Horrible! I bought 50 pounds of bulk mints and about 1/3 were melted and unusable. They put two small ice packs per box to keep 25 pounds of candy cool for the week it to to get to me. I called and left two messages and emailed them. No one returned my messages or email me to make it right. Needless to say I won't buy anything from them again.

When my package arrived it was in perfect shape. I chose an assortment of foil wrapped Easter candy. It was so well packaged and everything was very fresh. Of course we had to sample it!! I would definitely recommend and purchase from Sweet Service again!

Overall, I would buy from you again, but only if you wrapped the items in bubble wrap and packed the box with more bubble wrap. Also, use a much sturdier box to ship. The box was torn in 2 different places and some of the life saver rolls were broken. But they still tasted great!

Sweet Services has an extensive selection that I have always found to be quality fresh, packed carefully for shipping and delivered quickly. While I take advantage of discount offers, pricing is good In general.

I had never used sweetservices.com before, so I was a little hesitant. However, the reviews for the website were positive, I needed the candy, and I plunged ahead. I particularly liked the fact that I was given the email address of someone to contact directly if I had any problems. The price for the candy was reasonable; the order was correct and came right on time. I will definitely use sweetservices.com again.

This was great please keep these offers coming via text messages do clear an simply worded. I love what I ordered and because I am severely handicapped I am not able to get to the mall but once every other year or so to get this stuff. Plus there price is so expensive. Overall it went really well; if I have one complain is that I wish you guys sell different sizes because for the mints y'all only had 2.5# or the 50# and I really don't need that much!! But 2.5# wasn't enough and now I have to purchase another bag!

I did not hear what was going on with my order until today when it came in the mail other than to say it was coming. I was not able to follow a shipping number but it did get here in a good amount of time with no problems at all.

Please be advised that the product was a gift from a foster child to his Mom. You sent it to our address instead of hers. She did not get. We had to send alternatives for the gift. The child was sad. I did verify the order and my instructions were correct but the items were shipped to the wrong address.

You sent the wrong product to my family in Coeurd'Alene, Idaho. I had to call and resend and take care of it all over again!! However, Mark handled the issue and was very concerned and professional about the mistake. I am now waiting to see if the correct product is in fact received when Mark stated. Would I use this company again? We'll see.

XPO Trucking did not arrive until 3:30 PM on Friday. My extra help left at 5:30 so Marianne and I worked on the shipment until 7:30 pm and finished up before store opened at 9:00 am on Saturday. Not good. Your customer service could not provide us any shipping information Friday at 2:00 pm. Not good. Overpack boxes were all folded flap closed. Not sealed and open to spill out or theft. very poor. Several were crushed but thankfully only minor product damage. Not good.

I found what I was looking for fast. Though your ice pack auto balance for the total didn't register the ice pack addition so I deleted it. Is possible to get free ice packs for certain total amounts of sales plus free shipping in the future?

The only problem I incurred when ordering was finding the 'parade assortment'. I put those two words in the search box but it said it could not find it. I had to search through the various categories.
