Onepath made a mistake in my ATO deductions six months ago. Dozens of calls and emails later and im still yet to resolve and transfer my super out of there. Un-coordinated and no urgency. Some good staff who want to help but overwhelmed by the bureaucracy.

I cancelled my $750 a month direct debit to OnePath's Life Insurance, Accident and Income Protection policies today, all claim-free and well over a decade old. Earlier this year I shopped the policies prompted by a flyer in my Chartered Accountant subscription and found NobleOak offered the same products for close to half the price. I emailed a fair inquiry to OnePath several times for a few months to no avail, eventually a call to say NobleOak may not cover me when overseas, NobleOak confirmed otherwise. I contacted OnePath with an open door to then compete to which they disregarded, the same request for review repeated to no avail. My action to leave then required as I have concerns that OnePath would do the same in the event of a claim.

I've been trying to withdraw my super fund with onepath for a few months now. Have experienced absolutely terrible customer service. A different person replies to my emails everytime and no details are saved on file so I have to repeat everything several times. This applies to forms sent too. I was told the only thing I needed to post was my certified passport copy and the rest of the forms could be provided by email which i did. Now they are saying all forms have to be sent by post. I live overseas and don't like sending my bank details in the post. It seems they are just trying to delay closing my account. Very frustrating. I highly recommend choosing a different superfund.

I've been with OnePath for 3 years now - every time I try to get help from them they are incredibly painful to deal with and give me different information each time.
They refuse to help you via email - great when I'm international!! Actually they just don't respond to emails at all even if they've initiated the email contact. Their options for payments and online services are incredibly outdated.
Every time I try to log in to the website it doesn't accept my password and they must have technical difficulties because this happens to me all the time and the password reset link never works (I've had to call up every time to fix it).
Their support is all off-shore, when they email you they have a Sydney address in their email signature but it's not true. When they transfer calls your line is dropped and they have so many different departments so I end up on the phone for 40 minutes to solve one issue! After 4 different support people - I finally got to an aussie who took exactly 20 seconds to fix and close the call. WHY IS THIS SO HARD!

I have been with Integra for 20 years and I am trying to get a cost to roll out to another fund> It seems this is impossible to do until the processing team are doing it!!!!!!!!!!!! How can this be so???
If the cost is too great then I would not do it , but I wont know that until you have taken MY money ??
This is my money, not yours.
I will investigate this further,

This year's return on our Capital Guaranteed Fund (0.19%) is twice as bad as the previous year's (0.39%), which was the year of the GFC. Their interactions with this client was unprofessional, bordering on incompetent. Attempting to obtain information pertaining to the reason behind this years poor performance is frustrating in the extreme - like having ones toenails ripped off - slowly. They are either incredibly stupid, or they think that I am!
At the moment none
Have been with this company for many years/decades. The past four have been disastrous. In my humble opinion their actions have been unprofessional, bordering on the incompetent.

Onepath informed me that my mum's life insurance had lapsed despite my mum giving me all the paper work 6 months ago. When I tried to claim, they said there was only superannuation to claim. I have lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman. Now Onepath have taken $600 in 6 months out of my mums super fund and are using every excuse in the book to delay paying that out too! Its hard enough to lose a loved one suddenly without putting up with Onepath's pathetic customer service too! I am completely disgusted how my dad and my family have been treated!

I had a superannuation policy with this ANZ subsidiary for many years. In about 2016 I tried to roll it over to a competitor fund but was informed 'not possible.'

In 2019 I succeeded (possibly after Federal legislation changed.)

Poor returns over many years. Avoid.

I have ANZ 50+ Life Cover which is issued by One Path. The premium was deducted from my visa card every fortnight. I had occasion to query a possible duplicated payment. They immediately decided to change me to monthly payments without letting me know. This wouldn't have mattered if they had continued to deduct payments. However, they have never taken a payment since. They said I would need to fill in another direct debit form but they didn't send it. I then asked to have it emailed, together with a detailed statement. They said my query would be answered in 5 to 10 working days. This is completely ludicrous; I should have received an email that same day. Now I have received a text message to say that my policy may be cancelled due to non-payment!

37yrs ago took out what we thought was life/accident insurance only to find out now when I phoned to check if policy reduces with age as husband now 72 that it is accidental death policy with small death cover 500.00 dollars, I was told by operator that also cover not reduces with age (liar) I questioned the amount of cover as we are sure life was more than that to now be told that the cover is only worth 250.00 now with age! 1st mistake sorry yes it does decrease with age. 2ND mistake we moved 11yrs ago and notified them this but they still had old address (4times now have checked address and still old one). 3rd one they say they did try and ask us back in 1990 if we wanted to change our cover WRONG phone number we are in QLD they rang a SYDNEY so they say, why did they not try again even by mail? .4th When asked for copy of our policy all we have been sent is certificate of currency! to which has a different amount on it again. Have now gone to AFC but dont think will get far, so after 37 years we are only worth 250.00 if we die (that wont even cover a coffin) Husband has just be diagnosed with terminal cancer so much for him thinking he was looking after us financially my advice is Do not go near anz real life insurance oh it is now zurich as from june this year ! I found that out not through them .5th when I asked about this they said they sent me notice last month! asked what address and it was not even the old one or the right new one. Would like to know how many others have been caught out this way we are going to cancel why let them keep collecting money from us.

ANZ Onepath withheld my super for 3 & half months .
My cheque was lost in their system & nobody did anything about it for over 30 days even though I made multiple calls to there CALL CENTRE.
ANZ onepath operates a stall cantre & if they don't sort your problem within a couple of calls you should resort to email & letter & keep copies.
ANZ onepath is totally incompetent & uncaring to customers.
They will not assist in resolving you problem & in the process will lie to you - but nothing gets done.
They will also reduce the amount owed to you - my experience.
I would recommend you do not take insurance or put super with ANZ ONEPATH.
They are not worth 1 star & I will not deal with this outfit ever again - that includes ANZ BANK.

I have been with onepath super and insurance for years and have never missed my annual fees, but now I have needed to make a claim they don't want to know me. I have been suffering from epelypsy and having upto 30 a day my memory has been very bad and I forget alot of things and now they are saying that I have not said the truth and it is going to the underlining team and they may reduce my claim. It is not fair I took out this policy so myself and my family would be covered and now I can't even put food on the table and bills are pilling up I have been so unwell this shouldn't be happening . I would suggest to enyone who is thinking of using onepath be very careful. You can call me on 0468421440 to have a chat.

Been trying to move my money to another account and I have sent in everything that was requested and I have waited over two weeks. Now they want even more forms etc sent in even though they weren't originally required . The customer service is non existent especially from one [censored word removed] named [name removed]. Rude, arrogant, doesn't listen at all. I would never ever have anyone put their money with these fools if i could help it. Currently on the phone to my lawyer about this lot.

I took out a Landlord Insurance with ING in 2009 received confirmation by email. Since then I have not received any documentation from them. I've just noticed on my credit card statement DEC 14 a debit for 786.00. I've rung them and aparently they have been debiting my credit card without my permission since 2010 a total of $3265.12. I cannot understand where they got my expiry date to confirm this transaction. I never renewed this policy

I recently received notification of my home insurance renewal. The policy is in the name of my husband, who passed away suddenly a few months ago. I called Onepath to advise them of the change of circumstances. I was advised to send a copy of my late husband's death certificate with the request to cancel the auto DD and reissue the policy in my name as the owner of the property. A simple transaction one would think.

I received a reply advising me I had to provide a copy of a will or a copy of probate. I found this request utterly ridiculous given the basis of my request. Remember we are talking about a home and contents policy, not life insurance. Despite my protest over bureaucracy gone mad, this company still insists they will not action my request until I provide documents requested. I sent documents to them today and subsequently cancelled the policy.

If they are that bureaucratic over cancelling a policy when the holder is no longer with us, I shudder to think what they would be like to deal with, if ever I needed to make a claim. So, they have lost a long term customer. It's about time companies like this understood it is stressful enough when we lose our loved ones without idiotic paper wars just to action what is in reality a very simple request.

I have just cancelled my policy after 7 years. I pay $1,080 pa for a life cover of $15,000. This is terrible as i have another policy that I pay under $6,000pa and am covered for over $600,000.
I was under the impression rightly or wrongly that it was an investment type of policy including life insurance and that at the end of the 15 years that a $15,000 payout is issued.
This was obviously my mistake but it made sense due to the high premiums.
I would look around for much better policies and value for money.

I took an Income Protection Policy out online and then read the policy wording in more detail only to discover that the amount I could claim is less than the agreed amount as my wages went up recently. I was being charged the higher premium. I called the help line and Grant told me that I would get the higher amount in a claim but then I read to him part of the policy wording "Depending on your pre claim earnings" He then changed what he was telling me. I rang back to the complaints dept to lodge a complaint and was told as my policy was new they couldnt help for 5 days. Even though the re message says " This call is recorded for training purposes. What bad service. Im an now cancelling my policy as I had tosee what happens if I need to claim on something.
It wanted to stick with the bank where my mortgage is
Customers reps need to know their product and not just what I want to hear.

Had my old super split into 2 and rolled half into a Mercantile Mutual deferred annuity about 18 years ago. It went fine for a while until it seemed to be when OnePath took over. Poor service, very poor super performance and poor communication is why I'm switching to Colonial First State.
