I needed a new CAD workstation after my previous computer was no longer able to run the latest software. After a little research into the technical specs I would need, I found Orbital Computers' website. I was able to spec/build on the website exactly what I wanted and nothing i did not need. I made a call to the owner to review my build and he guided me to make a few modifications. After the order was placed I received confirmation and the fulfillment process flowed exactly as was described to me. I received the new SUPER computer on time and now enjoy a powerful workstation that is so fast, smooth and silent to boot!! Thanks Orbital!

I'm a electrical designer and my boss just purchased three new design computers to work on. Had one minor issue after installing the programs and the Oribital staff was extremely responsive and had a solution within . I'm loving every minutes with the new system and look forward to any future purchases from this company.

Very helpful to have someone on the other end to answer questions relating hardware vs applications. Seemed very knowledgable. Ordred what I needed without going overboard. Waited a few months before posting a reply. So far so good. Thanks!

I found Orbital Computers after a mishap with my old workstation. After reading a few reviews and looking over the site I deiced to pull the trigger and have not regretted it. I chose their C1000 set-up with a few custom tweaks to suit my needs. Everything is laid out simply, is easy to understand, and hassle-free. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I got this computer specifically for Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, and Fusion 360 work. This computer makes quick work of everything. Virtually no lag time on anything, user intuitive like any other PC, WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I do not engage in surveys often, but in this case, because of the service I received, Orbital Computers does deserve a review. From the first time I inquired about a custom build PC, they has been very professional and prompt with all correspondence and phone communications. The unit arrived on time, top quality components, super quiet and fast. Highly recommend them.

I was a bit concerned initially working with a company I had not before. I did my due diligence and read many reviews which made me very comfortable because many people expressed how happy they were with Danny's personal touch and involvement willing to chat and clarify needs and options. I am extremely happy with my computer it works fabulously and is fast and processes my video photography items seamlessly. If you are looking to buy from Orbital I recommend them highly. Pricing was competitive and they met the time and delivery they promised and this was during the Christmas season. You will be happy as I am!! Thanks Danny and all the Orbital team members for a great job.

Overall I was very satisfied with the product and the customer service. The only concern I had was where to plug in the monitors. The customer service quickly forwarded a diagram to assist with that. I'm glad I found this company when I was searching to upgrade.

What a lucky find! Orbital Computers reminded me of a time when you paid a good price for a quality product, and where personal, friendly customer service was King! I needed a new high speed, 4 monitor array quickly. Once I found Orbital Computers, the process of selecting the components and ordering it was quick and painless. The communication with Danny was during the entire process was quick, friendly and efficient. I will definitely use Orbital Computers again!

My unit came in "inop"; finally got it to boot up. There were many, what appeared to be, both software and hardware issues. Dan @ Orbital worked on it with me over the phone and we formatted the disk and re installed Windows. It apparently had gotten corrupted. The re install fixed both the software problems and the hardware problems. He did a great job of getting me going in short order. Their Customer SErvice was excellent after the fact. I recommend them highly.

Orbital provides expertise focused on the type of work we do. The selection process was on target and technically well informed (both website and phone call assist). I selected a machine and Orbital made some cost-effective suggestions to improve the spec. The machine is a beast and outperforms other computers we have in the engineering pool by a significant margin using Autodesk approved benchmark tests. The computer performs quietly while maintaining proper cooling for processor and video card (as measured by SpeedFan app). All this at a price 15-20% lower than what we have been paying for "similar" machines. Orbital has earned our business and we will be back.

I needed aPC for my son who was leaving to complete his degree in engineering. However, I was a Mac user and new little about PCs and absolutely nothing about CAD computers. I was shopping on my own, but a friend told me about Orbital. I called before placing my order and the tech was super helpful and ensured I only ordered the right component (I did not know CAD requires a different GCU) and only added what I needed. The PC is super star and the internal build is perfect with everything tucked away and installed professionally. After a year in school, my son told me I bought the right one and it was better than his friends. So glad I called!

I contacted Orbital to ask about lead time, and Danny the owner replied within the hour. He offered to expedite at no cost, and it shipped within the two days he promised. Computer was easy to setup, and has been excellent for our SolidWorks designs. We run large (250 component) assemblies and no longer have to wait to rotate the model. We literally could not be happier with the product.

Purchased Desktop from Orbital in Winter '18. Worked flawlessly for eight months. Had a D-Ram issue to develop. Alerted Customer Service and they had a replacement module out to me overnight via FedEx. Disruption lasted less than 48 hours. Service and willingness to assist is unparalleled IMO. Would recommend this company to anyone needing an excellent workstation or trading computer...

Multiple times I suggested to my former employer to purchase an Orbital workstation to evaluate based on the value and upgraded components to run Solidworks that Orbital offered. The big box brand name workstations we used there were severely under powered, slow enough to put you to sleep and a lot more expensive than an Orbital. I just started my own design company and Danny knew all the causes and remedies why Solidworks did not run well on my former employers workstations and we picked parts specific for Solidworks performance. Danny is responsive,Great to deal with and helped me pick the components for a mighty fantastic Solidworks workstation at a very affordable cost. Two months in and I`m very impressed so far. No more low virtual memory errors, snails pace issues and it boots up in 10 secs or less.

I love my CAD Workstation built for me by Orbital Computers, the computer pairs well with my Cintique monitor for the perfect set up at my place of work. As soon as I get the money I will surely be buying another for my work at home.

Was left in a jam by Lenovo that left me without a computer for a technical training course. Orbital shipped a laptop to my specifications the same day! Laptop is awesome and more powerful than I had hoped. Runs AutoCAD flawlessly!

Barry Payne was very helpful with my purchase. He answered my questions and advised me with what to get and also what I didn't need. He did not try to up-sale nor did he pressure me. The Laptop is great, light, fast and the battery lasts a long time. I love it.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Orbital Computers. I needed a computer configured for Revit, quick. (my other computer fried itself) With the help of the staff we came up with a perfect configuration in spite of my very tight timeline, so kudos to Orbital. I researched 3 custom build companies before deciding on Orbital and chose them because of their willingness to help, not just sell, being patient with me and my sometimes not so savvy questions, and the price of the finished product. Great Job! Thank you
