Delivery came within 7 days of me placing the order (2 days were bank Holidays too!) Dublin boots fit really bad (if you are going for the river boots size up!!!) I contacted naylors and they were fantastic, sorted out returning them with no problems and they took a phone order for an alternative purchase which came 4 days after ordering. A lady called Nicci dealt with me and her customer service was great, will definitely use them again.

The 6 packs of dog treats were delivered very quickly but was disappointed to find that 4 of the 6 had a best before date of 15/05/20 and there is no way my dog would eat them all by then as one pack lasts 2 weeks. I did email on their live chat to ask if they could be exchanged but have not had a reply but no doubt this is down to being short staffed due to Covid 19.

Ordered online, collected from Rochdale store within the hour. Clear directions given on how to maintain social distancing during collection. Staff were helpful, friendly & polite. Very impressive efficient service during these challenging times.

I ordered one day and had our delivery within the next two days. Everything was packaged really well. Our dog loved the yellow frisbee.

My first time placing an order - I used live chat to ask questions about delivery at the current time. They were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a polo head collar and Pelham bit. Both excellent quality. Delivery was prompt and on time. I will definitely be ordering again from them and wish I lived closer as would love to visit the store.

The service was good shame my bridal only lasted one ride before it snapped The buckle on the noseband and it was a bit weak and snapped after doing at once and using once

They delivered my parcel within the time that they said and also they got the driver to come before it got dark which is amazing as I have got neighbours who have one 6 month old and a 2 year old. This was great because the delivery driver would not of woken them up.

Took 14 days to arrive, no order or tracking information. I did contact them twice for an update. Could have had better communications. My items were lovely though :)

One pack of the pet food I received had a very short shelf date on it - i.e. 10 days; other 5 packs were dated for 2021 so somewhat disappointed with that. I did give that feedback direct and they apologised

I ordered a set of clippers from Naylors thinking I
Would possibly be waiting a few weeks for delivery due to the current situation we are in, however 2 days later the clippers arrived! We’ve since used the clippers and they have been fab. The website has some stunning items online and I’ll definitely be returning to buy more! I’ve recommended to a few friends also!

I bought a Prolite girth from Naylors and took advantage of their offer of 10% off when spending a minimum of £50. The girth arrived very quickly and I am thrilled with it. I will definitely buy from them again.
