I've ordered three items All three arrived in individual plastic bags. The tennis skirt and a black tennis shirt were neatly packed with the original labels. However, a white tennis polo shirt was stuffed in a bag. It was dirty with signs of being tried on many times or even worn. I considered complaining and returning but felt it was too much trouble to deal with it beause it was reasonably cheap on sale. Not sure I will trust the sale items at this company.

Ordered shoes on Tennis Express Website. Item was said to be out for delivery, then ended up in Hawaii... Not Florida. Called and the last didn't even care. Let's hope I get my money back. I'm passed. Never ordering again from them.

Watch out for the fine print on returns to Tennis Express. It may be "free shipping". Especially around the holidays, buyer beware, as there is a fee if the return does not meet a specific amount. There is a disclaimer in small print at the bottom of the ad that says "returns". It's only free returns, if you spend a certain amount.

I ordered two pairs, of size 11 by mistake, and was thinking I got it wrong, it would be too big because I never worn a size 11 shoe before, all my previous were either 10.5 or 10. For reasons I can't explain, this size 11 wont even let my foot in. Just outright small. There must have been something wrong either with the sizing label or a design/production defect. Now I got two pairs of shoes I will never be able to wear.

I bought Rafael Nadal French Open racquet for my father as his birthday giftthe racket did not hit anything but inside the racket frame had crack, he thought was just paint crack in the beginning so we did not say anything to Tennisexpress until the the racquet about the crack. what contact the company it was just a month past the warranty...

Tried something new and failed. I guess my power and spin combination was to much for these strings. Had them loaded at 58 lbs. and hit with them for about an hour and then played a match. The strings were all over the place and I didn't feel any "pop" off of them especially on my serve. I am merely a recreational player with a 3.5 USTA rating who has only been playing for two years, but I will not go back to synthetic Gut anytime soon.

They fully charged my card a month ago, but short-shipped the order. No notification or updates provided. After three unanswered emails, and three ineffective phone calls (two live; one had to leave a message), they have still not refunded or responded despite assurance on the phone that they would credit my credit card the same day as my the second phone call. Very frustrating experience. Either incompetent or deceitful. Easily my worst online ordering experience. Still waiting. Would not recommend.

Easy shopping, quick delivery. My last purchase was Tretorn pressureless balls to use with my ball machine. It's too early to tell how I like them compared to practicing with used pressurized balls. They definitely come out of the machine with a more consistent trajectory, spin, & speed; however, they do have a heavier feel when striking with the racquet. I'll play with these 72 a couple months and then maybe buy another 72....

Checkout was flawed, as it was bouncing to same page for "Address to use" and I chatted twice and called 3 times your number but no support was provided. Ultimately....after lot of hit and trial, I figured out that It wanted to change billing address....with phone number etc....may be wrong...but checkout happened after 2-3 hours

I tried calling the 1-800 number six (6) times to place an order and no one ever answered! That is not poor customer service, its NO customer service! I wanted to order from someone else, but lucky for you guys no one else carried the racquet I wanted but you. I mean dang I spent $200 and I wanted to give it to someone else because the website and stringing options are poorly built and non descript, no one would answer the phone. Just all around poor job guys. I hate being so harsh, but dang guys it was bad. However, the racquet did get here quickly...so they got that part right.

easy to order on the website. I like the free shipping with the order over $50 but not so much when you have to return or exchange, you have to paid shipping if your exchange is less than $75 (I think). Not very happy about that

Need to improve way to return to where you left off rather than have to start over to view items. Am I missing a way to do this? When I select an item to view, I cannot return to place where I selected it without starting over. Time consuming.

I realized you had a lot more information including the videos in the shoe section. It’s really helpful along with the star ratings for the different aspects of each shoe . Tennis Express. Ordering is so easy. Returns are easy to you. All the description and shoe section along with the videos is most helpful.

Another reel Alu Power 130 was out of stock. Mid west sports had singles at lower price($14.95) than your company. So I ordered 15 Alu Power 130 singles packs from Midwest Sports. But they did not have Alu Power Flouro reel. I order this reel from your company.

I received my order for tennis shoes 4 days late. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday and I didn't receive them until Tuesday night at 7:30. Trying to contact your company is one of the most difficult websites I've ever used. I tried to follow your prompts regarding late deliveries and I never did find the proper link. Very poor customer service!

Lived for 18 years overseas and relied mainly on mail order for almost all purchases including shipping my rackets to the states for restringing . I have never done business with a non responsive vender like Tennis Express they were unable to supply the item I ordered trying to cancel and received to date no response by either phone or E Mail. I was able to obtain the item from a different vender and obviously wouldnot use Tennis Express again as there are simply a large nuber of competitive and responsive vender for tennis items.

I evacuated my home onSep 8 and package had not been delivered before I left. Based on reported damage due to winds and flooding I doubt I will find your package when I return after the storm. Expect you to shipnew order when things calm down. You can contact me at 239 451-0117. Can't believe UPS would leave a package at my doorstep under these conditions.

My experience with tennis express was a frustrating one. I placed an order by phone but did not receive the racquet until almost a month later. They told me after a few weeks that the racquet had by mistake shipped to GA (I live in NC) but would be shipped to me in 2 days from that time - ok, mistakes are made, so I didn't make a fuss. However, in two days, instead of receiving the racquet, I received an email stating that delivery would be in another two days....In 2 days, another notice that it would be another 2 days. I'm very happy with the racquet but disappointed in the service and the lack of interest from the company. I don't think the people there really cared.

I was disappointed that they sent me a stainless hydro flask when I ordered a cobalt one even though the order confirmation clearly says COBALT. So I called them, they didn't pick up, I left a voicemail, they didn't get back to me and it had been days since I received the bottle. On top of that, the hydro flask was shipped in a plastic bag with no other protections around the bottle.

Received pair of Head shoes, very satisfied with shoes and delivery. When I ordered the shoes, it stated "free $25 gift card included with purchase. No gift card was included. Called customer service and they said that promotion ended at Christmas (not stated on website). Planned on using gift card to purchase back-up racquet, Will now buy from someone else.
