I had ease booking, but when trying to change my booking it was extremely difficult being a customer from Australia. Contact number to call from Australia was not valid even after double checking, emailing customer service two or three times before receiving a reply. The online booking system that separates the two people on the booking into separate log ins where only changes can be made on individual accounts is terrible. It might be useful for individuals travelling together, but booking as a couple, this function is very time consuming and pointless.

Very well organized, although the app was DIRE and would have been good to make that better in terms of the line ups for the week to be able to plan better, as between 12 of us we were all a bit clueless! Apart from that, a very tight run ship. Would be better to get buy in from other places in the resort to use the wristband, as I didn't even use it until my last night

Very well organized, great venues & locations, great DJ line up;
cashless works very well; suggestion: pls introduce a P2P transfer functionality; this way people could combine their remaining small amounts to by one last drink or merchandize or they could easily reimburse a friend after he or she paid all nite.

It was ok, but was left at one end of the town by coach driver, and had to walk a mile with bags to hotel, knackered, swanted to save legs for mountain.

Having booked a 5 bed apartment, it was disappointing to find that we were then put into a hotel and 5 beds shoved together. Trying to get information about the coach was also fairly difficult.

Well VIP was a waste of money not got half the things promised, moved the coach times the day before leaving. The coach missed the ferry due to the long frequent breaks! Reps are pretty much pointless, never seen or spoke to our reps once, music was amazing and the snow was decent! Will 100% returne just never do VIP again or the coach!

This was my 3rd Snowbombing in 5 years. The magic of the first 2 was not repeated in terms of event organisation. Same Acts as before with all the usual trimmings. The good Acts were on far to late and has someone missed the point this is about Ski/Snowboarding too? You cannot stay up till 0400/0500am and then go onto the slopes. Bring the Acts on earlier. I can do all that in Ibiza and not waste £100''s for the pleasure.

They need to get the right balance with this, because the holiday is not cheap when all is taken into account. The wristband idea is flawed. Utter rubbish! On a positive I was happy with the security teams and staff on the ground! That has impoverished and they were all good with the encounters I had. My hotel was good too.

I got the coach from Liverpool which was delayed 9hours which is unexceptable. Will be expecting a refund

This was my first bombing experience, Took the coach over which was fun, I was on SB5 and the reps were brilliant and the coach was a really good way to meet people. Throughout the holiday all the reps and stewards were friendly and knowledgeable. The festival itself is probably the best festival I've ever been to, for me personally you had some of my favourite acts, The Drum & Bass night in the racket club was immense, the sound on every stage was on point, laser displays were phenomenal and although the viz was poor on the last 3 days I still got 5 days of decent boarding in. Met some lifelong friends, raved in a spiderman morphsuit and as I'm a DJ/producer myself I managed to get some demos off to a fair few DJ's and MC's which was brilliant. Will definitely be going next year.

As a veteran snowbomber the booking experience always ***** a little, this year an hour and a half wait to get arctic disco tickets was a bit naff. HOWEVER, the festival itself and getting the hotel we want and the actual tickets worked fine, as we had the pre-order code!

Great all the staff were friendly and very helpful, however it would have been nice to have a map of where all the acts were playing as it was my first year and struggled to find the right venues for the performances I wanted to see.

I booked a few days after the launch date and got the hotel, package and dates i wanted. Website was good and easy to browse.

Booking was good but the button for how many years have you been Snowbombing did not work so could not select the 12 years we have been.

It was a little confusing to arrange at first, but once it was done it was very well handled in that we could each log in and arrange our own payments - rather than having to transfer money around with each other to have it all paid off.

Despite booking a snowboard and no boots for one person and ski for another in our party of 6 we ended up with 7 ski/board rentals and all included boots.

Although Enjoyable this years Snowbombing was not as good as previous years, the line up was not as good and things seemed a bit shabby for example the lit up snowbombing sign at the forrest party had broken bulbs in it. The sound system at the street party always seems to be poor quality as well.

The booking process was really simple and easy, having the option to just pay a deposit and pay as much as you want each month is a really good idea and makes it more affordable
This is the second time that we have been and I really enjoyed it again, I will definitely be booking to go again next year!
