I ordered this a while ago and it came promptly (the same weekend). I live nearby and chose instore pick up; they held it for me for about a month and were helpful and quick once I had time to come by and pick it up.

Great shop, great experience.

Ordered a Park axle vice last saturday, arrived on Friday. Item arrived as described and I saved a fair bit over the local shop.

I received the order six days after it was placed with regular shipping. The prices on this website were pretty good for the things I was ordering, but they were not always the lowest on others.

I have no idea where Ypsilanti, MI is located on the map. I do know that Tree Fort Bikes had the least expensive price on the CycleOps fluid 2 trainer I purchased. I must admit that I was a little leary as their price was almost $100 less than everybody else in the World wide web. I thought that this might be too good to be true. However, the trainer arrived in perfect condition all the way in Red Oak, TX right on time. I would definitely recommend Tree Fort Bikes to my friends or anyone else out there that wants a good deal on quality gear.

They had the best price I could find on line and then they knocked an additional 15% the off price to match a vendor I didn't find.
The phone and eMail support is great and delivery was 4 days after I placed my order.
I would definitely order from them again.

I purchased a Rockshox Recon Race mountain bike fork. Tree Fort Bikes had the very best price anywhere, and free shipping. The item was shipped promptly. Great store !

I have placed several orders with Tree Fort Bikes, and all but one have been trouble-free. In my experience, they are slow to respond to email, but every time I have called, I have been able to get someone on the phone almost immediately. Then they went out of their way to make things right.

I ordered a headset and tires from Tree Fort after being strung along for months by a different online vendor. The difference was night and day, Tree Fort took care of me in a timely fashion and shipped to me right away. They even kept me informed about a shipping delay due to severe weather conditions. I had a problem with an order (shimano 12 speed cassette) and contacted their email support. To my surprise, they replied within a day and shipped out a replacement with a return shipping label.

I have purchased several items from Tree Fort bikes and find it somewhat strange having to shop on-line to get a "pricematched" item while the store is close to home and I don't use credit cards on-line i have to purchase a gift card from my bank in order to keep things safe from fraud, which i have been through recently.
The people at Tree Fort are very informative and know their bikes, when calling by phone you don't feel rushed if asking questions they take time to answer or to recommend a certain product based on your preferences.
My most recent "pricematched" purchase went smoothly and i was notified within 2 days of my order for in-store pick up.
I would recommened Tree Fort bike shop to anyone looking for great deals and service. The only negative i take a star away, is purchasing on-line to get pricematched deals I can't pay for in-store with the same item in-hand with cash! I do enjoy their on-line store and website which make it all well worth the time for a great deal at a great bike shop! Thanks Tree Fort!

I actually ordered something in October 2008 however my order was not available until just a couple of weeks ago. Despite this problem and the extreme wait, Treefort Bikes was very easy to work with. Their prices were so much lower than the competition (more than just a few dollars), I don't understand how they can do it (or why they do) and others don't. The bottom line is that I was very impressed with their service, prices, and would recommend them to anybody. I will definitely be shopping there before anywhere else.

I made my Garmin Edge 800 purchase over the internet with Tree Fort Bikes because of their low price, and relative proximity. My package arrived quickly, although the product was defective (stuck pixels in center of the screen). Fortunately Tree Fort Bikes was very helpful and swapped it for a new one while I waited in their store.

Took 28 days to receive "in-stock" pedals. Due to poor packaging, pedals were damaged in transit. Will find someone else for next purchase.

Ordered some bike maintenance items on 5/26/2019 and items arrived on 6/4/2019 with free shipping. Prices were cheaper as well. I'll definitely shop here in the future!
