Our service man, Victor, was friendly, polite and very thorough in his work. He took no short cuts and did an excellent job at our home. We were extremely satisfied with the work and will certainly use them again and confidently recommend Who Who to our friends.

I recently had my lounge suite steam cleaned by Who Who. The guy who came to my place was very polite and nice. We even had a few laughs about our pets as my couch was covered in dog and cat hair. I must say the lounge looks like new again and I am so very pleased with the end results. I will be telling all my friends and family to use Who Who in the future. One satisfied customer here.

I booked as a 2nd time around customer for my 4 bedroom house. I also booked for 3 rugs and my 4 seater lounge. The 1st time they came they cleaned the rugs and put them outside in the sun to dry and then did the wall to wall carpet in those rooms with the rugs for the same price. However, this time (2nd time customer) they just did the rugs while on the carpet and didn’t clean the lounge, dining, and spare room wall to wall carpet (all where the rugs are) and left them dirty!! All for $390! The tech said he always moves the bedsides and he lied about that as he didn’t! Never again! Please watch them as I didn’t and this is what happened.

Had my carpets cleaned and pest treated by Who Who carpet cleaning and pest control Saturday just past. I have to say I am pleased with both services provided by the company and both gentleman that were sent out to carry out the services. The pest technician was on top of everything and knew his product knowledge quite well. The carpet technician was well mannered and even cleaned a heavy stain that had been there for a while. 5 stars out of 5. I recommend this company to anyone who is in need of services.

Used these guys twice to come and check for termites and do a general pest control for cockroaches, spiders, ants etc. The second time the technician was here, 6 months after the first visit, he found moisture in a window sill and recommended I install a barrier at a cost of $4,800. Needless to say, I was hesitant. So I asked whether he'd found any termite activity in that window sill when he'd been here 6 months previously and he told me he hadn't checked for termites then. What? So why did I pay them $379 the previous visit? I checked my receipts and the first visit consisted of a general pest control for $264 and a Termidor ant treatment for $115. The second visit consisted of a Termidor ant treatment $208 and termite inspection $115. Since then I've used a different company to do my pest control at a total cost, including ants, of $209. That's 45% cheaper than their cost of $379. I've also split my pest controls from my termite inspections and I was so happy with the new company inspecting for termites, who also used infrared and were SO much more thorough. He even crawled around in the roof space. The new guy found no moisture or termite activity in the window sill and quoted me $3,000-$3,300 to do a barrier. I will certainly never be using Who Who for my pest or termite control ever again. Oh, and the new companies I'm using don't charge credit card fees either, unlike Who Who who charge 1%.

Used Who Who twice in the last 6 months for carpet cleaning and have been on time on both occasions and results were fine. Would use again for sure.

Had 2 rugs ‘cleaned’ in the machine $360 returned covered in dust and dog hair. Was sent a video of the rugs going through the machine by the manager. He was more concerned about making sure I knew they had been through the machine than how dirty they came back. Was refused a refund so I had them re- cleaned and they still came back with the below picture of dust that was vacuumed out of only one of the 2 rugs using my Dyson vacuum. The other rug has the same amount of dust that has come out after one machine wash and one hand wash with this company. I‘m remaining anonymous as I have too much anxiety to deal with this company again. I asked multiple times for a refund but was told it wasn’t in their policy. Also spent 9 hrs waiting for the pick up and drop off of the rugs and tried to organise to get them myself but was it seems like you can’t. You just have to spend your whole day at home waiting for the rugs to be picked up. I feel like I was extremely cheated out of a large sum of money which I spent a long time saving up to put that aside to get them cleaned thinking they would come back spotless like they advertise. It’s not a nice company to deal with and it seems like the rug world is full of people that rip you off. This company is one of them.

with a phone call every 3 months or so over the past 12-18 months i gave in. Wish i had found some reviews first. polite man came to do carpets on Monday the 1st June . Not a spot gone. Looks like it has not been cleaned professionally at all. Happy for anyone from the company to come and see. Very disappointed. terrible job. I was given no receipt but was told that a receipt would be posted. Have not received it yet

Cleared all the rooms of furniture to facilitate a good job but at last minute was asked if I wanted lanolin to be added to a wool carpet (one room only) for $50.....half a cup sprinkled on an then there was the add on emulsifier to bring out the colour for $50, again a small amount added to the mix, I said that I thought you came to do the carpets and now I need to pay for these extras ? Admittedly he did get rid of two stains but the emulsifier left lines all down the staircase which incidentally he only did once....every other carpet clean we have had did them twice. He was there for one and a half hours all told and it cost me over $435 and they even charged me for use of my credit card. Would I use them again .... absolutely not. He may have been a very polite operator but I imagine that it just part of the ploy so you don't feel like arguing with them.
By the way they seemed to change their name a few times during the process but this is the name we ended up pay the bill to.
