Was with them for 8 years, for some reason they took away the odds power up option. I asked customer service that said they'd put in a request. No change. I went back & asked customer service why, they don't know. They had no power to investigate this issue so I took my money out & now gone elsewhere. There was even a time they had a special to get your money back in bonus bets, I had to fight them to get it. Disgraceful behaviour & useless customer service department. I asked to speak with a manager but was told the supervisor was the highest person i coukd speak to but they had no power to fix anything. Seriously disappointed.

I have been with sportsbet for 6 years and have never had a problem but recently I can only bet $20 or$50 dollars on abet they won't let me put any more also I don't get enhanced odds yet my friends do and I can't cash out.every time I try to put a live bet sometimes $100 dollars they have to go to the traders and if they say yes my line has changed.Not happy anymore so I joined Bet 365 no problems at all they will take any amount.

well in all my 80 years ,for 65 of 'em iv'e never read a bad reference in my administrative positions, over that period of time ,so if you can handle constructive criticism here goes,some of your operators are on par with the bulk of the same standard of 95%of the operators on the phone TAB ,,unfortunately many in your group lack the required knowledge of the betting systems ,especially NRL & racing requirement e.g. boxing several horses in exactas & % of bet amount placed ,however if I appear to be nit picking there are other instances that have caused confusion ,without going into detail as some operators with an accent ,I feel are not aware of the oz jargon .Betting today is a joke compared to the past ,the odds are shocking considering on average 20% of faves rarely win on the 2 main programmes & one would have to be desperate to accept your offer of the 5 dollar bonus on a horse that has to break so many records to win the race ,let alone by a length ,what the bet should be is 10 dollars & if it doesn't run a place ,you can have a final fling on some other race of your choice ,anyway enough of my prattling on ,I only bet now as a hobby to keep an interest ,you would be shocked to know that I would punt a ''years ''salary on a horse in the 50's, numerous times 2 horses you may recall Tulloch & Todman ..cheers Bazz

I was there customer from 8 years. But they have started riping peoples off now. I win a smount of 3400$ they void my bet. Always technical issue. If you win your bet gets voided and if you lose all good. Cheaters, theives, scam.... 0 star

I would give Sportsbet a five except for the fact that it is frustrating not being able to deposit a smaller amount with the Cashcard because if its setup. I signed up to take their promotion of matching $501 in bonus bets, they then tell me that after I have signed up they will not give any bonus bets, even though Ladbrokes matched it, as they said they would....... my advice is leave this money hungry deceiving company

Tried to call customer service no one answered The service team have attitude like it’s your fault when the system fails Old bets stay in your pending bets, so you think you are not on so place again , then hwhen you check later you have placed the same bet twice . I’m taking this up with the ombudsman Sometimes when you look for long form, it shows you form from another horse not in the race. I called customer service , they did nothing , did not apologise or thanked me for bringing to there attention The help team seem to be India and not across betting Easybet will match your investment so I’m going to them

I put 200 and win 800 my account have 1000 . I try to withdrew to my visa where I use to deposit. Got declined . I try to add my bank account and withdrew there. After put all the bank correct info they declined again and tell me to call them. It cost me to call them when I wasn't live in Australia so I tell them to call me. . They said no. What's the point to have my number if they can't call me? After join then and share my number I get so many randomly calls from strangers the callers are 0044220xxxx. I search the nets it's scammers. They sold my numbers to them I believe. And till now I still can't withdrew. Please don't use it if you aren't from Australia. So many Hassel to get withdrew.

Do they not realise the bets have times on them as clearly the invincebella bet was placed first as there time stamps staye ... Just another excuse not to pay out.. I've also had dramas withdrawing funds from account and constantly been hung up on whilst making enquires in the phone .. I advise you to try another agency as Sportsnet don't care about customers only your money and they will do everything to keep it in their possession.
