We had a great experience with Snappy Canvas. Our pencil sketches salvaged a poor quality picture and turned into a beautiful keepsake. We contacted customer services because we never received a confirmation email and they were apologetic and promptly rectified the situation. We would definitely order from them in the future!

Although our canvas was a bit delayed, Snappy Canvas did a beautiful job!!! I had this done for my husband as a surprise. Our dog, who was in the picture, recently passed away and I wanted something special for us to have in her memory. I could not be more pleased!!!

Ralph was tremendous -- i wasn't able to use the online features because my order was to take a 20 year old photo (not digital) and turn it into a masterpiece for an anniversary gift for my wife -- so I was in frequent contact with Ralph -- the painting that resulted is fabulous, and my wife cried happy-tears when she first saw it -- Ralph made sure the project stayed on schedule and that the painting arrived, via express shipping, the day before the anniversary

I was concerned after ordering my painting because it was close to the holidays and it looked as if the picture would not make it in time. Snappy Canvas was very responsive to my concern and made sure it got to me in time for the holidays. The painting was incredible and I cannot wait to give it to my wife and see her reaction. I had about 15 paintings from photos several years ago by another artist. I lost contact with them and have been looking for another artist that could compare. SnappyCanvas has certainly done that. Hope they do not disappear like the other artist. Many thanks Hobie out

Beautiful results. There was a minor mixup and one of my orders did not get shipped. I contacted customer service and they said they would look into the problem. Very soon after that we not only received the missing canvas, but it was upgraded with a beautiful frame. We didn't expect that as it really wasn't much of an issue to us, but their amazing customer service has secured us as return customers. I would recommend their work to my friends and family. My experience gives me confidence this company works hard to provide the best product and service possible. Good work and thanks!

Customer service was ALWAYS quick to respond to all my questions(via Email). The artists checked with me with preview(s) for my approval prior to product completion. The artists were able to take all my requests into consideration, and produce a perfect portrait. The price was fair. I had two projects made. ( separately).One with and one without a coupon...which right there says alot. I was fine with the pricing. And THRILLED with the results. I tend to be an impatient person , so the wait time-which is fair for the size of the project- for the delivery was difficult for me. But the items were shipped and delivered at the specified time line. Would most definitely use Snappy Canvas again.

I placed my order on July 5th. Initial communication was great. I was told the paintings usually ship within 10-12 days. After finalizing my order a few days after placing it and asking for one alteration, I was told he would ship again in 10-12 days. I called and emailed repeatedly about my order and was told twice over the phone that my order was taking a very long time to complete and this was never explained. Then it got "lost" in the shipping process. The FEDEX tracking number said it would be at my house last Friday. I invited friends over for the "unveiling" and it never arrived. Then the FEDEX tracking said "pending" and then it disappeared altogether. Again I called and emailed. Phone was busy and I left messages that were unreturned and got no response to my email. In the end I learn that at least the shipping problem actually was a FEDEX issue, but not the long delay before shipping. I am very happy with the end product, but communication needs to be enhanced, particularly when customers pay the full amount up front.

Contacted Snappy Canvas in early August, 2017 to get a 30 x 40 print to paint picture done. We are very happy with the results but hit a couple of glitches along the way. First, I think they could do a little better with communicating...I emailed and called a couple times and responses were late or non-existent. Next, more than once, they knew delivery was required by a certain date but never told me delivery might be delayed due to the size of the picture and quantity of faces (12). They knew this early on so I was surprised to get the notice about delayed delivery. As it turned out, the picture arrived hours before our party (50th Anniversary) and got compliments from everyone. We are definitely pleased with the painting...would use them again...and they are highly recommended.

Ralph was great to work with and answered any/all questions I had! We hit a bump in the road on the first one because during delivery it got scratched. HOWEVER, after calling and speaking with Ralph, he was eager to ease my concern and sent me a new to surprise my husband on our anniversary. It was wonderful working with Snappycanvas.com. I will order from them again! Enjoy your art pieces that capture a moment forever ❤️

My experiences with Snappy Canvas have overall been WONDERFUL. From the moment I sent the picture I wanted painted to the end product, it was a totally professional experience. After my initial e-proof, I needed a slight adjustment and Snappy Canvas worked closely with me (and quickly too) to produce the picture exactly as I wanted it. The final product was absolutely beautiful and of museum quality. I highly recommend Snappy Canvas to anyone wanting a SUPERIOR QUALITY portrait. I'm completely satisfied and YOU will be too!!

Bought this for a gift for my Area Manager at work. Was a little worried about the delivery time, but I contacted Customer Service who contacted Logistics and they got it out fast! This was my first time using Snappycanvas. I used the online chat feature and spoke with Ralph who was able to assist me with choosing the options that would work best with my photo. From editing, to choosing the proper size of the canvas and positioning of words on the canvas, snappycanvas worked with me every step of the way! They did an amazing job editing the photo of a photo I had and recreated a memory that will forever be with us! I can't wait to work with Snappycanvas on future gifts/projects! Snappy Canvas associates were courteous and professional. The painting of my granddaughter at 21 years is superb.
