There is one support email and there is one 800 number. You speak to a representative, they are quick in discussing your questions and were not transparent in what they are accurately needing for reporting. I had a problem reporting my asset valuation to Madison Trust. I asked repeatedly for help in providing my assets and distributions correctly. I sent a spreadsheet of all my transactions, then I was informed that the asset valuation was all I needed to send in. I couldn't get any one to help me reporting accurately. They made assumptions and I have an overereported 1099R. I will now be without enough retirement money after paying their overreported distribution by approx 500,000. I just wish I could have had someone who would talk to me and take care of my mistakes and their mistakes in remedying my situation. There goes my hard earned money for my retirement.

I am very pleased with Madison Trust. The people I have dealt with have been helpful and professional. I called on the Friday after the 4th if July and found Madison Trust was closed so I hung up. Much to my amazement and delight I received a call first thing Monday morning asking if I needed help with anything. Madison trust knows the meaning of customer service and having the checkbook control of my IRA has made my life much easier.

I had a very bad experience with another custodian company. The Madison trust folks were professional and helped me each step of the way. I will highly recommend MTC to other's with the same need

From opening an account, to funding it, and finally placing the investment Madison Trust Company was incredible to work with. Their customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced in the industry.

I needed to check on my account related to the amount of transfer to Madison Trust Company. I talked to a lady that was so very helpful with my account. She also gave me information that I would have asked but did not have to do. The whole process was very easy and pleasant compared to so many others such encounters.

I've trusted Madison Trust with my self-directed IRA account for a number of years. Without exception, they are excellent to deal with. I have complete confidence in the security of my transactions and I always get to talk with a real person who is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I recommend Madison Trust Company without reservation!

i am unaware of any company that provides the level of customer service i am getting. never waiting on the line. never have to be transfered to someone else. never hear that due to overwhalming customer calls,,,,, i used your customer support about 6 times this year, it never took more then 2 minutes to resolve the issue, question, Etc. BTW, i did reccoment your services to others looking to have an investment IRA account, you guys make it so easy.

The staff there is very helpful and informative. I have done two investments through Madison, and contemplating a third. The initialed investment has already cycled through a sale, so I have had a complete end-to-end experience with the Team at Madison. I would encourage anyone contemplating making a non Traditional IRA investment to understand that, in doing their job as your fiduciary trustee for your IRA, Madison definitely reviews everything thoroughly and may ask questions for clarification to make sure you will not violate the IRA. So, it does take a bit longer to "close" an investment versus if you were doing the same project outside the IRA. But again, the team is very helpful and responsive, and always will let you know where the process stands. I would highly recommend Madison, and their team.

I used Madison Trust to set up a Self Directed IRA. Their written directions and package were clear and concise, and their fee structure was reasonable and easy to understand. When I called for help or to ask questions, there was always a knowledgeable Madison employee available to assist. I recommend Madison Trust and will continue to use them.

I am fully satisfied with the customer service! The support team always respond to my requests very quickly. I am sure Madison Trust Company is on its way to grow even bigger if its DNA remains the same.

These folks are awesome. They have empathy and patience with folks that have limited knowledge in retirement plans. When they do not know the answer to a complex questions, they just go up the chain and find someone that has the answer on the same phone call.

I'm very happy with Madison Trust and glad that I researched quite a few others to know I made the right choice. They're easy to reach out to, answer all questions and always offer the guidance I need. They don't barrage you with a big sales pitch and have a simple and competitive fee structure which I really appreciate. If you're wanting to start a SDIRA I highly recommend!

All of my experiences with Madison Trust Company have been very positive and the personnel have all been courteous and professional. The one time they overlooked a transfer request they more than made up for it by promptly correcting the matter, apologizing and waiving any and all fees associated with the transfer. As someone in the service industry, I subscribe to the motto that "the customer is always right". Obviously, Madison Trust Company does as well and their actions show it.

I have been trying to transfer alternative investment shares from Fidelity to Madison. Fidelity was being difficult and I finally decided to sell my shares to an outside firm rather than leave the shares within my IRA. Madison team was great, Fidelity not so much.

I have time to with several people at Madison trust Company and most recently with Ian. Everyone has been extremely helpful, and very informative, and also very patient with all the questions that I have asked. When we are dealing with large amounts of money and in particular retirement income Madison trust company empathizes with how sensitive the customers can be and they handle things with professionalism and grace. So far things of been great and I fully anticipate they will continue that way.

Madison did everything they said they would do The process worked exactly as advertised.. If you are interested in doing a self-directed IRA or SEP plan, this is the company I would recommend. They are very easy to work with and quick to respond.

I engaged Madison Trust company about a year ago as the trustee for my IRA. I transferred funds from a major online brokerage company. The process was intuitive and seamless. Fees are competitive. Subsequently I contacted them two or three times by phone with questions. Staff has been extremely knowledgeable, polite, helpful and thorough in every case. Looks like a good company and a happy I made the switch.

Support at Madison Trust was great. I had many interactions with customer service setting up my Self Directed IRA. It took a total of 7 business days from start to finish: creating the IRA account, fund transfer and purchasing the investment. Great job!!

I performed a fair amount of research looking for a professional SD-IRA administrator, after experiencing my parent's administrator that was poorly organized and often unresponsive. Many other administrators appeared to be similarly unprofessional. After choosing Madison Trust, I formed my SD-IRA and then immediately invested. Throughout the entire process, Madison Trust was VERY responsive, efficient and helpful. I highly, highly recommend them.

I wanted to set up a self directed "checkbook IRA" and looked into Madison Trust. There are not many providers of this service out there, and Madison seems to be one of the more streamlined ones. Calling the main number gets you someone knowledgeable who can take care of things without going through an annoying phone tree, and the online forms are easy to navigate and submit. Madison got me up and running with my self directed investment quickly and easily.
