This feedback is based on Georgina's assistance with my number of queries on HR and employment law. She was patient, friendly and really took the time to ensure I left the conversation with the answers to my questions. Rather than directing me to other departments, she found out the answer to my question when I was on hold, which shows amazing customer service in my book!

I spoke with Tony Fabulous and it seemed nothing was too much trouble, he went over and beyond the immediate problem that needed solving, showing his knowledge of all the most up to date services and tools available to clients.

I called for Employers advice at 10.08am on Jan 21st.
There was no advisers available and I was told someone would call back in a hour.
I hadn't received a return call when I called a second time at 15.40pm , when again there were no advisers available. I did receive a call back at 4pm and the matter was resolved.
You asked for feedback so here it is I received a better service for your free advice number before I signed up for a contract that will cost me 19,000 euro over the next 4 years

Disappointed in delays in responding to us over the past two weeks in relation to an issue. Find it difficult to understand how we did not receive an email from yourselves and your office did not receive an email in relation to the issue from us. Mixed instructions regarding letter to issue to employee.

I WOULD ONLY USE PENINSULA ON A 1 YEAR BASIS AND NOT BE TIED INTO A 5 YR CONTRACT. THEY GIVE GOOD SOUND ADVICE BUT I WOULD ONLY WANT TO PAY FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL SERVICE/REQUIREMENT AT TIME OF NEED.

continuity of adviser, we have had 5 different advisers and only about 9 or 10 interactiond, succeeding advisers do not seem to have been briefed and we have had to repeat details of the case to advisers who seemed to be unprepared

Very helpful in answering questions about a temporary lay-off of an employee after this person only having worked here for a little over 6 weeks. Currently, we do not
seem to have any more work for him right now.

I thought the consultant listened very well and asked relevant questions to help resolve my issue . I was offered excellent advice and aftercare . The consultant advised additional information also which was hugely beneficial to my role and later emailed documentation to support me.

Tanya was reassuring and like nearly everyone at Peninsula, was a pleasure to deal with. The commercial approach allowed us to resolve a difficult problem involving staff theft, quickly and efficiently and avoided us having to retain the individual which would have had a devastating effect on staff morale.

I spoke to Ian Riley who is a resolution team specialist.
I was considering leaving peninsula as I had problems with a previous person during a phone call .
When Ian took hold of the situation I was greatly impressed.
He showed calmness , consideration and intellect .
It was like having a personal manager.
Every issue I had was dealt with quickly, effectively and above and beyond my expectations.
I was most pleased with his persona and professionalism.
An absolute credit to there company.
In the end instead of leaving I renewed my contract.
