Website was very user friendly and easy to navigate! Absolutely, LOVE the finished art work!! Artist was spot-on in fulfilling all of my special requests and creative ideas that were not shown in the picture the artist was given to work from! There was one color variation on the bench we sat on that was slightly off BUT I noticed it only after approving the artwork. I have no doubt, based on prior requests, that the artist would and could have fixed that too IF I would have asked. Artwork is Proudly displayed in our den/family room. We get tons of compliments on it!!! Thank you MyDaVinci!

We found mydavinci after a pencil artist we previously commissioned had retired. This was our second portrait from mydavinci and we are very pleased with both finished pieces. We have one more portrait to be done for our 5th grandchild. We will be waiting another year for her portrait, but we are anxious to have all our beautiful grandchildren brightening our home and our lives. Thank you.

If my custom art looks as good as your samples, I would recommend this to anyone. Very helpful website with a lot more communication and details about your products and shipping times than competitors.

Really liked this website and the drawings are beautiful. I appreciate your donation of pictures to those who have lost loved ones through this time. That touched my heart and made my decision clear when choosing a place to purchase my drawing. Excited to see what my picture will look like.

I wish there was the capability of an "order" preview just so we know if we even like this particular picture in that artistic format. Now, I have to wait to see if this photo works in that style. However, it did work and it looked fantastic. I ordered it too close to Mother's Day but the little preview card that DiVinci created worked fantastic. I used it so the recipient would know that the photo was on its way. It is one of the greatest looking art pieces I have ever seen. Truly. Love love love it.

This was the second painting I ordered as a gift and my grandson and his wife loved it. I did not see the painting in person as I live in a different city, but via computer and iPhone I was able to see photos of the painting hanging up and I was very pleased. I know I will order another painting-they make a wonderful gifts.

The order process from start to finish was exceptionally and the final product amazing. This was a gift for my brother after he recently had to say goodbye to his best friend, his dog Toby. The likeness of him was totally spot on and my brother was so touched. His picture is proudly hanging where my brother can look at all the time. Thank you so much!

A very user-friendly website with an excellent review process of the artwork created. Fast turnaround time after order placement and quality product. Pricing was considerably higher than expected. Perhaps a focus group and/or analysis comparison with similar products offered by competitors would be beneficial to your company to provide more cost-sensitive offerings. Overall, a highly-satisfied customer.

The shopping experience is terrific, very streamlined. But I would like ask the artist a couple of questions I have and I don't see a way to do that, so I am concerned the end product will not be what I want.

This is the second time I have used my DaVinci. I love the products but better than they, both items are gifts and the gifts were loved beyond words. My only complaint is your pricing because your rates are in US dollars. The conversion to Cdn finds makes what appears to be a reasonably priced gift, double the cost or more, which is challenging. Other than that, everything from ordering, to previewing and making adjustments to delivery, was excellent. Thank you!

The artwork was just perfect. They listened to all the edits I wanted done before charging me. My husband loved the gift and now my son has something special to remember his great grandmother by. 10/10 recommend this company and will use them in the future for any other projects I want done!

I had never e-mailed a photo for this kind of purchase and I was thrilled with the overall outcome of the sketch. I only needed to ask for a minor modification to the sketch and it was perfect. Sampson had his happy face on as he always did. Great work thank you.

I bought a personalized watercolor print for a friend's birthday. I already had the perfect frame, so the picture was delivered in perfect condition. My friend was delighted with the gift. It is hanging in their beach house. Mydavinci.com is easy to work with and prompt with delivery.
