Three day freight was actually 4 days, but that was not vendors fault. Great inventory of hard to find items at reasonable prices, and great customer service.

Actually I just found out today that my order was shiped to the wrong location, not sure how this happened but its in Jackson MI at our store #30, and it was supposed to be delivered to Bay City MI to store #48. Now I have to figure out how I am going to get it!

I was looking for an old 'Square D' 125 amp breaker. One of the salesmen had me email a picture of the panel and the breaker format. I received an immediate response of a reasonably priced reconditioned breaker which fit and is now in use. Great friendly, quick, service at a reasonable price. Five stars.

I have placed an order today for tow circuit breakers and the service was excellent. The price was the best on the market, of that I found. Mr. Kevin knowledge help me on my order. Definitely I will order again form this store.

After placing my order a representative called to let me know there were other seperately sold components that were needed in order for the breaker to be used. I already had the components but it was nice to know my order wasn't just processed and sent, someone actually took the time to check it.

Relectric charges a $10 handling fee on every order under $100. I was fine with this when ordering both of the items I wanted, as it was making it only $5 each. However, Relectric found that it did not have one of the items in stock. Instead of contacting me asking what I wanted to do, they shipped the one item they did have and charged me for the item, the shipping, and the handling. Now I paid more for shipping and handling than I did the item, AND I have to find the other one elsewhere. I would have preferred to be contacted first so I could make the decision to either cancel the order or have the item shipped.

I recently ordered a breaker for an old disconnect switch. The breaker was not available locally and I was thrilled to find it online. It arrived on time, in new condition, and was packaged very well. I am getting a final electrical inspection and because I was able to find and install this breaker, I did not have to change out the service cable. Boy, I really loved saving about $700.00 !!!!!!!

Jessica truly went above and beyond to see that my order was filled....on Christmas eve afternoon! During the staff's holiday party!

Very impressive. I'd give her a big raise for 2013.

I ordered a breaker before and it got here real fast. I do not know if I paid a higher shipping cost. It just seems that it took a little longer to ship this time. Really like the selection and the web site.
