business !!!

My son and I called into Molly maids to clean the bathroom the kitchen mop and vacuum the floors once they finish cleaning the bathroom I discovered that there was still dirt on the floor and the floors were still dirty when I brought this to the attention of the two girls that came to my house they got very defensive gave me attitude they were yelling and very disrespectful I was very shocked to know that they would talk to a new customer this way when they left not only did they leave a scratch on the hardwood floors but they kick the stepstool which caused it to scratch the floorsI’m very disappointment I would never ever recommend this service to anyone the worst ever poor customer service very unprofessional and the manager Jeremy didn’t seem like he cared don’t waste your time nor money

I had team #22 Zandra & Jennifer in to clean my apartment since I have become unable to clean on my own due to my handicap. These ladies were wonderful they were friendly and very through very hard working, my apartment gleamed and smelled so clean. I will ask for these ladies the next time I call.

I have told Sabrina the lady who answered the phone are they supposed to be cleaning ceiling fans and she said yes and I found they were not moving dolies just going around them on the tables and never cleaned what was on the table didn’t clean toilet tank didn’t clean above pictures or above the shower doors so much dust. I couldn’t figure out how they got it down before an hour. When my husband called to cancel for work that’s not done she said okay bye she really didn’t care. So maybe you check around your house and see what really hasn’t been done. It hard to communicate to the girls because they don’t speak much English

I just wanna say these two ladies are amazing at their job I was very happy when I came home to a clean home and it smelled amazing with a new born baby that’s very important to me and especially when I don’t have time to clean it my self. I just wanna say thank you to molly maids workers crystal & Aimee you two ladies are why molly maid is so wonderful.

Luz and Maura were the two wonderful ladies who bailed me out of a Thanksgiving disaster by cleaning my awful oven! But not only did they get me out of that mess, they cleaned my blinds and bathrooms. Each one of them did more than what I asked for, and they are my heroes (heroines!). I'll definitely call them back, and will refer them to everyone.

The girls , can’t remember names or team # , both polite , very thorough in their cleaning , didn’t miss anything get the entire house cleaned in just under 2 hours , been using them for a couple of months now , always do a great job.

I would like to give a review for Team18 Hilda & Inez, they are the best! We have had them as our cleaning team for a couple of years they are efficient, diligent, dependable and friendly. We think they deserve 10 stars especially since my previous attempt at leaving a review did not go through. Please thank Hilda &Inez for us and tell them how much we appreciate their professionalism.

I am posting on behalf of the following employees: Amanda, Nikki, who are my main cleaners. As usual, they are cordial, prompt, kind, friendly, and very professional. Because they have been my main cleaners, and I am usually home when they are here, we have developed a "cleaning friendship". I would like for them to pay a little more attention to wiping down the breakfast table which has individual place mats, and in most cases they need cleaning not to mention the table itself. It's not uncommon for crumbs of whatever I'm eating to find their way underneath the mats. If I feel the need to tell them of things I feel should be watched more closely while they are working, I have no problem talking to them about it. I must say, the last cleaning job was exceptionally well done. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They are both serious workers who take their jobs seriously. These ladies are definitely workers for you to consider keeping in your company. Because of Thanksgiving, my last cleaning was moved to November 25th. I spoke with Amanda about my next scheduled appointments, December 12th, then December 26th, and January 9th. Because of my schedule, I am asking that the December 26th appointment please be cancelled, and we can pick up on the regularly scheduled January 9th appointment. One last request: I would like to have Amanda and Nikki as my regular team of cleaners. Amanda and Nikki both seem to enjoy their work and are excellent at it.

Esther and Ma:Elena (Team #4) of Molly Maid Bloomingdale, IL did an excellent job. Our Mother recently passed away so we had a move out cleaning before we sell her two bedroom, one bathroom condo. Right from the start with Esperanza over the phone we received great service. We called Thursday and made arrangements for them to arrive the next day (11:30 a.m. to l:30 p.m.; they arrived 12:17 p.m. and worked three hours, for both $90 x 3 = $270 - $20 discount = $250 Total). Also, because we were going to have rug cleaners come the following Monday I thought vacuuming would not be needed and would save time, and had convinced my brother-in-law and sister of this. But, as Esperanza pointed out it came with the service and would not take long as both brought vacuum cleaners (as well as the necessary cleaning supplies). In addition to vacuuming, they wiped down all the baseboards, swept and cleaned all the floors, scrubbed the bathtub (I had asked Esther if anything could be done about black marks between some of the tiles above the bathtub, she said she would try bleaching them which she did), scrubbed toilet, cleaned sinks and counter tops, cabinets and drawers (inside and out), cleaned kitchen appliances (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven (best that could be done), dusted everything (including three ceiling fans). Very satisfied. Deserve 5 stars!
