I can't say enough about how much I love this line. At first I was nervous about the quality, considering i hadn't seen it in person... but I took the risk after I heard that celebs like Tori Spelling order this brand. So I decided to order one of the frilly white dresses (the Eva Florette Party Dress) for my niece's first birthday party, and another (the Amelia) for my friend's little girl. To say this line is "nice" quality is an understatement - I was AMAZED at the beautiful detail and quality of the material - ESP. For the price! Both dresses were absolutely stunning and truly a high end look and feel! I have yet to find anything else like it. Eventually I ordered a few of he mommy looks just for myself because they looked so cute online...(LOVE THEM)... all my mom friends swoon over it. I get so many compliments on the shawl, top and hats I ordered - I will def. Continue to order from this shop! Thank you Kim - you are a pleasure to work with xoxo

I was very hesitant at first about ordering from this company after reading a customers long winded bad review, however I did see a really good review as well. I decided to take my chances and I am grateful that I did! I was afraid I had procrastinated too long and would not be able to get the dress in time for when I needed it. I simply messaged them on FB messenger and I received a reply within a short amount of time that there was plenty of time for me to receive it. She assured me if I placed the order right away she would make sure it went out the next day and it did. I received it in a very timely manner and it was absolutely adorable. If I had any complaints it would just be that the dresses stop at a size 8. I just discovered them and my daughter has already outgrown their sizing. Ignore the bad hype from that 1 customer. Some people cannot be pleased and this company shouldn’t have to suffer because someone is ungrateful.

I bought less than $80 CAD worth of kids clothes, supposedly including shipping. I later received an invoice from FedEx for $42. When I contacted Justice for an explanation of these ridiculous costs, they responded "Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping.". In short explaining, too bad!! They also make clear that rejecting an order due to these ridiculous fees will not result in a refund from them. Never shopping with them online or in store again!!

I ordered products a month before Christmas. They tell me it shipped, and then tell me parts didn't ship with it. I ordered matching outfits, and did not want mismatched items. So I am supposed to pay shipping and return to them, or drive an hour and return to store? Ridiculous. I will not ever order from them again.

I placed an order from this website, and decided to cancel the same day a few hours later upon finding out that this company is BabyVision (which I had placed an order with before and was not happy). I sent 2 messages through their online form asking them to cancel my order, and got no response. A few days later I get an email saying that the order was SHIPPED. I called their # on their website and no one answered even if it was in their business hours listed. I sent another message telling them what was going on, and they FINALLY responded and canceled. I would never go through this again with this company, who also has an Amazon account that somehow is cheaper than this website.

I have placed three orders in January and February from Baby Mall Online. I was very pleased with every product I purchased. I bought onesies, sleepers, bibs, blankets, socks, hooded towels,burp cloths and washcloths. Regular prices at this store are reasonable, and if you can use a promotion code for 20 or 25% off, they're super good! The baby clothing sold here is practical and servicable for everyday use. The clothing is not boutique-quality, but it is perfectly fine for fast-gowing babies who go up a size in no time at all! Everything I've ordered is really cute, and the materials are soft and comfy for baby. Items are well-made. I really am glad I ordered from this store for my new granddaughter. She's here now, and is suitably "outfitted" with my purchases from Baby Mall.

Never deal with this company. Gift cards are matured 24 months from date of purchase and not when given. Customer services are just reading scripts. Do not waste your money with this company. All the unused gift cards just line their pockets, you are better giving cash. Other large companies like Marks and Spencers and John Lewis are customer friendly and will help you with gift card problems. Not Monsoon. Will never recommend anyone to purchase or deal with them, as they are just not friendly to customers.

Ordered a play kitchen for our daughter's birthday almost a couple months early so I left it in the box so she couldn't see what it was. The night before the big day my husband and I opened the box to put it together and to our surprise it was a Trash Can. Emailed the company and received a reply with in the 24 hours apologizing for the mistake and they could overnight us a kitchen but it would be a different one as they no longer carried the one I ordered. Oh and I can keep the trash can. Well the other kitchen was not anything like the one I ordered. The new one had no character. I'm getting my money back. Highly disappointed!

I ordered a Keekaroo Changing Pad in sable gray and received a confirmation that the order was placed and once it's shipped I'd receive a tracking number. 7 days passed with nothing. I called customer service and they stated it would get shipped that day and I would receive my tracking number that day or at the latest by the following day. Also, the customer representative told me the shipping department should have released the order 4 days ago. The following day, NO TRACKING NUMBER. I called again and I got the same response and they acknowledged it should have already been shipped. The next day, NO TRACKING NUMBER! The representative said I'd get a callback that same day with my tracking number and she would escalate my ticket to the manager. She said they'd ship it out that day or at the latest the next morning. Sound familiar? At this point, I was extremely upset. The reps acknowledged the fact that Giggle had the item in stock and all they had to do was "release" the order. Of course I never received a callback nor did I receive a tracking number. So I called and canceled the order and they didn't even care. They pulled up my ticket and the cancellation took 5 seconds. They didn't apologize but they did thank me for canceling the order?! Um, ok. I've experienced horrible customer service but this by far the worst. I mean they didn't even do anything to remedy the situation and didn't even care if they lost a customer. Word of mouth is one of the reasons why company's lose customers but Giggle does not care. I even emailed customer service to find out what happened and never received a response back. Hope people read this and never shop here. There are way better stores that will treat customers with respect and care for them. You can shop here online, if you want to experience horrible customer service and if you never want to received your order.

I received belt and my daughter and her friends LOVE it. I didn't have the heart to tell them it wasn't real!!! ordered 4 items a and received 1. I was refunded me for two pair of sunglasses totaling $8. I never received my $24 belt and was told that because I waited 6 days, my window of opportunity had passed. So, I ordered a hoodie and shirt from Modakawa. The shirt fit fine, but the design and texture seemed really cheap compared to what I saw on the site, but at least fit me. I ordered a hoodie and put my measurements as well to get this hoodie that literally looks like it was made for a pre-teen when it comes to size. I get Asian size charts are very different than western size charts, but I did put in my measurements, so I am not sure why the hoodie came like it did. Also the color seemed quite different than how it looked on the site.

Although I didn't get to see the design before I received the items I am over the moon with my customised baby sleep suit and bib it was a nicer surprise getting them early I would highly recommend you and I will definitely be ordering much more the size is generous as well I got them for my grandson who's due in sept 2016 I can't wait to place a order for his blanket and more goodies thank you for making my order look so fantastic and for answering all my emails as I was worried I couldn't get to see the design I emailed to explain and I got a reply in less than 5 mins explaing what my design would look like and it's better than u explained it would be especially for the price the material is good quality you made me a happy customer and I got a money off voucher so that was a nice bonus

sell stock they dont have send emails to say item is on it's way and at the same time issue a refund ordered on 6/12/19 phoned a week later for an update for them to say it will be posted out on the 17/12/19 the day I received the refund and the email saying it was on it's way phoned to see what was happening to be told they didnt have the item in stock they where sorry it was a busy time for them all very well and good but it was to late now for me to re order a personalised item else where this close to Christmas had to explain to a six year old why part of her Christmas present was missing poor customer service, poor communication would not recommend this company at all

I won a contest on instagram. . I received my package fast and the clothes (a set of shorts and a top) are beautiful, well made and really soft. I love them. After i washed them i put my daughter the outfit and she was very comfortable and looked very beautiful . They have great costumer service and very pleased and thankful.

I thought this was a local boutique but the tag says made in China and the pants I bought look like they were hand-stitched by a four year old. Additionally the outfit was supposed to be 12 months but the elastic waist is way too tight, yet the pants are too long. My daughter is 75% in height and only 50% in weight so I would think any toddler tall enough for these pants would not be able to wear them because theyre so tight.

The girl's Boutique outfits are beautiful and extremely well made. They are true to size and very detailed. The prices are very reasonable for what you receive. The owner, Katie, is prompt to respond to my e-mails asking for help. Her customer service is terrific. I love that personal touch.

BUYERS BEWARE - You may not get your items. They keep you Money! Ordered 2 outfits - After weeks we got an email saying only 1 would be fulfilled and the other we won't get. They gave us store credit and won't give our money back. They came up with some Excuse trying to get us to switch to some other outfit we don't want. SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PHONE NUMBER IS A FAKE ANSWERING MACHINE THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND MESSAGES AMD NO WAY TO GET YOU MONEY BACK. THEY ALSO WILL BLOCK OR DELETE COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK TO MAKE THE PAGE LOOK BETTER. BUT WONT RESPOND. I GOT BLOCKED AND MY WIFE TOO. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST BE SAFE AND HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS
