After 3-4 short POA-s i got refused from amazon in matter of minutes. Do not use this company. SCAM company with payed positive reviews. They have line in their website " we dont take what we can't handle" waste of 500eur

I submitted alot of appeal to Amazon and didn't worked. I decided to seek help on this company and miss Holly helped me on my plan of action. I followed her instructions and attached all the documents needed. I received an email from the seller performance policy team that they reviewed my documents and reactivated my account. My experience of dealing with Thompson and Hold specially HOLLY has been amazing, Holly was a great help I have to say this has been EXCELLENT, REALLY EASY TO FOLLOW, PROMPT RESPONSE AND 100 % ISUUE RESOLVED AT THE END

After 2 months I have finally been reinstated. I have to give it to Lucy though she never gave up. She constantly supported me throughout and we made it in the end.

I keep using Thompson and Holt again and again every time I have an issue with Amazon. Each time they have successfully managed to get any issue, whether a full account suspension or product authenticity complaint, resolved.

I can only recommend them to anyone, many thanks once again.

This is my second tie in three years relying on their help and the second time they have succeeded reinstating my account on the first try. They just know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

Thompson and Holt helped draft a revised appeal to Amazon and although Amazon initially rejected it, we did a ~week later get a long call from Amazon with some revision suggestions which we applied and then they immediately reactivated the account. Hard to say which piece did what part, but all's well that end's well and though expensive we could recommend Thompson and Holt to others if their situation were similar.

I had a major problem that was really caused by Amazon Fulfillment for a seller who was traveling and using his inventory at FBA. After being suspended and being totally angry, I let things cool for a week then contacted Thompson and Holt. I followed their instructions to the T. I reviewed my data 3 times a day for 2 days then submitted and in 2 hours I was reinstated.

This was for my first account out of 2 & they were able to get it unsuspended. Reason for suspension was for High ODR. I recommend Laura. She is amazing to work with.

I was told when i signed up it may take 7-10 days for reinstatement, but it only took 4 days. I am happy, and thanks to Simon and his team i am selling again.

This is the third time I have used Thompson and Holt in the last few months. I have not had any issues for the last few years, and then everything has come at once. Laura has got me out of these issues every time. Really happy with the service and the outcome each time.
