Have been coming to this store for over 2 years. I am a driving instructor and can not afford to have my vehicle off the road for very long and need to make sure it is safe to drive. I have always been treated with respect. Ty is always cheerful, very professional and always takes time to listen to all my concerns. My vehicle is always taken in in a timely manner and done when promised. The techs are very professional and very thorough and knowledgeable. All my questions are always answered. I have nothing but praise for this shop. Would not take it anywhere else......

My car stop on me a while I was in Grand Rapids, MI, a day before my birthday. I instantly looked up Monroe. I have had good service with the Bay Rad Saginaw, MI location. I called and I was pleasantly surprised they were open. I had my car towed over. I waited for a call to make sure they had gotten it. After an hour of waiting, I went there to verify it was at the right place. After a day or so, they called and gave me the bad news. After a week, I called and requested they fix the issue (engine). They gave me a quote and a round about of when it would be ready. At the end of the second week, I hadn't heard from them so I call. I was but on hold, then hung up on. I understand it was at the end of the day so I just chalked it up to that. I called early the next day (Fri) and they still hadn't gotten the parts in. I was told it would be in on Mon and they were going to start breaking everything down so it was ready. On Mon I called to follow up and guess what, no part. On Tues I called again and they said the store shipping the part had sent it to the wrong location and they were getting things cleared up and the part would be hand delivered on Wed. On Wed I was informed the part was there and they were going to start taking my car about (yep, the same thing they had told me on Fri). They were going to work hard to get this done. To my surprise, they did have the car ready by Sat. Unfortunately, I didn't get their message until after they were closed.
I called on the following Mon (3 weeks later) to get things squared away. I picked up the car and was maybe about 1.5 miles away and called them back. I explained what was happening and I was told it was not due to the work they had done. I got on the highway to make the track back home, but I was nervous cause I wasn't sure what was happening. I made the two hour drive home safely. At 7:30am the next morning I went to the Monroe I was use to dealing with. They could not get me in before I had to be to work, but they assured me they would look at it after.
I came back after work and like they promised, Tim and his group got to work on my car. There were a few issues they had to resolve that was due to the work of the previous location. I APPRECIATE THE BAY RD MONROE more than I can express. Not only did they stay passed closing hours, they found the part(s) that were damaged and had them delivered IMMEDIATELY! I can't express enough my gratitude to all the gentleman that stayed and worked on my car to make it safer. If I had to recommend a place to work on your car needs, BAY RD MONROE would be it! Thank you guys

I have been here 2 times and Art and his team are was one. I went in thinking I had an O2 sensor blown and come to find out it was my cat. converter that needs to be replaced. They explained and even showed me what it looks like. They also told me what to do on the whole warranty situation. Definatly going back again.

Dennis did a great job on both my 1995 Chevy Pick up truck and my 2011 Chevy Cruz. I had both mechanical work and inspections done by him. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Work was done professionally and his customer service was excellent

I had an issue with a service performed by Monro. I reached out via their "contact us" form, and was left with a message at the end saying someone would be in touch soon. A week later, nothing. I reached out again via facebook. Their rep there took their time getting back and said they do not reply at all to emailed complaints. (This is the direct opposite of what their website says.)
They told me to call some 800 number, but my schedule makes it very difficult to reach them during their business hours. I asked for a reply via a chat or email and they've just ignored it.
Some of the worst "aftercare" ever. Should you get a service performed by Monro, hope it's done right...if not, their customer service is some of the worst ever.

We had service done and within 2 weeks, encountered a problem. The manager quickly identified the problem and promptly fixed it himself. He was respectful and honorable during the whole process. We were very pleased with the customer service we received.

I use my vehicle for work and it takes a beating so I go to Monro in Huntingdon, PA quite a bit. The manager, Kevin, does a great job when I need routine work done. And when I have an urgent need to get on the road asap he goes way above and beyond to get me back to work. Kevin and his team give me a great feeling of security that I really need with my vehicles.

I visited the Monro shop in Saratoga Springs (Shop #280) several times recently, all for different issues with different cars (two state inspections, brake work, and a new set of tires). In every case the work was done expertly and quickly. they kept me informed about what was going on with my cars. I take all of my care care work to this Monro shop and I have complete confidence that everything is done in an excellent manner. I highly recommend them to anyone. The service people are very friendly

I've been using Monroe for my car service needs for about three decades now. They do a thorough check on the car and explain honestly what is essential, what to keep an eye on, and what can be put off. Never had a bad service experience with any of their outlets.

I have been dealing with a local store for 3 months now. At the end of the day, I had TWO shops say that they COULD NOT fix my car, so they gave it back to me. But do you think they will give me back my money...NO! They actually told me today that they want me to take it somewhere else...have it paid to get repaired and THEN they will let me know if they will consider a refund. In the meantime I can't even drive the car because they have damaged my front end and the safety of my family is in danger.

I went to another shop down the road for 2 years before taking my vehicle to Monro Muffler at 6186 E. Livingston Ave, Reynoldsburg OH. Every time I would take my vehicle to this other shop the wait time would drastically increase, until the last time I waited 4 hours onsite for a minor repair. I decided then to look for other shops in the area and came across Monro. For an oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement it took this shop less than 30 minutes. The other place I went would take at least an hour, so this made me extremely happy. Also, when I was waiting for my oil to be changed a man walked in who did not schedule an appointment. He expected to have his car in before mine because he was "in a hurry". The manager onsite, Kevin McFarland, told this man that I had an appointment and that his time was not more valuable than mine. He then said that he could get the vehicle in by the end of the day, but that he had another appointment scheduled within the next half hour and he would not inconvenience that person either by making them wait for this man's car to be repaired. I am extremely impressed by the loyalty that this team showed and will be using this store for all future repairs.

I made an appointment for 5:45 on the 12th of March I arrived and asked that in addition to the oil change I get a radiator flush the technician told me sorry he wouldn't be able to finish it by 7 so we couldn't do it I asked him if there's any way that you know if it took longer I pay extra I would even be willing to come back and pick the car up or sit there and wait until he was done was told no the girl at the desk told me to give him 25 30 minutes I went next door to the Arby's to eat at 5 after 6 they were pulled in the car back out into the lot I went back over to pay for it was told that my tires were crap and that I needed to purchase all new ones they quoted me at $900 for all four but with discounts at 600 I couldn't afford that kind of money they laughed and said the tires are necessity I might need to grow up and realize that after being ignored by the few questions about my needs or what I thought were in my engine and him not answering them I simply asked the girl for my keys back and told her I would think about the tire situation at which point they rolled her eyes and laughed and said we can go see you again we know that and walked into the bay area of the store leaving me standing there so I left went to the local Speedway and noticed that my hood was still popped so I lifted it found paper towel stuck down in the engine there was oil sprayed all over the inside of my engine to the point that it was Dripping a little bit I'm not even sure if I really received an oil change I've never felt more disrespected or made to feel more cheaper poor than I did that day at your store I will never return to that location nor will I recommend it and as a matter of fact I warn people about it I'm going to have to take money now that I have already spent to get an oil change because I don't even believe I received one as well as try to get it radiator flush my maintenance light is still on which I thought they had reset they said they would but they didn't really go over anything with me so I don't even know what they did this receipts only have printed as well the printer must not work there who knows I was too scared to ask they laughed at every question I had like I was an idiot I don't have one positive thing to say about that store

I had back brakes that needed replacing.I went to 1350 main st in Buffalo ny 14209.The young man was extremely helpful with explaining The pricing and also offer me other products ;tires.I new that his price was much lower than Good Year,because I checked.James was extremely outgoing but without pressure,I liked that.Ill be returning for other services to my cars.
