We have an older facility and this product gets used hundreds of times each day. TYo find exactly what we needed, have it fair priced, and delivered in a timely fashion was huge for us! Thank you so much for supporting specialty hardware such as this!

entered correct credit card information, but was rejected 3 times. changed to Paypal and that was rejected. finally used another credit card and it went through. but all information was correct to begin with.

Customer service response was good. Didn't particularly like paying to have item shipped back ($38.00 Est) in addition to having shipping costs ($26.12) that were initially free deducted from my return. ( [Order #91152]). I understand paying to return item that was not ordered correctly by me. however, to compound that with a further deduction of shipping costs doesn't sit well. Thank you

We accidentally ordered the wrong product and were unable to talk to someone about the best way to handle the situation. Our original email was replied to, but no one replied to our follow up questions. They only handle things through email, when we tried to talk to a live person we were told to email. Very disappointed.

It was just what I needed. Local retailers did not have the part in stock and told me that it would be three to four weeks before they could get it in. I received the part that I needed from Pro Door Hardware within a week of ordering it.

I ordered an electronic key pad and an electromagnetic deadbolt. I was not offered a power supply to power the keypad and it wasn't included with the keypad. It cost me an additional $250 to track down a power supply locally to make sure these items would work in my application. Not only am I disappointed but your company missed out on an addon sale....shame!!!

I ordered the spring part which did not match my existing hardware. When I requested an RAM, it took two weeks to get one. When I requested an additional rma. I still have not gotten one. All total, I ordered in excess of 800.00 dollars of parts for you at the advice of airphone. Two of the items I need to return. I returned on and yet need to return the other. Thanks for your assistance. Everything else was fine. I just need to return items I did not need.

The descriptions are very vague about what the products come with and what is needed to complete the set. Customer service is unable to help with those needs as well and instead had us contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer was unable to help because they were not aware which items each individual retailer sells as a set. The wrong thing was ordered, unopened and immediately returned, to still incur a restocking fee, because an exchange is not possible. The description stated that the hand could be changed in the field and no one was able to verify this or help.

I have waited for about a month for my product to arrive. Instead of getting the product i am sent an email asking if the package arrived. I am pretty aware of how most shipping company's work. Usually when you ship a package there is a tracking number associated with it. I have seen 0 packages and 0 tracking numbers. i call to inquire about and get an automated try back next year message.

Easy Website easy to order from. But when they say they have something in stock, it is not true. At least on my order. Said they had the power supply in stock but they had to order it from another warehouse. took over 2 weeks to be delivered

so far so good. Maintenance staff had said this part was not available...you had it and we are good to go again. That is, when we can worship again together. May you all experience a new awareness of your importance during this trying time.

Site search function is kind of weird but I got it to work. It helps to have an exact, full part # from elsewhere, because they have parts in stock that will not show up using descriptive search terms and trying to narrow it down.

All Shopping experience was good, Delivery time was good, Overall this hardware looks nice and seems to be good quality just not what I need. For some reason product it self did not arrive as I was ordering. From Falcon catalogue and website picture description handle lever suppose to have different shape and cylinder suppose to have different fastening and larger masking plate. I can not use this to replace my existing broken lever, will need to keep shopping for fire rated door latch one side lever.

I never received my item. Their site said in-stock. But, they continually lie and say their inventory system is having problems with connecting to the site and it's actually NOT in-stock. Sites like this use that kind of lie all the time to lure you into buying from them. Avoid at all costs!!!
