From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were well looked after, acknowledged on arrival by one of the salesman coming over and talking to us, opening up the cars we were interested in and able to answer all our questions. They were busy but still managed to take us for a test drive and never once rushed us.

Looked after us very well when we were looking for a used Mitsubishi Outlander, We visited first with lots of questions as it was our first Hybrid! Graham was very helpful. Then they found us a car that suited our requirements perfectly. The whole process was very stress free, we are delighted with the car and feel we paid a fair price.

I am new in the UK and just bought my first car! As Wimbledon Carriage Company was advertising the car that I was looking for (Mercedes Hybrid), I took the opportunity to travel from London with my son to meet up with Graham and the team. I am very happy with the professional service and support that I have received. It has been a great experience and I hope this is the first of many cars that I buy from Graham!

Very friendly sales people, arranged everything without unnecessary faff and numerous arrangements, calls, emails etc.
I live quite a long way away and had to drive nearly 3 hours there as I couldn’t find anywhere else the car I wanted. However, I’ll happily do it again when it’ll be the next time to change the car.

I had not used Wimbledon before and live over 100 miles away, completed the whole process remotely via internet and telephone calls. The service was terrific from start to finish. My contact helped me with live photos and texts/voice to view the car I was interested in allowing for a detailed and close inspection.

Once we had agreed on the purchase price and finance package I preferred,
all I had to do was arrive on the agreed day to collect the car and drove away with 30 minutes.

Fast, clear and reliable.

Graham made the long distance purchase of my Mini Cooper S very easy (possibly the easiest car buying transaction I’ve ever done in fact). It was exactly as described and he even walked around the car on FaceTime so I could see it remotely. Now thoroughly enjoying the car - highly recommend to anyone else

It as was my second time buying a car from Wimbledon Carriage Company. Just like the first time, the service was exceptional. All my questions and inquiries were dealt with very quickly and no pressure tactics were applied. The car was competitively priced and exactly as described on their website.
