I went to the Orlando office to have the Venus treatment. I am 53 years old, 5’5” and 140lbs. I have worked out for 10 years and I eat right. I had a hard time losing a small amount of weight in my inner thighs. I came in 1 year ago and had a consultation with Daisy. We agreed this should be really easy and noninvasive. $1800 was paid and an appointment made. The guy that made my appointment did not set up a following appointment and it was not explained to me how often I would need to go. I had 10 appointments and Daisy thought 8 would do the trick. I came in, met Katie. She had to start my appointments over because there were not appoints available for the next couple of weeks. She gifted me an extra appointment due to this. She was thinking maybe 6 treatments would work. She talked about measuring and taking pictures to show the difference. I was never measured by her, however because I work out, I do measure myself. I was at 22 inches. We took pictures at another appointment, I do not remember how far in. There were 2 pictures taken in 2 different rooms with different lighting and a different distance from the camera. It was just a small amount that needed to be fixed . This should have been a very simple job. Months later I told Katie nothing has changed. She consulted Daisy and was told she was not using the correct temp on that area to melt the fat. She turned up the heat. Still nothing. I have record of all my appointments and 30, yes 30 treatments later My inner thighs did not change. I told her this was not working, and we needed to look into getting my money back. She understood because she did not see a change either. She consulted a new manager, Charles who I had to chase down to contact. He was either in meetings or behind closed doors. At one point he was out with Covid. No one told me he was out so I was getting very upset. I called one more time and was told he would call me back, I declined and asked to speak to him at that time. I was told he was giving an interview, I waited forever. His interview was more important that my call. He said he would submit the info and the answer I got back was that the “medical experts” looked at my 2 pictures that I mentioned above and determined there was a slight change. Funny because I was still measuring at 22 inches.

I am not the type of person to return things or make false complaints. I like to sleep at night with a clear conscience. I am so disappointed in this service. I really wanted this to work and believe it would due to the small area to treat. I feel so cheated and betrayed. I have never used social media as a tool to force someone to give me my money back or to say bad thing so please don’t make me start now. With all the time I spent traveling and the gas and tolls, just to have this treatment I am asking to have my $1800 returned. Please understand, I received absolutely nothing for $1800.

I did lodge a complaint with the BBB and was told Sono Bello was going to contact me and no one did.

I'm am very pleased with the liposuction of my upper and lower abs waist and back. My Doctor was fantastic, and the staff was amazing. I would recommend Sono bello to anyone wanting to reduce fat.

I went to the Sono Bello in Portland on macadam. I had abdomen, back fat a hips done. It cost over $6k. It was the worst experience of my life. I looked 9 months pregnant before the procedure. Had it done and was in extreme pain afterwards! Totally out of it for two day, could barely walk fir a week, with fat ozing everywhere! Oh and the bruises! Lordy! It lasted maybe a year and then I started getting the pregnant look again. Don't do it. They won't refund your money even though the tv says it's permanent and GUARANTEED! They want you to have another procedure. No way in hell!

This was the worse experience and cost was way too expensive. Spent over 8k and no satisfaction what so ever. They tell you the fat will be gone forever and yet after 6 weeks with pain and suffering no fat disappeared. My last appointment they told me the fat I have is behind my organs and can't be removed. So sorry I ever checked into this. I cringe very time I see their ad on TV. Can't get my hard earned money back!

Had my procedure 11/6/2019. Did 3 areas. Upper abs, Lower abs & Hips. I've gone from all XL AND XXL cloths to mediums and smalls. I went from a 14 Jean to a 6 and I'm only a few weeks shy of 3 months post op. I had this done in the Woburn Massachusetts office and everyone was so sweet, friendly & helpful. Every time I emailed Brittany she got back to me quickly. I want to do a few more areas and I 100% recommend this place.

I write based on research I am doing for myself. As a part of my research, I looked at these reviews. Here are my findings: Strange how all the positive reviews are so well-written... As if by a script... Great spelling & grammar. Short and to the point. Avoiding repeats of what others write. Very professional and advertisement-like. Negative reviews are more "natural". Have a look for yourselves - if you bear my comment in mind, it is quite obvious to see! Ask yourself why this appears so...

I had my surgery on 1/10/19; The medical staff is OUTSTANDING; CJ, the prep nurse, Shaunte, the Clinical Management nurse, and Dr. Al Mufarfej were better then you could ask for. They were all very supportive of my nervousness, did not try to rush me on day of surgery took their time to explain in detail as to exactly what was about to happen, and what pain I would experience after based on a 3 day period; and everything they told me was point on. I would recommend This team, I would have give five stars.....but below is why I could not, if I was only rating the med team I would have. So, here is the ugly part about Sono bello of Troy; its the consult, I was so lucky to have Kristen... She is so fake, and all she cares about is obtaining your credit card...she gave me false information during the consult, such as, they will give you as much of the relaxing cocktail as you want; to the point of you falling asleep, NOT True, told me I would feel great the next day, as she went shopping all day after her procedure, NOT true, they do not want you walking around that much; you can walk but 10 minutes up, then back down. Trust me, if you can take 10 minutes up day after....good for you, but you are leaking everywhere, and so taped and tender you cannot move. I asked to speak to the Dr., she said that is not how they do things there"......so, if you are going to move forward, be more aggressive then I was and DEMAND to speak to one of the medical staff before giving the greedy consultant your money. Also, it was very convenient on the day I met with the medical team, that Kristen supposedly forgot to suggest if you are getting your inner/outer thighs, and waist, that hips and pelvis area should be a high consideration or it will not look right; so she has you in a corner, if the surgeon is telling you; you are not going to be happy with the outcome without doing that area....you are obviously going to do it.....here comes the extra $3,000....and of course Kristen said she gave it at cost..... Again I could not be happier with the medical staff and how I look only 1.5 weeks after procedure. Also, Kristen said I could fly in two weeks....another lie...they do not want you to fly because of swelling and blood clots and you have to wear the compression suit for at least 6-8 weeks 24 hours a day.....you really want to go on vacation and lay by the pool in a compression suit.....so just be ware she is going tell you Roses and gumdrops.....recovery is much longer then she will tell you....also you cannot wear regular clothes....loose leggings only for about six weeks......

So I was surprised at how painful the procedure was. The compression garment wasn't too bad it was a tad bit uncomfortable. What bothered me the most was wearing it 24/7. So I went and bought another one. So I could wash one well I was wearing the other. The thing that bothered me the most was the fact that when the doctor remove the skin and he sewed it back together it caused these little fat pockets on my hips to be pronounced. Somebody told me they were called dog's ears. When I tried to talk to the nurses that took care of my appointments, they just would change the subject. They wouldn't give me any kind of recommendation or thought as to how it could be fixed. Other than that the members of staff were really nice. Definitely not something I do again. Though I didn't do it for weight loss.

Went and they checked me up , agreed on 5k for 3 places , now they said my upper stomach was a different part from my lower, and my arms. They took several pics and after a few days I came in for the procedure. Went well on that day after like 2 months I noticed one part of my Tommy was not symmetric to the other, i complained they said it will go down that I was stl healing. . After 6 months it was obvious that I should be seeing results at this time no significant change at that point it was glaring that nothing change because they brought the pictures before the procedure to compare. With the present, After much argument they said that I should come back next jan 2020 for another pain level procedure. I didn't want another procedure sine the other experience was very painful, i asked if they could give me part of my 5k let me go, instead I should come in for the pain which is not granted that it will come out well this time. Secondly the garment is a problem for them for them to give. I will not recommend that place for anyone because they don't know one bit of what they are doing they are pretending to be what they are not. Drs bad, workers bad too. All they need is your money, zero services.

I'm Margaret I had a procedure at sono Bello to make my face smaller I paid a $1000 and I went once a week the nurse would take a warm device and roll it over my face to shrink my face I saw absolutely nothing that I paid for I kept telling her I don't see any difference I didn't go back for the last procedure because all the other 10 or 11 times didn't do anything so I said the last one wasn't going to give me what I paid for I don't recommend them I know someone else had a liposuction after the person saw no different and she was told after spending her money she should have had a tummy tuck first I don't recommend this place not at all

Spent a lot of money with results far from satisfying. Some mistakes made on one side but not on the other. Forever misappropriation, they said the would make it right but months later still not making it right but they have my money. If I had known ahead how frustrated I would be with Sono Bello I never would have come. Go someplace else if you want good results.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but sooo impressed ! My counselor (Chelsea) was wonderful. She handled all my questions quickly and professionally. Dr. Kosowski has a wonderful bed side manner and truly wants the best results for his patients. My nurses.. Michelle and Celine were so caring and kind. They did everything positron make me comfortable. I've been an Operating Room nurse for 26 years, this group is fantastic at what they do. Im disappointed they don't offer more procedures.. I'd definitely go back. Go for a consultation.. You'll be so glad you did.

In april i went for my procedure. Not for a weight problem i weighed 140 but more for removing back fat and ex sculpture procedure removing. I stop smoking and never ever changed my eating habits point blank period. I was told by them and their running commercial all fat removed would not grow back which was a lie. Immediately after procedure i start gaining weight i kept mentioning it and they said no worries my swelling is still going down, i went from weighing 140 to 155. The areas worked on was growing fat back. I complained to the Overland Pk Kansas office mgr set up another appointment and said i could have the procedure done by another doctor. The med assistant said it might be thyroids i went to doctor just to prove no thyroids. So the next appt i had blood test document The Doctor laughed at me and said you stop smoking and said get back to 140 then come back. I was trying to explain the areas that were worked were not done correctly im an older woman and would not have workout abs along with my body looking lopsided . The doctor was rude made fun by laughing and said im not going to do anything and i was led out of the office. So i paid over 7grand for this f'd up figure. I will be one of the first to join a class action lawsuit, because the way these reviews are the company is going to be sued and force into bankruptcy. By having to pay people back

I had the surgery 4 months ago, the only change is my stomach is uneven. The top of the stomach the Dr. did not touch. The middle of the stomach is still around with the same fat and the lower part of my stomach has extra loose skin. My bra row which I had done as well still have fat in it. I have seen no change but now my body is uneven

I went to E sonterra Blvd in San Antonio Tx clinic for initial consultation. I ended up paying some down payment then I didn't go through the procedure. It have been over a year and I have not been able to get my money back. I stopped by, called numerous times, sent email but so far this Stephanie person is no where to be found. Please I want my money back

The staff and Dr T at the Turkey Lake office are so trained for all your needs. I had it done couple weeks ago now. It's true what is said about it. Minimal discomfort and practically no down time! As for results I had it done with little expectations and got the surprise of my life. Want my whole body done!!!! Thank you!

I see the advertisements especially now as we will soon be approaching spring, the reason people would flock to Sonobello to do this now is because they want to look good in their bathing suits, the staff at Sonobello needs to be forthcoming and tell clients that it takes at least 18 months for your body to contour to the way you want it to, and that you can not expose your scar to the sun. I had a tummy tuck and lipo in 2018 and my belly still has not contoured and I wear my compression garment everyday. I wear it because it feels go. just get all the facts and ask questions and research. Khadijah Shakur RN

I paid 6500.00 for the stomach thighs and back rolls that's they claimed one part was free. My back looks terrible the thighs come out good and my stomach was barely done . I wouldn't recommend it unless you hv money to waste. When I went for review I was told my back rolls were so hard for them.

I just had my 6 month checkup and I am delighted with the results. I had waist, abdominal upper and lower, and tummy tuck. The staff was incredible, front desk, to Tia who saw me through till the end. I had reasonable ideas about how I would look and at 6 months I am really happy. My Doctor was knowledgable about what he was doing and let me know what was a reasonable outcome. I would recommend my nurses, Dr, and front staff in Scottsdale to anyone thinking about any liposuction or tummy tuck.
