Only complaint: FedEx delivers during daytime by 8 pm, which means anytime between early morning and 8 pm, and they require a signature when they hand over the package. If you want a specific 2-hour delivery window, it comes with an additional price. I should have used my work address instead of my home address, to avoid this problem.

Great website vs others (DW Quail might be the worst I have ever seen). I called with a few questions and Allison answered all my questions and she had experience with the product. Her positive first hand feedback made me purchase.

Everything came and looks good the area for where the unit will be placed has not been completed yet. That's the reason for the four stars until I can actually get everything set up and working I will then update my review.

Your site was very much user friendly and had great pictures and info on the product I just purchased. The overall purchase experience was awesome AND the free 2-day shipping was enough to entice me to buy online instead of wasting my time and gas driving to my local golf store. I would DEFINITELY buy my future golf products through your site! Thanks!

The site navigation was pretty standard. However when I went to checkout I tried multiple credit cards and the transactions would not go through. It made it seem like the website is not trustworthy. I was able to successfully use amazon pay but has me a little nervous about making a large purchase from you instead of the manufacturer. I wanted the full 60 days to test so I hope your customer service is as advertised and the issue was on my credit cards side.

I had such a great experience with PlayBetter! I needed advice on a product and they were so happy to help, patient and very real in terms of what else is out there, regardless of what was available on their site. Can't wait to buy something again!

The only problem I had was having to sign for delivery. I had delivered to my neighbor to keep as s surprise from my husband. I didn't realize you would have to sign and that's difficult for those that work. I then had rerouted to a pick up sight, who then wouldn't let me pick up since my name wasn't on the delivery (even though I had receipt showing I paid for it). So, getting it was kind of a pain. Customer service was great, though. Haven't tried the product, yet, still waiting for the husband's birthday!

PlayBetter has seemed great so far. Their 60 day return window is the primary reason I felt comfortable making a pretty big purchase like this through them. And as I've started to have some issues with the product, I've been very happy to have this to fall back on. I'm hoping I won't have to exercise the option, but I feel pretty confident given PlayBetter's performance so far that if I do, they'll be able to assist me without any issues. Very happy with PlayBetter so far!

I did have a problem with my net coming in a week late but despite that I have to give 5 stars because the customer service team was on top of the delay the whole way. Everytime I emailed I always got a quick response and when they told me it would ship that day but there was still a manufacturer delay they emailed me immediately instead of me having to find out later that I was told something that didn't happen. Love the Skytrack system. Working 60+ hours a week isn't as bad when you can go home and play golf.

My initial order that I received yesterday was the wrong item, I did not order the grips with the sensors in them I ordered the sensors only but customer service said they're going to ship out the right order today hopefully that corrects the problem.

Yesterday , When I'm use Garmin express to connect Garmin Z80. Garmin express show... can not find device. Today i'm used Garmin Z80 . Setup , Calibrate and set location. When start...Play golf. Garmin Z80 show " NO MAP " ...... Result....This product can not use in Thailand. Garmin Thailand said..... Thai product can used in USA zone and can not used in Asia zone.

Excellent prices on a wide variety of products, I contacted customer service because I was wanting my watch before an upcoming race, they made sure to ship same day and guaranteed delivery and no extra cost. 10/10 will use them again

I think the person I talked to was named Stacia. She was great. She looked for the old product that was advertised on your website. She took my number and called me back promptly, so I didn't have to wait on hold. PlayBetter even sent extra lanyards to see if they would work better. Your website should have been up to date so that the new version of the lanyard was advertised properly, but beyond that I was really impressed with the customer service I received. Thanks for the extra effort. I appreciate it.

I think you're a great company you buy from. I called customer service the day after I received the watch because I was not sure this watch was for me and the perdón o spoke with encouraged to use it for a bit since company had a 2 month return policy.

On Friday Jan. 25 (2013) I ordered a SwingSmart swing analyzer from The PlayBetterStore though Amazon with overnight shipping. When my unit arrived the next day, the box had been opened and was missing users guide. I immediately contacted both Amazon and PlayBetterStore explaining the problem. In less than an hour, a representative from PlayBetterStore contacted me and apologized for the problem (even though Amazon could have been the reason for the opened box), offered to refund my initial shipping, and promised to send me a new system with expedited shipping to arrive the following Monday. Furthermore, I had some technical questions and the representative sent me email address of the device tech support person. Although I did not want to receive an open box system in the first shipment, I was very pleased with both the speed and quality of the response from PlayBetterStore. Not many vendors would respond so quickly on a Saturday AND offer no hassle replacement even though they could argue Amazon could share blame for the opened shipment. In short, solid integrity from this vendor. In the interest of full disclosure, the vendor's representative did ask me to complete a review, but I would have done so voluntarily had I been aware of this website.

Surprisingly the wedge arrived within threee days and was not held up/inspected by customs. Perhaps the indicated value, just below 100 bucks, helped.

Ordered a Garmin S6 with free shipping and received it within 48 hours. Free shipping usually means 10 days and I got it in less than 2. Impressed with Playbetter and will shop there again.
