An assortment of wines for my brother and his wife to celebrate returning after months away from their home, after a serious fire, in Ireland. As this was coming from family in England and Australia, thanks to O'Briens for their straight forward online ordering process. Delivery fortuitously arrived the day they were able to move back in. Excellent service, thank you.

I have been shopping in O'Briens shop in Templeogue since 2005. I love the shop and rarely order online but did so this time because of Covid19. I have recommended many of your wines to my friends and work colleagues and they never disappoint. Tonya is a great ambassador for O'Briens as is Sinéad in your main office. Thank you. Seán

My son says the wine has now arrived and he and his wife had a bottle of La Gauphine tonight with their dinner. They said it was gorgeous. Thank you very much for sorting out the delivery hiccup issue and special thanks to Holly. Hope you are all keeping well ????????

Wine was ordered on Tuesday 18th at 20:40. Email was received on Fri 21st saying that it would be delivered that day but no delivery was received and no further contact was received. I had to ring on Monday 24th to find out where it was and only then was told that something had happened. Delivery was finally received on Wed 26th, 8 days after the order was placed. The communication on the non-delivery was poor.

As a long term customer of O'Briens in Galway and happy with same I was disppointed that the failure to delvier my gift to Ronan O'Regan 28 Villiers Road was not alerted to us and I do not think it would have occurred if I had not asked Ronan directly several days later. This rather defeated the purpose of a gift. I know everyone is busy but we are disappointed Anthony O'Regan / Catherine Fleming 12 St Marys Park Taylors Hill Galway.

I am a customer of O'Briens for a number of years and have found their wine selection to be top notch with excellent choice of ice and value. Their customer service is second to none with shop floor staff being very helpful and knowledgeable. To add to this I recently purchased wine online and the prompt response to my order was excellent and their customer support to a query I had was excellent. Overall hard to find fault. Well done

I’ve had two deliveries of OBriens Wine first took seven days second eight days with a warning at time of ordering that delay would be about a week The delivery company with first delivery arrived on time.The second delivery was two hours late with profuse apologies from Keith the driver My experience with delivery has been satisfactory A criticism is the number of white wines that are not in stock

My local O'Briens in Ballybrack has friendly, helpful staff [especially the Manager(ess)] and the delivery service, despite the pressure on it at present, was prompt and efficient. As for the wine, etc. I trust their judgement - though they are out of Ricard at present!
