We booked months early for our train trip from Brisbane to Cairns and 5 night motel stay. On booking we requested to be seated near each other in the train and rooms near in the motel. We have been trying to ascertain where our seats have been booked for four weeks now but keep getting put off by Rebekah who says she is over worked and can not get to out tickets until a week before travel. To day we are contacted by Rhian Purcell who tells us we are seated near each other in C6 and C7. On further enquiries we find that we are at one end of the carriage and our elderly in laws are at the complete opposite end of the carriage. Service by staff that we have been forced to deal with has been extremely poor. They have left things so late and refused to deal with us early when we wanted that it is now too late to make any changes. The last reply I got was that we were the last to book some two months ago and that it was our fault. This is in complete opposites to Ash who booked and took payment for out tour who told us that we were the first to book the holiday. I am now unable to believe or trust anything being told to us by Rebekah and Rhian as the lie to us and refuse to accept any responsibility for ruining our holiday. We will NEVER EVER book anything with My Cruises again and I urge anyone considering to deal with this company that they should look elsewhere.

Due to the lack of communication and conflicting stories I am requesting a full refund of the $800 I have paid as a deposit. A email has been sent to reflect the banking details and I wont be accepting anything less!!!

My booking was made after a friend had already booked for her of and her friend.
I phoned and asked to be included along with my sister with their group, and was sent all information required. Very prompt service provided.

Response to enquiry was average, left message with colleague ref my enquiry,had to wait 2 full days for return call which didn't come, in the end had someone else in the office deal with my booking swiftly

All the services are quite okay & busy on the phone online via relay service communication, I purchased the cruise booking, they took my double deposited & straight to fund until four weeks. I was not easy thought the telephone online. I hope the teamwork is working well with a big MSC company.

On my booking confirmation itinery it has us spending 2 nights in Dubai which should be Paris. I did phone about this and was told 'not to worry' it is Paris. I would like to see another itinery sent to me to confirm this, so I will wait for til we pay the 2nd deposit and hopefully it will be fixed.

Grant Gibson, is the best T/A, I have ever had,cause of his knowledge and love of cruising, all the staff at my cruises are awesome and so very helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My friends and I booked a Mediterranean cruise for next year for the first time with my cruises
So far I have been so impressed with the service, any questions that I have had or concerns was answered, I have rung my travel consultant is Jordan Krause, with lots of questions few changes nothing was a problem for her, Jordan is such a pleasure to deal with.

I recently contacted Antony at My Cruises to enquire about upgrading an existing booking. It was absolutely no problem for Antony to organise & within 24 hrs Antony had sent me my updated details outlining my new booking arrangements. He does a great job !!

Jorden was great in helping us book our first cruise , choose the position of our room,
goes through what the deal offers ,she was very courteous on the phone when I spoke to her . She was very knowledgeable .
I would not hesitate to recommend My Cruises' service to all my friends , and would book again through them in the near future.

The service from My Cruises from the very first communication and ongoing was excellent - very knowledgeable and helpful staff (Kim Buckley and Maria Randvick are a real credit to the company. Both ladies went out of their way to assist me, my wife and one other traveller with several queries.
I have no hesitation of recommending My Cruises to anyone considering any deals from this company, they are great to deal with.
