"Good" & not "Excellent" only because as a customer I like to see and touch the product in the flesh before buying! This time round I only bought tyres because I needed to be sure I could get a bike for my son before Christmas & the one we wanted couldn't be guaranteed to arrive by then, but my point is that I really liked to see your bikes in the showroom, that was the beauty of your old shop, being able to walk around, see and touch the bikes, hopefully you can build more bikes and display them in the public area of your new shop or at least have a 'demo' model that could be wheeled out to show older people like me who want to actually see the colour and whatnot in normal light and not just on the internet, but from the sounds of it you're business model is working really well for you so well done, thanks for the great service and professional manner in which you deal with customers!

Hello Raquel . I am your customer already, My name is Lidi, I told to you last year and you help me a lot to buy my bike , shoes , helmet and more . I bought a bike Ruby sport last year 44, I remember I got a club members .I call yesterday to asks about tune up and the guy said if I bring my in few days I get back my bike until 16 of August . Is more the 15 days . How can training ? Why don’t take my name and give me a schedule for bring my bike and take just one day to tune up . Or if they have space call me and I can bring my bike to the early . But not take my bike for so long . Very disappointed.

Great communication and very responsive to both emails and calls. They even called me to make sure I was a 100% happy with the wheels I ordered, before they dispatched them. The wheels came very safe in two separate cardboard boxes that was then taped together. This meant the wheels weren't touching and the inside of the cardboard boxes was well covered in bubble wrap. I would definitely recommend TRI UK and use them again. /Jeppe

I was On tour with friends near Otley when I damaged my pedal crank/bottom bracket spindle on the first day. In just over an hour this fiddly/difficult repair was graciously carried out and I was back on tour. The service I received rescued the holiday. Russell was great. I had loads of questions which he was more than able to answer, he wasn't a pushy salesman, he had lots of patience, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. So I bought the bike. I had only gone to buy a gear cable ?When I collected my brand new bike 2 days later Chris was great he explained everything I needed to know, fitted all my extra bits and pieces which I purchased with my 10%off great service!! Would definately recommend as the service is fab. I'm glad I didn't buy it off the Internet as the personal touch made buying my new purple trek bike a so much nicer experience. I ordered a bike onw month ago, was told a delivery date of 5th June. Bike was dispatched 10th June. Been with the courier since 11th June. Courier have lost the bike. Rutland have not answered the phone, returned my emails and have left me to deal witht the courier directly. I have no bike and no answer about what they are doing about it. I want my money back please?

After purchasing a bike from Rutland cycling online on the 29/05/2020 I was given a ‘estimated’ delivery date of 09/06/2020. 9 day ok it’s not quick but I can deal with it. Delivery date comes no bike, no statues change in order l, no communication. At no point was it made obvious that as I was purchasing the bike there would be a delay. 10/06/2020 go onto their site, click around to see they are experiencing delays. Ok so I’ll give them a call, literally rang several time for the next 3/4 days I couldn’t get thought. While trying to get through I sent two emails and had an auto reply saying it would be dealt with within 48 hours, you guessed it no reply within time scale sent another email to this date I haven’t had a reply to the second email, but it did take a week to reply to my first. So back to bike, order 29/05 - estimated delivery 09/06 deliver 16/06 a week late I can deal with. However when it arrived the state of the box it came in was horrendous! After reading on their website the bike arrive in custom boxes etc etc mine arrived in a seriously battered cardboard box with Rutland Cycling signage but it was held together with duck tape from rips on the ends and corners. In all fairness this could of been the couriers doing. Open box get all the bits and pieces, watched their ‘how to guide’ on how to build the bike handle bars, pedals etc. Read their PDI note and noticed it mentioned I should attached ‘reflectors and Bella’ these weren’t in the box, maybe my bike didn’t come with these items but the wording suggested it did but again I’m just happy to have the bike at this point so didn’t think much of it. Set up the bicycle, sit on it and the tyres are flat I thought this would be an item completed on the PDI but it wasn’t on mine. When I finally had the tyres pumped to the correct PSI, I finally got to use the bike, it was brilliant, prefect size and was prefect for doing the cycle paths by me. I brought a Cube Aim Pro 2020 mountain bike, I’ve been using the bike on parks and cycle paths. Today 21/06, 6 days after receiving the bike guess what, broken. The gear shifter for the peddle crank is touching the peddle wheel. I’m not familiar with bikes so I can only put it like that. I can honestly say it has made me raise questions as to the safety of the bike, how well the PDI was done, and weather Rutland cycling to try and meet their demand are falling short on key areas. I will be calling into their most local store to me a good 40 minute drive to speak to them I store direct to see what the issue is. As I’m still covered by the distance selling act and the product is clearly fault I might just get a refund even tho, you could forgive all of the mess but not until the product breaks/ becomes faulty. This is a mountain bike I brought the closest it got to anything like a mountain is the small hill I ride up in the road! All in all, bitterly disappointed with the service after I placed the order and was left asking questions on the condition it arrived in for it then to break meaning I’ve lost faith in the Rutland and the safety of the bike.

Terrible unfortunately, I am very optomistic and was hoping for a smooth purchase but my bike brakes didn’t get mailed till 2 months and 3 emails after purchasing and delivered over 3 months later then original purchased date. I ordered brakes for my bike in the spring so I could enjoy the summer, and now the summer is almost gone. Summer...bummer... ?

They had the (rare) part in stock and dispatched it quickly, it was sent with a 5 -7 day delivery time, but arrived the next day after the dispatch e.mail. The part was as expected and was much cheaper than other online competitors. I would use them again.

During a time where bikes are hard to get hold of I ordered a bike for my daughters birthday . When I realised it wasn’t going to reach her in time I got a response immediately from the company offering a refund , within 15minutes or requesting one they had arranged this back into my account . I was very impressed & re-assured so much so that when I couldn’t find the bike any quicker anywhere else I re-ordered it with Winstanley & also ordered myself a bike as well :-)

After loads of emails back and to with Jenn from customer service.Finally got my order sorted last Friday.Bike arrived with few other bits today.All boxed up and well protected.All I can say is that my experience with them has been second to none.With loads of stock being non existent in a lot of places they had time to keep updating me with what was available. Must say was very worried once order had been place but my own personal view they have been excellent in dealing with my order. Only hope that the negative reviews are a blip as I was recommended them by a friend. Thanks.

Issue was originally notified over 3 weeks ago. I now have a two-and-a-half thousand euro bike that does not work and the retailer is not responding. I bought an NCM Moscow a year ago and absolutely love it - seriously the best thing I've ever bought. It's brilliant. Has never failed getting me hills on roads, however steep! Power delivery is smooth, range fabulous. have now bought a 2nd one for my wife. My latest purchase from Leon is replacement brake pads - I recommend you buy these elsewhere as they are supplied without a spring or clip. Can buy them anywhere else at similar cost and these parts come with them (which is kinda handy as can't really replace the pads without). I'm still giving 5 stars as I love my bike!

Bought a stunning pink ex display electric tricycle. The staff were very helpful. I have had it 8 weeks now. I have just got it back from the workshop as it had me been in for repair for the last week. They have been out to it before too for grinding noise coming from the back. This time it has come back with a completely different colour rear axle. I didn't think it was possible to get emotional over a bike but have come back in my home and am sat here with tears streaming down my face. This bike has changed my life in the last 7 week's that I have had it. I have been getting out and about more, become fitter and more confident. It really has been a saviour but am looking at it now and it's just not the same. They don't do my colour anymore hence why it has a different colour on. Really has changed the look and feel of the bike. Will I ever get used to it I don't know.

Bought a Calder leather saddle , the delivery was unbelievably quick , 24hrs . Compared to a Brooks the quality is just as good , the leather is thicker than Brooks , and it's HARD . Will need lots of "wearing in". Worth every penny .

1 star is too much. 4 week wait for a "not as described" bike to arrive and now they won't fix it unless it's returned. Only a 10 minute job to sort but they won't send me the cassette to do it. I have to send the wheel back which will be gone for ages. Pants attitude - should have been correct in the fisrt place, I have receipt saying it was checked, must have been by a blind person. Not happy. won't use and or recommend them. If you look there are similar reviews on here so there is a common problem they don't seem to care and or want to address in the most efficent way possible, just mess the customer around. Without customers you are nothing, maybe you should do something about that? Thanks for nothing

I love my Beeline moto! Such a beautifully made, simple to use, discrete device. It's totally replaced mounting my phone to my handlebars, and lasts DAYS longer! There's a slight skill you gain to use it better. At staggered junctions, be aware which direction Beeline is telling you to go and you'll know which road to follow. I find I'm glancing down less, and looking up more. Safer and certainly makes for more enjoyable rides. One of those quality-made items that you don't know you need until you have it. My only regret is I should have paid a little extra for the silver one.

Ordered a helmet in early April. Despite telling me it had been posted, I was unable to follow the Post Office link. Two weeks later, I contacted them and they said it was on its way but the PO were having time delays due to lockdown. The helmet didn’t arrive. In June they said they would post another out. It didn’t arrive and they they told me they had “just discovered it was out of stock” and would I like to pick another colour. I appreciate the lockdown has affected everyone, but i feel they have been less than truthful in their communications with me. Waiting for my money to be refunded.

I found the customer service to be absolutely first class. I ordered a bike and was kept very well informed of progress with delivery date. I cancelled the order before delivery as I decided to get an ebike instead. The service was still excellent. I would happily use them again.

Absolute con artists hiding behind a company name . Don't honour any warranty issues what so ever. Charge you for repairs and then don't honour repairs faults when scooter stopped working after 2hrs use . Stay clear from these guys , they take your money and treat you like crap .

Tried just using one clamp as u suggested but was flimsy . Clamped it underneath with both . Seems to hold him . He lifted bike ( with me on it 140 lbs ! ) going after another biker with dog across busy road , and shifted rear end onto street ! Other than heart palpitations , works as u said .

It should not take over a month to deliver a bike to a customer in the same state, and if it somehow does the company should not advertise faster shipping.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for an entire year for a part and I don't think I will be getting it ever. A cheap product with lots of money spent on marketing. A little further research on the company and I find that the CEO was previously part of H&M which is notorious for cheaply made clothing that look good for a month. This bike is no exception to that.

Received my 80mm curved base Chaintamer on time and fitted it to my Stanton Slackline Ti easily. Suggest sticking a self adhesive puncture repair pad under the base to give it a bit of grip and padding against the frame, although once fitted the chain will keep it in position. Works really well through the gears and will help protect my titanium chainstay better than stick on covers etc. Will get another for my son's bike.

Customer service is horrible. After waiting 5 weeks to receive my two kits, I open them up to see the chamois is so subpar. It's sewn in two inches back from where it should be. It has seams poorly sewn and running right down the crease between your crotch and legs. Saddle sores would start at mile one. I attempted to return them but all I was offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase. Then they stopped communicating with me. You've been warned.

Worst apparel company ever. Waited a month for my product. They had the address wrong so they shipped it to my zip code, but not to my house so USPS refused to deliver it and shipped it back to shipper, all while they already had my money. Whbe I went back to them they said they will have to charge me for shipping it back to the corrected address. I mean they are ridiculous . Never ever ever buy from them and I will be writing a formal complaint to the bbb. All I asked was for my money back and they refuse to refund me

Having heard about this company from friends who have been to their store in Hackney I was really excited to see the product range for myself. Having taken up cycling during our lockdown I'd been on the look out for a a multi functional Pannier bag that would also hold up away from the bike. Honestly the styling,functionality and quality of this bag was incredible. As I couldn't make it to see their shop before my last trip I called the company and spoke with the owner Jacqui who was really helpful. Couldn't recommend this enough !

I prepaid for the bike on February 21, 2021 knowing that it was due to ship Mid April. Which it kept getting delayed. Then the first bike you shipped me which you shipped out late May was completely wrong and then a week later I finally get the correct bike. I understand that the box was showing the right bike but don't ever ship anything out without checking the contents of the box first.

From there it went quickly downhill. At the first ride I noticed that my front derailleur was jumping, my crank got loose and my chain damaged immediately my frame. Called customer service and got the reply to go to a local dealer to fix my bicycle... Tightened the crank and went for a ride... Same issue... Tightened the crank and again same issue... After 6 months all the spokes of my rear wheel broke during a ride... After 9 months the chain issue came back up. According to Customer service its all wear and tear/ servicing. Well, I use 3 other bikes (ie. Giant, Specialized, Marin...) for years and they never showed alike issues within 1 year (Yep, I do understand wear and tear and do service my bikes). Stay away from Orbea and far, far away from Competitive Cyclist for your purchases. Suggest to follow their Customer Rep suggestion to visit a local bicycle dealer.

I purchased two pair of cycling shorts. My first AND LAST order with them. Across the top of the page (and in a prior email) was splashed this text: 20% off your first order. I ordered two pair of cycling shorts listed at $80 each, or $160.00. I never received an email confirmation of the order. I never received a receipt. My account was billed $153.00 (a $9.**** shipping fee was a ripoff but with the discount I figured I was still ahead of the game). After about the third email I got this absurd breakdown: $79.02 $79.02 $50.43 Total charges do not match up with my credit card was charged. So they are running a shell game. When I called to ask about this, I was told that because THEY shipped from two different warehouses the discount only applied to one order. I saved $7.00. Next time buy from Performance. Lesson learned.

Shopped around for a new Ultegra 6800 groupset. Found Eurobikeparts.com and asked if they would price match a competitor. The email reply from Dom was fast, polite, and thorough (and he matched the price!). Placing the order with the discount was seamless and the order arrived quickly. Came across Flatout cycles whilst on Google pondering the best avenue to sell one of my bikes due to injury and lack of use. Have to say they are a fantastic company to deal with the whole process is a doddle, replied to all my queries in good time, made a very fair offer for the bike and arranged courier at a time that suited me. I ordered a children's bike from fribikeshop.dk in January for child who's outgrown his current bike, because the bike was 23% off. The bike was only available online but had to be picked up in one of the shops. I got a call the next working day from the shop I had chosen for pickup that the bike was not in stock. This would have ended with dissatisfaction, and the bike should really not have been listed on the website if it was not available. HOWEVER, the shop itself (Thorvaldsensgade in Aarhus) and the employee I taked to (Jacob) left me extremely satisfied in the end. They offered a slightly better bike in the same size, for a similar discount on the price (so I did have to pay the difference in prices, which was 200 kr). The bike was ready for pickup in the store two days later. Picking it up was simple, and the staff was very helpful. I felt that they had actually gone out of their way to make me a happy customer, and I appreciate that.

I ordered quite an expensive bike (something that I usually wouldn't do), which was delivered within 3 days from France to Luxembourg. The bike came well packed and perfectly assembled and prelubricated. I only needed to tweak front derailleur cable a little bit (cause probably the cable tension got messed up during the transport, which is completely understandable) and front disc caliper clearance. Other than that everything else was perfect. The customer service was quite responsive via emails and spoke English. The only thing I'd warn you about is that they are sending the things with french Chronopost, which is absolutely terrible delivery company, and I got to know this only once I received the tracking number. So needless to say, I was absolutely shitting my pants for 3 days due to my previous experiences with them, but everything went perfect this time. Maybe I was just lucky, who knows? This is my first order with Alltricks and will certainly give them a chance in the future again. 4.5/5

Made a purchase last May 1 with expected delivery date of May 12 but up to now my items are undelivered. No changes on tracking status until now. Tracking system is in French only & I have to google translate it myself. 05/12/2020 Your package is retained by the postal services due to a missing invoice. I kept on following up but they stopped replying since May 20 & just told me that they are still coordinating with the carrier... The worst part is they sent me an email to ask for my feedback regarding my purchases that they haven’t even delivered yet!

I ride about 10.000 miles a year for the past 30 years. Your products are the best i have ever used. i was a Assos rep. (representant) and used their clothing all this time, it used to be the best, not anymore. Their quality is not even comparable to yours) your product is much better, more reasonable also. My Sincere “THANK YOU” Liam & Freewheel Being a rider for over 40 years with little technical expertise and keeping up with bicycle development I decided as a dedicated fan my cycling team, Madison Genesis to purchase a bike to go with their outfit in time for Semaine Fédérale 2019 in France. I was contacted by Maddison regarding the possibility of a used team frame which later transpired non availability of a medium size frame but I was directed to their authorised distributor freewheel for a new one at a discounted price. In midst of all excitement I duly followed the instruction and happily clicked on the link and ordered myself what supposed to be my star possession. I received a few days later and Xmas came, thought no more about it but after when I took it to my cycle shop / mechanic Paul Hewitt cycle for building it as bike I was duly informed that it was a disc frame?! As what he meant well his explanation was a bitter pill to swallow. Paul advised to contact Freewheel or Maddison for a replacement which I did but none was available. A Bummer! Well dejected and swallowing my bitter pills with pride? I was offered a refund which I don’t believe they were obliged to do so but gracefully received however, I have gone back to where I was “waiting for the ever illusive Maddison bike). During this experience what surprised me the most was receiving the best customer service from Liam at Freewheel whom I cannot thank him and freewheel enough for their advice, assistant, support and most of all the gesture of goodwill. These kinds of organisations are a dying breed as we live in the world what I believe grab and run. My Sincere “THANK YOU” Liam & Freewheel
