I left it late to order a ring and spoke online to an advisor and told her how desperate I was. It was promised to be delivered within a week. It came within 2 days. Excellent service and a first class product. Absolutely over the moon

I can highly recommend Orla James, the customer service is second to none, they were so helpful! I had a ring made by them and I now have my perfect wedding ring, I highly recommend anyone to use Orla James!

I was able to view all the steps and shapes of my future wedding ring and then ordered samples of the ones I chose which I was able to try for a week. The samples arrived very quickly and came with fully paid packaging for me to return within the week. My chosen ring is perfect because of this sampling service. Thank you!

I can thoroughly recommend Orla James. Not only were the rings we ordered, perfect, I was hardly the easiest customer as I was not sure what type of ring might be best to go with my engagement ring. After trying a several samples (extras of which were expeditiously sent to me), and after extremely prompt and helpful communications with Rachel when she requested a photo of my ring, she and the workshop came up with the perfect solution at no extra cost. The service provided was second to none. The prices are extremely reasonable, and similar rings I had seen were almost double the price, plus we did not have the advantage of being able to actually try them on in the right size like with did with the Orla James sample service. The service was also very speedy. I ordered samples on 20 Jun, had extra samples delivered over the next week (one of which was especially made up for me), yet still received the finished rings on 15 July. As our wedding is on 30 Aug, we were told by a couple of reputable high street jewellers that we were "cutting it fine" when we went in on 15 June to have a browse as they said it would take around six weeks to order rings that we could not even try on in the right size. The sample service meant that you could actually try wearing the rings for a few days to ensure a comfortable fit at all times of the day, as well as the obvious aesthetic appearance of them. Orla James gave a 5* VIP service and I would recommend them to anybody. 10/10

The guys at Orla James were amazing, ensuring that we were happy with our purchases and even offering to send out a tester version of my ring to ensure I was happy with it.

I originally ordered a sample, and they sent me a couple of rings so that i could see the variance - well it worked i went for a combination of the two and are very happy with the ring- it looks great and fits well. Really good communication allround.

Fabulous five star company *****
First met Fin from Orla James at the AMEX wedding fayre and they stood out head and shoulders above their competitors.
Impeccable service from start to finish.
Local company who offer a very personal touch to one of the most special purchases that you will ever make.
Superb online sample service although we visited their workplace to try ours on.

Brilliant communication throughout and it felt so reassuring to have Fin looking after it. Nothing is too much trouble - the rings looked wonderfully presented when we collected yesterday.

Complementary polishes and re-sizing also included.

Highly recommend this company!!

I called the company to clarify some issues prior to placing my order, the call was answered very quickly by a lovely lady - she provided all the information I required and I placed my order.

I required the ring prior to the dispatch date shown on the order confirmation - this was a fault on my part for leaving it too late to order - but again when I called the company they resolved the issue and my ring arrived 2 days before the date I required. This was very quick service from Orla James, especially for something that was personalised too (had engraving)

The quality of the product and sizing was spot on so overall a very happy customer - will certainly recommend the company, the products and the service!

Overall I was impressed with the service, my only criticism is that the ring I'd ordered was sent to the wrong address, but this was resolved very promptly and a new one issued in time for my weekend away with my now fiancé. The customer service was very one to one no holding for a long time and being checking out my enquiry before calling me back. Will definitely use Orla James again!!!

I found the Orla James website online, I loved the idea of trying a sample ring before buying, so I ordered a sample first. The sample arrived literally the next day accompanied by some heart shaped chocolates, which was a nice touch.
After a few days I knew I was happy with my choice so I returned the sample and ordered my Wedding ring, which I had inscribed. The sample deposit (£2) arrived back in my account swiftly!
I had an estimated delivery date but the ring arrived earlier than expected, which was great but a bit more warning might be good, as the shippment email only came the day before. Maybe just a heads up that it’s ready to ship might be a good thing to add in?
The ring arrived via Special Delivery and in a gorgeous ring box.
My fiancé who doesn’t generally wear any jewellery or accessories also took advantage of the free sample service and ordered a selection to help him decide what style he prefered. His ring also arrived early which is great as we are eloping!
Thank-you to Orla James for great service and two beautiful rings with matching inscriptions.. we can’t wait to get married now!

I have rate Oria James 5 stars becauses I my wife saw what she wanted and she got with no fuss at all and the quality of the wedding ring is 10 out 10 very good for the money if my wife or myself need a ring we will use Oria James again well done

Was told the ring I ordered would take aprox 3 weeks to arrive but I needed it by a certain date so sent an e mail requesting it be delivered as soon as possible, it was delivered in just overa week and half, was very pleased with the prefesional and fast service, I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

I ordered a ring from Orla James earlier this year (2015). I had a question about delivery times that was answered very quickly by Rachel Hills. It was really reassuring to know that the company we're prompt and professional at dealing with their customers - after all you're buying products that aren't everyday purchases. There are so many companies that get things wrong!

The ring I bought looked great and it arrived earlier than I'd expected so all in all I couldn't be happier.

I'd highly recommend using the Orla James and will pass on their details to any friends wishing to purchase rings.
