I recently turned to Voiplink for its low prices and variety of products. I have placed several orders for Cisco phone 7960 accessories and all orders have been processed quickly and accurately.

I will definitely continue to use Voiplink for phone accessories and other technical needs.

order on the 15-3-11 and send them money to them by paypal on the 16-3-11. paypal transaction is complete within the day but they do not ship out the goods to me even after 2days later and give me excuse of my paypal address is not verify, i give paypal a call and they told me this transaction is complete and there is nothing worng with it. i only receive the goods only on the 28-3-11 which is 13days later after i make the payment. If they would just inform me there is a lead time for it and i will not lose my customer.

On the 23rd of August I ordered three parts. After not receiving the parts by Sep 16th I called voiplink to find out why the items had not been shipped. They informed me one item was no longer available, when asked why I wasn't notified, they could provide no excuse. They promised to send the remaining two items the following day, three days later the items were finally sent. Unless I'm in dire need, I will not be using Voiplink again.

I was expecting the item to arrive in about a week but within the week it arrived. This is about the 8th headset I've ordered from them and the service is excellent. I've stopped shopping around and go right to Voiplink.

I have been ordering all my company's headsets from Voiplink for the past 3 years. The products are reliable and the service is great. Thank you Voiplink!

I was searching VOIP equipaments through out the internet and I was hopping to have better prices because I would be expending around U$ 85,000 in Voip equipaments. Marian Cruz was my first contact and I was not willing to pay Brazil's tax ( 78 % ) I asked her if that would be possible to declare a little less than the original price. She always have been said that "yes" so I took the decision of buying just 01 Sangoma card U$ 832,75 instead. She lied and said that it was declared as U$ 389,00...I received the purchase here and I had to pay extra R$ 694,00 because she did not declare anything. None declaration. Can you imagine if I had expent U$ 85,000 ? plus 78 % tax...She just wanted to get sell.

On December 29, 2009 I ordered the Linksys SPA941 IP Telephone for 2-Lines, the Linksys PAP2T-NA VoIP Adapter, and the OpenVox A400P11 (1 FXS & 1 FXO Ports) card. I received them on January 7th, 2010 very promptly.

This web site has a great inventory for all IP Telephony needs so I bought all my parts from this one place and they have very good prices also.

I am happy with my order.
