Absolute LOVE the Renaissance cleanser and mask, don't even know how many times I've purchased. The night cream is also beautiful, a rich texture that melts into the skin and feel super hydrating in the morning. I just don't seem to get along with the serums, sadly, as they don't absorb into my skin (never understood why), but all other Oskia products have a permanent place on my routine!

Aproveché la promoción de un serum pagando solo los gastos de envío. En el test personalizado me salió uno para para pieles normales deshidratadas con acné puntual. Aunque aún lo estoy probando, la verdad es que el sérum es una maravilla y mantiene a raya el acné. Se absorbe inmediatamente y se nota el efecto. Estoy encantada con el producto. Used their shampoo for sensitive scalps and my perfectly happy healthy hair got dry frizzy tangled and started falling out in clumps. Horrific scalp pain. Terrible toxic product hair damaged and still not recovering. No apology no compensation terrible customer service awful company values. I love kora . I’ve been using these products for the past year. I have very sensitive dry skin. So my skin eats up the noni oil. I exfoliate a couple times a week. I use the lime mask almost everyday . I use the noni oil daily I use kora products on the daily. They are a little expensive . But I feel they are totally worth it! Because it’s quality ingredients. I love Amanda . She is such a sweetheart. I love Kora. It’s really hard to find a skin care line that is healthy , natural and works for my skin. I Defiantly will be buying more . Kora for life ❤️?

Well how glad am I that I found you! We recently stopped at Hawkshead brewery and I nipped to the bakery next door. Whilst I was waiting in the queue I used the hand gel at the door. WOW I had to know that this amazing fresh smell was! It was your lemongrass hand sanitiser. Then when we arrived at our apartment in Windermere town centre, there were your products again! This time we got to sample the hand wash and the shower gel. I immediately went on line and placed an order and then placed another order last week for my mother in law. I have tried most of the top of the range products (Neom & Elemis etc ) and nothing smells as wonderful. All others now smell weak to me. I REALLY hope you bring out a reed defuser for the home. Foaming facial wash Poured some onto hands and added water to foam up. Massaged face and rinsed with warm cloth. Felt clean with pleasant scent. Very good after feeling on skin. Shower gel Added to body scrunchie lathered well again, pleasant scent left with clean fresh skin. Another five star product. Body/hand lotion Good consistency with pleasant scent but found it took a while to absorb into my hands. Still a product highly rated. Your refill option is an excellent idea. I really like the Kiko products but after my encounter with their customer service I'm not sure if I will ever use their webshop again. May 18th I placed 2 orders and paid them with Sofort. After a couple days, it occured to me that I hadn't received any confirmation of these orders. I found a link to the Belgian customer service, which is located in France (??), and explained them my situation. We exchanged several e-mails, I gave them a copy of the bank statements where the 2 amounts were debited from my account. They asked my data for the refund and then all of the sudden July 11th they tell me they can't find my money!! WTF?! 110€ were deducted from my account and now they are floating in banking heaven?! Logics says this is impossible. We're almost two months later, I've written several e-mails to Kiko, they keep telling me I can't get my money back, I keep telling they have to take a more profound look at their bank account. I've contacted Sofort, who can't help me, they keep referring to Kiko. My bank can only tell me the money is transferred to the German Kiko account. I'm now considering to file a complaint for theft, it seems to be the only option left.

Don’t want to leave a bad review but this was most expensive salon trip and I am not liking results. 1. Highlights were asked to be at the end of locks in front of my face and somehow only ended up on top of my head... barely visible in shade or location 2. Haircut does not look like I showed in picture.... Lost length in hope of getting good hairstyle but now I have neither.

They have very poor customer service. I'm usually somebody who just accepts, even when quality is poor however the scent I purchased was so different to the sample I had previously purchased (and I really wanted this particular scent) that I couldn't use it. I did a smell test with my customers and all 15 customers said there was something wrong with it, it was so bad it it made some want to be sick however the small sample bottle was really lovely. I was asked to return them for tests and they said "after doing a test in the lab" it was within their parameters. They offered a refund but I wanted a bottle of the nice smelling scent as a replacement, you'd think this would be their preferred option too but they have cut all contact with me despite my ongoing efforts to get in touch. I'm a bit stuck now as I have based my candle range on their scents but really don't wish to support a company with such bad customer service :-(

Shipping time was average for my order, but I would have liked a better tracking system to know when to expect it. I did receive my order though! Be aware the containers are on the small size for the price but I did see they came out with bigger sizes of "That Booty Tho" which was the favorite of my whole order. I would also suggest "Down with the thickness" and "Have you seen my underwear?" I would purchase these products again but I don't think I want to venture into their other products. They also have a reward program so make sure to join if you plan on ordering regularly.

Would NOT recommend. I bought a cylinder of 30 satchets in the blueberry flavor, which are not cheap I might add. I took one sachet per day, I received one free flavor, which was Mango and the rest were Blueberry flavor. I took two blueberry and one mango. Unfortunately by the third one, I just couldn't take anymore as I was bloated and constipated. I did contact Vida Glow and was advised nothing could be done, their T&C's advise no refunds or returns. Therefore I've just wasted my money. Whilst I understand there are stipulations around food, these are unopened sachets. A monumental waste unfortunately.

I was hoping to write a positive review as I got off to such a good start with the Vida Glow Marine Collagen. I started on 2 sachets per day as recommended in the instructional video. The first 1-2 weeks were amazing, my skin had never looked so good! And then it all went left. I started waking up with pimples and I’m not talking about the odd pimple here and there, my skin literally broke out with acne. I persisted, thinking it would pass and the more I persisted, the worse my acne became. I stopped the Vida Glow marine collagen 3 days ago, started on a probiotic and thankfully no new pimples. I’m not sure how long it will take for my skin to return to normal but I thought it was worth leaving a review for anyone who may experience the same symptoms I did. After doing a bit of research, I came across a forum where others have had the same reaction to marine and/or bovine collagen so it’s not an isolated incident. Just be careful what you put into your body. I honestly thought this stuff was the holy grail of anti ageing and I’m just gutted it ended this way.
