It took over 2 weeks just to send the plant and when I called to find out why I had not received it they did not have any explanation - just that it has not sent. And when it FINALLY came they were SO SMALL, NOT worth $10 and SOOOO DRY!!! I don't know if it will live. I will NOT order from Burpees again and removed my name from their mailing list!!!

Lovely plants. Germination, even after scarification and an overnight soak in warm water, was a bit slow, and bear in mind that these seeds PREFER POOR SOIL!!! I planted a couple dozen in good soil and had ZERO germination, but the seeds I planted in older soil that I was re-using popped right up! So that's something to keep in mind. I love the shape of the leaves and the way they bob in the slightest breeze. Informal and charming. Wonderful colors. Very pleased.Thank You, WeSeeds.com.

Mislabeled seeds I ordered 6 packs of Moonshot marigold seeds, they sent seeds labeled as such, but they were actually something that appeared to be calendula seeds, maybe, but definitely not any kind of marigold. Repeated attempts to contact the vendor were not acknowledged impossible to get company to respond. Other seeds (Easy Wave Petunia) did not sprout when started indoors under lights when other seed from other vendors started and have grown well under the same conditions. After these frustrating experiences I reread their website ads which suggest that even they acknowledge that their suppliers may be supplying bogus seed stock. I believe this is a bogus outfit. I am out more than $30 for my order and have been able to even figure out how to get these bastards to respond to my inquiries. I recommend avoiding them like the plague.

The same problems as all the below. £158 paid mid April still awaiting some plantS, most of those received so far are sub standard at least two almost dead on arrival or will not survive planting out. There is a legal case to pursue, infringement of Distance Selling Regulations which prevents online suppliers taking payment for products they do not have in stock ready for despatch unless they inform customers when stock will be available. It seems most of the below complaints are from customers like me who, in good faith paid up front because the web site indicated all items in the order wer.e ready foR despatch but delivery might be delayed because of the Pandemic. I would never have agreed to pay for products up to 3 months in advance, especially expensive shrubs which would likely be out of season during that time, too late to plant successfully. I have attached a photo of just one pathetic example, taken the day after delivery having watered it and waited overnight to attempt recovery. This cost me £20 3 months ago and is supposed to be a shrub which will eventually grow to 1.5 metres tall but will not survive planting out in this state. It is obviously next years stock planted up too early in a 3 litre pot to make it look fit for purpose just to make the sale hoping the Customer could not be bothered to complain. Sutton’s has become a very dishonest trading company. It’s refusal to allow full refunds prior to .despatch is also dishonest trading practice.

My dad went to Rural King on the west side of Hamilton. Bought a pair of wide work boots. Has a receipt still. Got home and realized they are three sizes smaller than the box. Being older he didn’t think about trying them on but trusted the size. He tried to take them back and the manager said no. Understandable due to COVID but he didn’t stop there. He cursed my dad out, an old man, kicked him out of the store and called the police on my dad. My dad waited outside for the police and the police AGREED with my dad but there was nothing they could do. Corporate is being contacted but I don’t suggest anyone shop there is they treat customers like that.

The trees were great. You can see that they took great care to package them so that they would arrive in the best state possible. HOWEVER ..... the delivery company they use is appalling, such that fragile trees arrive battered having been clearly thrown about in the back of a van by an unresponsive ‘couldn’t care less’ driver, and attempts to flag this to the company by way of constructive feedback falls on very deaf ears; they seemingly do not realise that this is also part of their responsibility. This is the second time I have bought from them - with the same experience (and feedback provided) on both occasions. Customer service is really terrible, and the haughty, rude and dismissive approach will mean that I will enjoy buying my trees elsewhere in future. A great shame really, as this is the easy bit to get right.

Good day pevGrowers. I ordered some seeds from pevgrow and they did an excellent job at helping me with the ins and outs of of the prosess of ordering seeds on line. I live in the caribbean and they are based in spain. I used the cash by mail method I put 700.00 US dollars in a certified envelope and sent it to the address on their site for cash payments. Low and behold the seed started apairing on the usps tracking site one by one. Tracking was very simple and accurate. The last bunch of seeds were confescated by customs. But pevgrow are rebels. When I informed them of the incident they asked me to send them the customs notification of the contents of of the package. I sent it to them and they were very happy to resend the stolen seeds that customs took. This time they sent the seed in a way that totally eluded the theives and I received my seed with no problem. I germinated all of them at different times according to the new ?/crescent moon. And the results were amazing. Amnisia lemon rock hard resin packed bud. Northern light regular rock hard buds with that distinct northern lights flavor loving it. Black dominia X black dominia is such a wonderful plant I crossed it with the northern lights regular haven't germinated those as yet but I will really soon because I plant by the new moon.The Blueberry was kick ass people very very very good pot. And they sent me free seeds so I'm a happy camper y'all. I recommend pevgrow to all growers. If your a old school grower you have lots of patients so waiting for seeds in the mail is no hassle. Because when they do arrive it's always worth the wait. I had a personal assistant that answered all of my questions witch were endless and they even ashored me that everything will go well if I follow their instructions. So I did and everything went well. Ok pevGrowers keep up the good work,and may the powers of the most high be with you pevgrowers continually. Pot heads for life grow farm.

Order was not shipped for 4 weeks after order, Asked for refund and my 2 orders (maybe) shipped as one the next day. I have been given 3 bad shipping/tracking numbers, blamed on computer and told was still shipped when order was made originally, but that was a lie. Still have not received order over a month now. Ordered end of sept, finally received 11/12. Order was missing seeds that I was charged for over a month ago, so no improvement in the score

The staff were themselves rude and unhelpful , and non-existent customer service, well I have been promise that they will reorder new one due to not able to locate the order !!!!! they said it will comes on the friday the 19th of march 2021, I booked a day off I was waiting all day for the Matress but no show up !!!!! and it was showing delivered in my acount ???!!! I called today the 20th march 21 In The end i have been given a refund that's without any proposal to resolve my Issue !!!!!! The delivery drivers are a joke. Why bother asking for delivery details when they are completely ignored? I am a shift worker and constantly get disturbed no matter what I try, including notes on the door with 10 different languages to be helpful. Come on delivery guys please translate if necessary on Google etc and help and not hinder the British workforce.

I plate of ribs that I received was chopped in half. The ribs that I did get were all fat. Out of the 5.2 pounds I would say I only got 3/4 of a pound of meat from the ribs. Very disappointed, and I will not be buying from this company again.

Just received my new grow tent kit from grow daddy. Overall I am very happy with the quality of all the products. The tent is high quality with no light leaks, fans are high quality, and the light is what I was looking for so I was happy they had it in a kit. This is the second order that I have had from Hodmedod's. In both orders I was receiving bread which my mother ordered online from abroad. It goes without saying this is a kind gesture and I am grateful for it. A small draw back of this is that I did not receive the tracking information directly but from my mother passing it along. My first impressions of this company are that they are good company which offer a wide selection of grains, pulses, and bread at a fairly good value. They uphold ethics in their business- even down the discount card they gave me which is made with environmentally friendly ink. This is my experience with Hodmedod's; In both orders my mother forwarded an email from DPD saying the bread would arrive on the day that the bread was baked and in both cases the bread showed up the day after. The most recent time I emailed the company explaining the situation and asking for tracking information so I could know where the order was and be sure not to miss it. In the reply I did not get any tracking information but an explanation of the shipping policies saying they hoped I would receive the bread safely the following day. The reply was finalized by a comment about how lovely for my mom to send me bread. Perhaps the comment was well intended but seeing as the email didn't actually give me any tracking information I interpreted it to be more patronizing and unnecessary. My thoughts are firstly that the bread is great but I imagine would be even better on the day it was baked. This is no fault of the company. However, I think there is room for improvement in the management of expectations; it's disappointing and stressful to receive an email about the delivery arriving on one day to have arrive the day after- especially if you are dealing with a 1 hour time slot. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, I wish that Hodmedod's just gave me a direct answer when I asked about tracking information; it would have put my mind at ease made for a more enjoyable experience. The bottom line is I would recommend Hodmedod's for good bread- especially if you are live locally and you don't have to stress about shipping. I would encourage Hodmedod's to consider ways they could hand customer inquiries in more direct ways in the future.

I spent hours on the phone getting through their surveys and directories to talk with a "customer Ha service" rep. just to find out if they even received the returned incorrect items that they kept repeatedly sending. I turned to Amazon Prime, and got what I needed in a couple days without issue. I have dealt with Amazon Customer Service and it now goes quite smoothly when issues arise. I wish I could give negative stars I've been a loyal customer every since they came to the Georgia ,( metro Atl.) market. Today is the last time I will ever darken the door. I routinely spend $350-$400.00 for personal supplies monthly, not to mention all the money the supers spend in the store. I have about 10-12 pairs of their jeans, and three pairs have ripped first day at the belt loop; right side next to pocket. Today I went in to get 4 tanks refilled and 140 pounds of dog food and other animal supplies . They told I was past return date; really a week ten days maybe. The purchase date was 2-8 for the jeans, and this is the first time I had a chance to go by. Also I'm was wearing another pair for the first time, bought the same day I bought the defective pair. Joey;MOD, knows I'm in East Cherokee store, at least a couple times a month. I would never let, one my retail stores or the contracting companies treat a customers this way, especially over less than $ 5.00 corporate investment.

For the last three years I have ordered the six pack of Aloeride “for humans” for my wife. The appeal is the reduced price per pack for the bulk package offer along with free postage/ delivery. So, in late May, I go to your site again to order for her and see the multi pack of six is “out of stock”. The site informs me that due to the current pandemic the company cannot supply the six packs, but the 1, 2 and 3 packs are available. Ok. So I understand this dreadful pandemic is affecting supplies etc. However, I order a three pack and see if I can order more than one package of three. Wow! I can! I order two packages of three, the six I originally required. But now I am ending up paying £20 to £30 more than the usual deal for the same quantity! I do feel the cynical amongst us just might think Aloeride and its parent company are riding on the pandemic wave and increasing their profits unfairly. So much for customer loyalty.

Item listed as in stock, took payment for item but status just showed as shipment pending, only after I rang up to see where my item was I was told it was out of stock and wouldn’t be in for another 4 days plus shipping! If this was communicated at the time of purchase that it wasn’t in stock I’d have gone elsewhere from the off as I needed the item ASAP! A friend and I were out horse riding on the 8th of january. St Michaels Avenue and The Avenue in Seaton Delaval. You/ your staff members were working on the corner of this busy junction with fast traffic. A member of the team ensured we could pass by safetly by stopping the traffic and any loud machinery. I was very disappointed with the time it took for the rakes to be delivered, I ordered on the 17th June & they said they were dispatched just after the 20th June. I did not receive them until the middle of July. After e-mailing them a number of times. A company that does not supply exactly what you ordered, diseased, then tells you it’s consultant has said it’s normal for that particular tree ,when every other expert says it’s not and the tree is likely to die. But online all trees look perfect and in good condition. The trees are sent by couriers that do not give a dam about how they are thrown about in the vehicle. They may be well packed at first but will not be by the time they arrive. Any warranty given is never adhered to, just excuses and your fobbed off with the words it will be alright next year, if it lasts that long.

Trees-online also operates as Internat Consultancy and Management Ltd, Sycamore Drive in Chesterfield. We bought plants from them based on their advertised guarantee at the time. The plants died within a month and we were asked to send photographs. The owner replied by saying his 'tree expert' had said they might not be dead and that we should wait a year before they would give us replacements. We examined the plants and they were definitely dead above and below ground. A year later and the plants we transferred into pots were still as dead as the ones in the ground. The owner spent months harassing us via review sites because we left a negative review. He made every excuse to try to blame us for his plants dying instead of honouring his warranty. He's even left comments over a year after ordering claiming it was our fault because we dug the plants up. They were already dead! Avoid this business like the plague. The owner has no integrity.

Customer service was very helpful when we had an issue with the older model yellow stick reader and they shipped out a replacement unit with no problems. We are saving up for the new digital farm system with all the bells and whistles.

I called for some advice and Cassidy answered - one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. I've been doing a lot of research on growing Meyer Lemons and was a bit overwhelmed, but Cassidy asked really thoughtful questions and made me feel so comfortable! She gave me helpful tips on pot sizing/when to re-pot, and what to expect during the bloom and harvest stages. I placed my order online right after we got off the phone. I was looking for the right price in this certain plant and then came to this site and found that, and then read the reviews... I am grateful for the sale... I didn't want to buy more of anything else, because this was specific for a place in my yard. I don't mind paying for shipping. With the virus happening, I am outdoors planting instead, landscaping, as if I were doing a painting, in color around my new home.. thank you.
