When an accident with a heat sink caused the ruin of my kid's computer's CPU, a Google search brought me to UpgradeBay.com. Checking with rating services like this one left me with the impression of a very pleased customer base, so I ordered a replacement CPU. Staff (Salim, & Eric Yniguez) were helpful, delivery was timely, and the CPU worked properly out of the box.

Upgradebay is great, got a new CPU for an older desktop here at a killer price that increased performance by around 30-35% for only $45, which was around a half to a third of what other retailers wanted. Delivery was fast and service was excellent. Eric Yniguez even followed up with an email a few months later as follow up! Will definitely be buying from them again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs a part in the future!

My 3-year old ACER laptop loaded with important eMails and records quit completely. It was the Mother Board. ACER tech support had none and returned my unit unrepaired. Desperation time! Then, I found UpgradeBay.com. They and their representative Eric Yniguez came to my rescue - bigtime. They had the MB - the right MB - , completed the order and shipped the item in no time at all without any delays and included a FedEx tracking number for comfort. The MB arrived quickly, in mint condition, was exactly what I needed and functioned perfectly. The company feature that "All parts are covered under a 30-Days warranty" was very comforting. For me. this is a happy ending - thanks to UpgradeBay.com and Eric Yniguez. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

I recently purchased a video tuner card for my HP PC and was very pleased with both the quality of the product and the timeliness and condition in which it was shipped. I was also very pleased with the follow-up e-mail from the company when I received an e-mail from Mr. Eric Yniguez inquiring "if everything worked out for me." I definitely would like to commend this company and Mr. Yniquez for the outstanding customer support. It's nice to know there are still businesses out there who are truly customer-oriented. I will definitely be a return customer!

Ordered a very rare DVD/CDROM drive for a Gateway laptop, price was lower than all other vendors even though they were only one of 3 who had the product. It was nice not to be gouged the way some vendors do. Delivery was very timely, and product was of good quality. I would highly recommend the UpgradeBay to anyone, and I am very satisfied.

I bought this hard drive for a machine that was manufactured in 2000. The machine manufacturer quoted me $1200.00 for a replacement (20 gigabyte) hard drive without the machine's operating system installed. Really, a one terabyte drive is less than $200.00 This hard drive was the exact model number of the one I pulled out of our machine. Thanks to Eric Yniguez and UpgradeBay dot com this machine is back in production.

I searched and finally found a motherboard for an IBM server that was running SCO Unix. Eric Yniguez did a really good job in shipping the part out and it worked fine. It is still in service.

I wanted to thank Upgradebay.com, or more specificly thank one of your employees, Eric Yniguez, for his outstanding customer service.

Not only did Eric efficiently guide me with his professional approach, he was instantaneously able to find my part requested and get me out the door in a very timely manner....all this with a very customer-focused demeanor.

I appreciate his approach, because I too am in the customer-service field, and know how hard it is to keep the customer satifaction at all 5s. Eric is all 5s.

I ordered a Dell battery at a very nice price. Eric was out but awaiting a shipment. They kept me informed of when to expect my shipment and the price savings was worth the short wait. It arrived in perfect condition. I ordered the larger one that has a lip on it for extended cordless time. I can go hours on my battery now! Thanks Eric and staff!
