I highly recommend this course and the presenter.
The Company was also prompt with acknowledging my booking and receipt. Also it was great to be able to leave with the Accreditation Certificate and Licence.

Everything wright one WORD wrong "FAILED ME" wasted $550.00 could not resit for 2weeks resit booked out what the ????????

I done the Generic Induction standard 11 course at murarrie brisbane, samantha is a very good trainer very helpful I would recommend this course she makes you feel comfortable which is a big thing for me as I hate classroom learning ive always been a bit slow in the classroom doin paperwork and concentrating but she was cool she said if you see any1 who needs help a with the questions or whatever help them out we are working as a group here, thanks samantha and pinnacle murarrie

I did WAH course in Murarrie, trainer Matt was professional & the legislation info really useful. I would recommend this course definitely.

Pinnacle Safety And training cancelled my course at 3:30 pm on Friday. The course was Monday. All arranged accommodation, had already started driving up from Melbourne to Brisbane. Pre employment requirement to do the course. They really put me out and hurt my wallet and also put my employment in jeopardy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Cert 4 in OHS. Initially, I had some issues getting my learning materials emailed through and had to call 3 times and be re-enrolled before they successfully emailed my learning kit.
Once the course began, I was thrilled and excited and motivated. My trainer was energetic, fun and passionate about what she taught. I know the Cert 4 is a fast-track one week course, but I would have happily spent a couple of weeks there learning.
The staff over the phone were lovely and worked to resolve any issues quickly. I received my Certificate on the last day, literally 30min before the course ended, and felt satisfied that I had earned it.
My trainer spent equal amounts of time one-on-one with anyone who requested it, working hard to fill knowledge gaps when it came to basic computer skills I lacked at the time. Above and beyond.
I will recommend to others, DESPITE the initial problems with receiving my e-learning kit.
OHS is a difficult and complex field to enter, but my trainer gave me the tools I needed to learn for myself, rather than be spoon-fed information.
A university style of learning, so if you are looking to be spoon-fed, this is not the course for you.

I really enjoyed the HSR 5 day course. Instructor Shane Crook was fantastic and delivered the course content in a way that was easy to follow and understand. I found the information to be relevant and also helped me to identify areas we could improve on in my workplace. Highly recommended.

I completed the 2 day Fork Lift training with Kevin as the trainer. Although the course was intense as it was only over 2 days Kevin was a great teacher, he was patient and supportive and did great in making the course as easy to learn as possible. He also made the content interesting to keep the class engaged. I was also lucky enough to have a great work group which made it a better environment to learn in. Would highly recommend Kevin, awesome teacher.

I studied Cert IV in Training and Assessment and was lucky enough to have Keen as my trainer. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in the TAE arena and provided a fantastic 2 week training opportunity. He was patient, kind, supportive and extremely effective in delivering TAE and transferring knowledge. In addition to this he was funny and warm and always kept the course content interesting and enjoyable. I was also lucky enough to have a great group to work with. Keen is the best of the best and I would highly recommend him!!

I completed a Asbestos training course on Monday and found the course content to be standard but the admin and trainer to be sub standard. The trainer [name removed] is an ex army rent a cop who can't separate his job being a bully with his role as a trainer. There was a mistake made by admin in my enrollment and when I pointed it out to [name removed] he was completely unhelpful and told me if I didn't sort it out that minute he was going to cancel the training that we had driven two hours to attend. Fortunately my manager was with us and we were able to look up the emails sent to Pinnacle and correct their admin staffs mistake. After two apprenticeships and multiple short courses in my career I have never heard a trainer threaten the entire group with "punching on with us" if we didn't do what he said. Look elsewhere for your training, its a competitive market and you can certainly do better pinnacle.

The one day Working at Heights Safely course is informative & covers everything you need to know to conduct at heights work safely.
Our instructor Norm conducted the class in a fashion that wasn't boring, invited student participation & the practical side of the course covered three scenarios that one would expect to encounter in the work environment.
Highly recommended....

I attended the TAE upgrade being a two day program, worked perfectly into my work schedule

Thank you Keen for being an outstanding trainer, and being a true artist in the training field. Six weeks after completing the course, assessments, quizzes and a hastily re-scheduled two day presentation, I still have not received my certificate.

I recently completed the RAL course at Canningvale WA the information supplied for this course was excellent and up to date, the trainer Kim was has a wealth of experience and real world experience which shows in his teaching. From the admin staff to the trainer I found everything a great experience, the facilities are modern and clean and relevant.

Doc is a fantastic trainer, he really knows how to calm people down and help them to keep a level head so that they can get through the course.

Our employee was 1/2 late because trains were cancelled and buses put on instead. When he got there the door was locked. We contacted Pinnacle as soon as we were aware and they just laughed and said bad luck and said it was our own fault and there would be no refund. We will never use Pinnacle again.
