I came home yesterday after three months overseas to a plumbing nightmare. From the first phone call to Rustic Plumbing the nightmare went away. Adrian was on time, super helpful and did a great job. I can highly recommend these guys. Outstanding, thank you!

We had sewerage backing up suddenly on a Saturday morning...guests arriving for lunch at midday...numerous calls and messages to other emergency plumbers... Rustic were amazing... fixed before guests arrived...they shuffled jobs to get to us early. Recommended further work...60 year old clay pipes...which we went ahead with. No one likes spending lots of $$$ on underground pipes...but the alternative is not appealing..all fixed great job and service...charming company to do business with. Thank you.

I would like to thank Dave of Rustic Plumbing Solutions for the professional and caring service he provided to us to fix our problem of blocked drains. Further thanks also to Mitchell and Cory for a great job done replacing our hot water heater. In both cases, all the work was completed in a highly professional and efficient manner; including leaving everything in a clean and orderly fashion. The team from Rustic Plumbing was excellent, starting from Mark & Damien who investigated the problem, provided the solution and to Lachlan and Clay who installed the re-line, working right into the night (!) to meet the schedule as planned. Lachlan was especially efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. Totally recommended!

Called a few plumbers trying to get someone to come on a Sunday for a blocked sewer and Rustic was the only one to respond. Tom turned up a couple of hours later and took time and care to fix the immediate problem and figure out what the future solution might be. Then a few days later Mark & Damien came to do the further work. All 3 guys were very friendly, professional, trustworthy and I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

I had my sewage line relined recently and these guys were great. I had a another mob from another company come in before and was immediately charged just to stick a camera down the sewer line and jet blasting before they could even give me a quote which ended up more expensive than these guys

D(name omitted) pretty much turned up same day took one look and after the quote pretty much started work next day.

Their crew was professional and courteous and got the work done with minimum fuss.

Rang many 24 hour emergency plumbers but suddenly they were too busy. Rustic Plumbing said they would arrive on a Saturday, day before Christmas Eve which they did - on time. Diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it with no fuss. Also diagnosed a couple of other issues which needed fixing and they were fixed quickly and efficiently. Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend Rustic Plumbing to anyone and will use again if necessary.

Plumber came and was able to fix an ongoing damp problem straight away, he found the dishwasher had been leaking under the flooring. All sorted out , and he changed some taps for me too , all for a very reasonable price . So pleased my problem has been fixed, was dreading what it might be! Great service , nothing too much trouble , will be recommending Rustic to my friends and will call them again next time . Thanks very much guys excellent 5 star service

I have used Rustic Plumbing for a few years and have never been disappointed. If I need them urgently, they come quickly. If it's not urgent, they always come when it's convenient for me and arrive on time. They have dug holes in the lawn and you would hardly know. The bathroom floor was cleaner than when they arrived! One section of concreting was even dug up and re-done as the plumber wasn't happy with it! And no tools on the customer's benches. Friendly and efficient service with as little inconvenience as possible for me

I was charged $4499 for a single unit Rinnai infinity 32 (no any controllers). A couple of meters of pipe and valves and a power point. Along with my old tank taken away. I did not realise that i have been charged too much at the beginning just felt it is not a cheap one, until there is a friend reminds me i was probably been charged way too much for that job.

Rustic refuse to provide any price check or list for where my money has been spent on. However, they said they are very transparent company for what they doing. But HOW? Please do your homework beforehand. Otherwise, you will easily been ripped off just like me. Clearly in this case My trust has been trashed in the bin. I have to say i do not know much about plumbing but no one will be fooled forever!

I rang the 1300 number and they had two staff out the next day to quote on the job and they started the job the following day. I found all staff to be well trained and have excellent customer service skills.The job at hand required some special skills from Lachlan with able assistance from Mitchell completed the job in one day with rain and thunder prevailing nothing was a problem.I would recommend Rustic Plumbing and will be using them again in future.

I rang up with an emergency problem they answered the phone in a friendly and efficient manner to which they informed me they would send a plumber out straight away in the time slot I was given. The plumber even gave me a courteous call before their arrival. Once they diagnosed the problem not only did they give me one solution they gave me several based on different budgets providing me with several options that may best suit my needs. They were up front and said they could have the work done as soon as it was suitable for me. They were very professional and courteous. Great quality tradesmen and hassle free job. Would definitely recommend rustic plumbing solutions to all my family and friends as this is what they provide fantastic plumbing solutions backed by their 25 yr warranty what more could you ask for.

I did alot of research and called maybe 10 companies to get their opinion on installing a new rainwater pump. Rustic did not come in at the cheapest however they were competitive in price. But what made me realise their value was the interactions during their assessment and installation. Tom and Mark are top blokes, easy to chat with and very competent at what they do.

Don't take my word for it. Give them a call and see for yourselves.

Adrian arrived and fixed toilet valve along with offering to check our hot water service
He was very friendly and helpful
I joined the membership and would recommend rustic plumbing solutions as they answered my online request immediately and sent the plumber quickly as requested

Recently I needed a very large plumbing job done I had used Rustic plumbing once for a small job and was very happy with them they were professional and very pleasant people. This new job took place over a couple of weeks and many different people took part during that time all were extremely nice and proficient and left the garden area as good or better than it was before they came.

Prompt & reliable company but for an average job it came at a truly exorbitant cost (three to TEN times -!- what the other licensed plumbers in my area ask for, I discovered). They operate to achieve a 'maximal' outcome, i.e. at every visit, they will ask you to have ALL your taps, etc... (anything related to their plumbing trade, including water quality) checked at your place and will try to sell you other 'goods', other 'services': a real 'shark approach', I also discovered. I will avoid this mob in the future.

Rang Rustic Plumbing and within a day or two Justin (Sales) and Grace (Plumber) came to my place to inspect my very old gas hot water system and I was told "they don't make parts for these anymore and you will need a new one". OHHH. We decided on a bigger unit to support the number of people living in the house and so a new Rinnai 26 was ordered and installed the next day. Tom and Ryan came out and were very professional, friendly and explained everything that I needed to know. The work was done to an excellent level and in a quick time frame. That afternoon Aaron (Electrician) came to connect it up to an outside power point. Unfortunately because my house is so old I also needed a surge protection switch which he installed at the time and for a good price.

All up I was very impressed with their punctuality, professional manner and their friendliness and also explaining things to me. They even looked into my water hammer and fixed that problem while at my house too.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company if you have any plumbing problems as they DON'T have a call out fee and are only too willing to help with all your issues.

I had blocked drains at my house and got 3 quotes and Rustic Plumbing came in smack bang in the middle. They arrived right on time , they were thorough and professional and fixed my drainage problem.
I will recommend these guys to all my family and friends.

Had two massive jobs done in the last 3 weeks - sewer line to the house and hot water replacement. They came out to quote when they said, and did the job the next day. The workers were knowledgeable and polite and VERY hard-working. Lachlan, Corey and Damien just finished the big hotter service replacement and new piping, electrics, and removal of all the old system. They were fastidious and thorough gentlemen. I recommend this company and have already recommended it to my father-in-law's bowling club. Invoice Ref 01173
