They picked up my package on December 6th didn't put in a transit to the 9th I was supposed to have it on the 11th and it's December 13th still no package they want me to do that job and call where the package is sitting they don't take responsibility of their mess up recording say there is such a great company that's a lie they get paid to do a job and they don't want to do it

2 weeks and still no product. I scheduled a delivery 4 times now. Had to stay home from work to sign and never showed. First time they say they could not find in the warehouse. Next, they forgot to load it on the truck. Next, they forgot again. Look at the rating for this company. How is it still being used?? Still waiting....
