PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY READ ALL THE REVIEWS SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! I ordered 2 dresses costing £324 each on 2 different order numbers as I did not know what size I would be, neither of the dresses was suitable so at my own expense I sent the 2 dresses back to the address they supplied with the orders via Royal Mail International Signed For Service. I tracked the orders and could see they had both been received back at the return address supplied by Smallable. I contacted them and asked when my refunds would take place. They asked me for the tracking numbers which I supplied I then heard NOTHING from them. So I opened a case with PAYPAL informing Paypal the items had already been received by Smallable but not refunded. Smallable/Paypal then refunded one of the orders but not the other one. Smallable have now provided a completely different return address to Paypal for the items to be sent back to and not the one contained on their information sent with their orders in the parcel even though I have supplied tracking information and it clearly shows they have already received the item. This will mean that Paypal will not refund me. Smallable SORT THIS OUT you have received the dress back on Sunday 12th January 2020 Royal Mail tracking number LB804676694GB confirms this information, please everyone before you purchase from this company go onto Royal Mail Track and Trace and check this by inputting the tracking number above, it will state the parcel was handed to the overseas postal service, then click onto the Continue Tracking tab and it shows the parcel was delivered back to Smallable L4 Logistics pour Smallable, ZAC de La Tremblaie, Batiment A : accueil a droite du quai 124, 91220 Le Plessis-Pate the address provided by Smallable for returned orders. Why am I giving this information? Quite simply because this is an unacceptable situation and I do not want anyone else to be caught out by this dishonest company it is not acceptable to keep a customers money when you have received the item back... IT IS KNOW AS THEFT!!!!!! UPDATE : I have only received one refund for one order number 3802074 and I have not received the refund for order number 3794175!!!

THEY CHARGED YOU CUSTOMS FEES AND DO NOT LET YOU KNOW BEFORE. THEY SHOULD CHARGE THE CUSTOM FEE AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT I would like to be refunded for the customs fees I paid on my order. The price indicated during check out for your order does not include customs fees. If custom fees are imposed on your order when it arrives in its destination country, Smallable will refund you these fees. Please send us proof of the amount paid and we will happily refund you these fees immediately.

I love this company! The Highest quality materials and workmanship, and the best designs. I use these dresses in my portrait studio, what little girl doesn't love to play dress up and feel like a princess. Delivery is very quick considering it ships to me in the US from Australia and a nominal shipping fee.

What a wonderful company. We have been buying dresses from them for 3 years for two of my girls. They feel like tea princesses when they put them on. We always get so many compliments. They have beautiful every day pieces and also special day pieces. The company had amazing customer service and the quality is great too.

I left a review on the page of the shoes I bought. Overall it was a great experience since I had to exchange the shoes because Pios run smaller than the normal shoes my daughter wears; it was easy to return them and I had the new shoes in 4 days after I sent the first pair. The shoes are excellent!

I ordered mid September and never received the product which I needed for my daughters baptism 10/11. Issue was w the post office. Carriage Boutique offered to send another one or issue a refund. Very responsive to my request/ issue. Would highly recommend doing business w them!

Really disappointing! I love the design and ordered the second time. The last order took 2,5 months to get to me!!!! The quality is low. The fabric of the sweater gets thinner with every collection. It is more like a long sleeve than a sweater. Sorry but this has not been a nice shopping experience.

I wish I had better things to say about this shop. Their stuff is honestly so adorable but my goodness the shipping SUCKS. I get that she is a one woman show and COVID happened but they made a lot of unrealistic promises regarding ship times. Placed two separate orders and one took over three months to get. It was swimsuit for my daughter and by the time I got it summer was over and she couldn’t even fit it. The second order I’ve yet to receive and it’s been about six weeks. Only order from them if you’re ok waiting for months.

I am unable to get my sister's requested birthday gift to her on time because of the stupid cheap shipping method Gap.com uses, and I got no help from the jerk in customer service who canceled my order without telling me. I ended up hanging up on the idiot and calling back in to get another customer service person. She was a bit more helpful, although I wanted to scream at this point because she kept hinting that I should thank her for giving me free shipping (all orders over $50 get free shipping online now anyway, so I have no idea why the heck she was so weird about it.) I honestly have never been so frustrated by "customer service" people before in my life. I have had lost packages, misdelivered packages, late and lost items; but the companies I was dealing with would actually work with me to fix the situation. The Gap customer service people are really bad, and the company should stop with this cheap delivery company (it's LaserShip, which actually runs like Uber with independent contractors....who often seem to steal packages.) I honestly have never been so frustrated with an online buying experience. Thanks for everything Gap! The party is Saturday, so I have to go out on Black Friday to get her birthday gift. Oh, and thanks for the 10% off coupon to use on my next order. I can't even begin to imagine why they thought sending me that as an apology would be a good idea. It just made me furious. Hopefully my facebook and twitter posts will spread the word a bit about this horrible company.

I ordered some really cute baby outfits for my sisters baby shower. Everything was incredibly cheap compared with other baby clothes available so I wasn’t expecting much and shipping was long about 3 weeks. When package arrived (day before the baby shower) I was actually really shocked at the high quality of the material and every outfit was perfect. Super cute!! The sizes for adults is quite large though however baby and toddler outfits are true sizes. I highly recommend this company for original and high quality baby and children apparel for a low price.

I placed an order for a child's ball pit and ball set at Beary Kids merchant website (link: http://www.bearykids.com) on 09/05/2020 to the amount of $159.98 on my credit card. I reached out to the merchant on 10/17/2020 and again on 10/20/2020 regarding the item, which I still have not received. The merchant had no resolution for me. When I tracked the item with the tracking details provided the status shows as "In Transit". On the merchant's website it specifically states that they are not responsible for lost goods only if the item has been confirmed "Delivered" by USPS or the wrong shipping address has been entered in the system. My item is still showing "In Transit" status, and my shipping address was entered correctly therefore the merchant is responsible for the lost item. The merchant charged my card the full amount, and I have received no goods in return - this is fraud. The item is essentially lost in transit and the merchant has wrongfully taken my money. It is interesting that the merchant also has multiple complaints of undelivered goods similar to my own that are listed under a separate BBB profile, location of the merchant is different but link to the online store is the same (https://www.bbb.org/us/nc/cornelius/profile/online-retailer/beary-kids-0473-679195). The merchant has essentially stolen from me and it appears they have done the same to other consumers.

I wasnt sure about sizing for one dress and they tried emailing me. When o didnt respond (didnt see the email) they texted me just to make sure o got the info. They went above and beyond! While Rainey’s Closet did their best attempt to fix an issue with a dress I purchased for rental back in September for a very special event in November, the dress was unavailable to ship to me three days prior to my event. I received notice via email, putting me in a panic. Everything was set and according outfits were purchased and planned for others based off the dress I had reserved months prior. Although a replacement was given to me and made it in time for my event, I was having to settle for a dress that I feel should’ve been well reserved for me since payment and early reservation was made months prior to my shower. I was not offered any type of partial refund or credit for future purchases for the inconvenience and stress this put on me. My suggestion to this company would be to keep more than one size of a dress offered as available so this inconvenience does not happen to others.
