Last year, I brought 5 bottles after read all the great review , I give one bottle to my friend, we were used twice a day ,after two mothers later nothing changed. This product is amazing! I have always had long and thick eyelashes until I started getting eyelash extensions that really damaged my eyelashes. My lashes became tiny and would break easily. After using this serum twice every day for 4 weeks, the length of my lashes had improved tremendously and they were stronger. If you want a fast and guaranteed result, this is definitely a product for you!

I am highly disappointed in this stuff. My friend warned me but the ad was too good to be true and it was indeed not true. I have tried many other serum that didn't hurt my eyes. This hurt really badly. I'm totally disappointed in this product!

I heard this by my friend to try it, but when I looked at the website, everything was almost $80+ value. I eventually found the lash and brow growth stimulator two pack for $19.99. Unfortunately, I do not think it worked as much as it could've for me. It was liquidly, so I was scared to put it near my lash line. It also did grow them, but weren't very noticeable

I never received my order. Several months pass, and suddenly I get an e-mail from customer service stating that they "tried to contact me via e-mail several times" (this is not true. I checked my e-mail thoroughly and found nothing besides the original confirmation and this new e-mail) and that my shipment had been returned as undeliverable, even though I had provided the correct address (which no other company that has shipped me things has ever had an issue with). I very nicely asked them to just resend the package. The next day I received a notification from Paypal that I had been refunded, and then one minute later an e-mail from customer supper saying "accounting just let me know they already refunded you sorry it's too late to resend" - obviously this was a lie, because the refund was it was timestamped literally 1 minute before. Someone was just too lazy to set up a new shipment. Also, how is it NOW suddenly too late when they waited 3 months to contact me in the first place? To add insult to injury, they took $10 off the total paid from my refund for "shipping", which was FREE in the original order. Are you kidding me? I am never ordering from these people again. They are incredibly unprofessional and blatant liars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website.

Goods tend to be expired and or close to expiring. They have a problem with diverting goods and not paying vendors on time so don't be surprised if you see an offer too good to be true, you probably won't see it again for that price. Some of the goods come from unknown sources so don't be surprised if the product you received differs from what you purchased in store.

After watching Kirsty Meakin's amazing tutorial videos on YouTube, I decided to purchase some gel and acrylic products from Naio Nails. I ordered them late one Sunday evening and they arrived early this morning (Tuesday). I was able to track the status of my delivery through the DPD app, plus they texted me. One hour slot this morning, so that I knew to expect the delivery. The items that arrived were good value and good quality. They also have an excellent range of products, as is evident on the website and the videos on their YouTube channel. I will definitely be ordering from them again when I require further products or equipment.

Finally, a product line that does what it says it will. I don't have a lot of wrinkles, but do have pronounced nasal lines from my nose down to my mouth. The Laser FX Lift Serum is filling those out, and they are no longer as pronounced. My #11 lines between my eyebrows are also not as severe any more. Will buy again. Just need a tiny amount day and night. Smell is light and non-offensive.

I ordered the product the Saturday before Christmas. I then received an email stating that my card was being checked for fraud. I understand this is necessary but there was nothing in the email that stated this check may be delayed due to the holidays. The next day still no response. I emailed the company asking if there was a problem with my card. The person stated that my order would be completed when the check was completed. Just after Christmas my order was shipped. I suggest that if the offices are closed for several days for a holiday, that you state that in the email. Additionally, the product inside the box was askew. The gold cardboard holding the face cream container inside the white box was ripped and bent. I wondered if it had been used before. The website state that I would receive samples but none were included. I would appreciate samples to be sent to me.

I highly highly recommend Vichy's Aqualia Thermal Hydrating Lotion. It's a decent moisturizer with both UVA and UVB protection. I use it daily, so I can tell you there's no white overcast, no excessive shine, no greasy feeling, no break outs so far, faint sunscreen scent that goes away, it absorbs very quickly, and gives me that confidence that my skin is protected (who doesn't want such a hard working baby?). I also recommend the Aqualia Thermal Baume as well (psst, it's paraben-free, fragrance-free, colorant-free, hypoallergenic... ahhh, this must be skincare heaven!). FYI, this is all unless they change the formula in the future :| However, not everything I've tried from Vichy has worked for me. I recommend that you read reviews for a particular product before purchasing. On their website, everything has an amazing 4+ stars user rating. Uh... Yeah, they filter those ratings, so it's to be taken with a grain of salt (of the reviews I've written, only my positive ones have shown up). Do a little research elsewhere, make sure it's the product you want, because their items can be a little pricey depending on your budget. The closest store that carries Vichy is 2 states away, so I'm forced to make my purchases online. Their shipping time is reasonable, they provide a tracker for your package, and they package your items amazingly well (the last thing you want is for a product to arrive busted or cracked--hate that). Definitely put Vichy on your list of brands to try if you haven't yet!

There's a wide range from Shiseido - some excellent products, and some bad ones, and some great associates, and some painfully judgmental ones. Shiseido has long been known in Asia, and in the Asian American community, as one of the best upscale Asian brands out there. It's part of the "old guard" of Asian cosmetics - from before the "Korean wave" that started in the early 2010s. Shiseido's associates seem a bit nicer at more mid-level department stores, like Macy's, and a lot more intimidating and judgmental at higher-end stores like Bloomingdale's. There was one Bloomingdale's "beauty advisor" who was horrific and judgmental to me - that was a very painful experience. As usual, the "beauty advisors" are mere low-ish-paid retail employees - and I know way more about cosmetics and their brand than they do. Yet they'll be condescending to me and assume I know nothing about makeup, let alone their brand, when I'm far more knowledgeable and passionate than they are. I tried a day cream from the Benefiance line before, and it seemed really good. However, later, I tried full sizes of the toner, day emulsion, day cream, and night cream from the same line - and they were horrible. They break me out slightly, and give an unflattering white-ish cast to my face. And they dry my face out rather than protect and improve it. The jury's still out on Asian cosmetics for me. Mainly you'll have to buy them online, or go to snooty makeup counters or scary Korean beauty stores.

Shimmer strips Kohl Kajal Eyeliner - IS NOT WATER PROOF as advertised. An hour later - it's gone. Rubs off and smudges badly ---just an oily formula. All three colors are dark and look the same.Purple sure wasn't purple ! The S.S. Custom Nude Palette for Face and Eyes - made my eyes BURN - itch - red and watery!!! Colors were muted - pink barely had any color to it - they all looked almost the same color - just a lot of shiny stuff - that was VERY irritating. Don't know who or why anyone would want to put that on their face either - unless for Halloween - probably would make skin breakout too. Want pimples ? Eye infection ? Try this. Customer service took 8 days to get back to me regarding a refund. Promised $ back - and to throw away product. Then they changed their mind - and I'm out $9.00+ for postage. No doubt they will ship it back out to you, (in my opinion). Check your products carefully - if your dumb enough to order from them. And forget about getting them on the phone. Will leave you on hold forever- and then redirect you to their website - where they also will take their sweet time to respond. URBAN DECAY makes GREAT products - try the "All Nighter Setting powder" -FANTASTIC ! I used lip lip liner for a pink eyeshadow - put the powder over it - and after 24 hours - the liner hadn't budged ! (Yeah - I slept with it on.) It didn't settle into creases....Worked great on my foundation too ! Even sweat didn't affect it - foundation didn't settle into my wrinkles and stayed put - but washed right off with cleanser. AND NO BAD REACTIONS! I had bad experiences with Physicians Formula years ago - but was desperate for a pink eye shadow and thought maybe they had changed for the better. They haven't. YAYYYYYY URBAN DECAY !!!!! Worth every cent.

My daughter told me about this brand. I have a lot of red on my cheeks to the point they burn and I figured it couldn't hurt because the chemicals I purchased didn't work, made it worse. Only used it once, I just had surgery, I felt the difference right away. So when I'm up to it, I'll do my daily regiment and hopefully things will be all cool on my face.

Love the products. My hair feels so soft even after using the styling products. It's day three and my hair still looks fabulous and not a bit sticky. I am washing my hair today but by the looks of it, I really wouldn't have to. So happy I found you. My hairdresser recommended you when I told her I was switching from Wen, which I've used for years. 1st affordable acne treatment that actually works! I never had terrible acne but the more I got into fitness the more I started to get acne. I got it on my face near my hair, under my chin, the occasional forehead, in between my boobs and on my back. I thought I’d give this a try since it was a free trial... I mean why not right? This honestly works! I’ll admit I was skeptical that the size of the bottles would last but I just got a notification that another box is on the way and I haven’t even opened the other box ? I use this every day! 2 pumps of the acne treatment 1 pump if the moisturizer and obviously the face wash. I couldn’t believe how fast it worked too! I noticed a difference in just a week! It’s ALSO helping with wearing a mask. I’m avoiding new acne when wearing a mask at work 30 or so hours a week! I NEVER write reviews but this one deserves it!! I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures to show and I regret that. They emailed me asking for updates and I just didn’t care to do it but now I wish I did because I look and feel amazing!

Curology worked for me!! I can’t say it will work for everyone... but my acne had gotten out of control and was only getting worse so I tried curology and saw results within a couple of month and I used it for about 7 or 8 months and now I am so much more confident with my skin!! I was worried that when I stopped using the product my acne would come back but it did not. I still get 2 or 3 zits a week but they go away quickly and are not painful as they were in the past.
