The beauty facial oil is a must have if you want beautiful skin. After only a week I noticed a big difference in my skin and I've been using it daily now for months and wouldn't be without it. This beats the most the most expensive cosmetics. It can be tough buying cosmetics for my partner. She has a friend in the business who gets free samples of all the super expensive brands, and then passes them on. But I took a flier with Bee Good and she loved them. I bought one of the smaller boxes, it was all beautifully presented and made a perfect gift. Online payment, delivery, all that stuff was just as we've come to expect from online retailers.

Great for gifts of if you're conscious of the impact that similar products have on the environment. The lip balms look better quality than other similar brands and products like the 2 in 1 cream cleanser is really good! Some of the sets come with extra surprises, chocolate (honey flavour) and also a seed ball which allows wildflowers to grow and helps bees, perfect!

Absolutely love their products! They always come so quickly (the one time they took a while to fulfill my order because it was out of stock they dealt with it so well and upgraded the postage free of charge). Their customer service always gets back to you really quickly. As an added bonus, all their products are vegan and are good for the environment - you can even send your empty containers back for free with a postage label that comes with your order or you can print one off for free! What happened? Started off really great and then it seems like their products got infiltrated with cheap ingredients. Their gold mask resurfacing - left me with huge red marks all over my face. Too strong and also just really bad for a vegan organic product- cheaply made and cheaply packaged and looks like substandard ingredients

I wanted to buy a body butter that wasn't going to be so heavily perfumed that it made my skin break out *cough The Body Shop cough* and I'd been looking around for a while. I decided to take a leap of faith and try it, even if the jar looked a little small. Let me tell you—a little goes such a long way! It's not too heavily perfumed that it makes my skin react, and it leaves me smooth and moisturized for FOREVER. Love it love it love it!

I’ve always had red, irritated skin with frequent breakouts. I used to wear makeup every day to even out my skin tone. Working in healthcare, I wear masks for 13 hours at a time which made my skin so much more inflamed and I could no longer wear makeup to hide it. It was so embarrassing when people would point it out that I was almost to the point of needing to go to Employee Health or a dermatologist to find a solution. I decided to give Cannuka a try in April and it’s now June, and not to be dramatic—but my life has been changed. My skin is soft, non-irritated, breakout-free. I wash with the cleanser right before work and right after, and I also use the After-Sun for its healing properties. I’ve been recommending it to all my coworkers experiencing similar issues. Credo Beauty has become my go-to for skin and hair products and gifts to female friends and relatives. I am careful to stay away from toxic chemicals in cosmetics and I love that every single item on their website has been pre-screened so it does not have bad ingredients such as potential carcinogens, hormone disruptors, etc. I also appreciate that each product shows a full ingredient list and you can hover over each ingredient to see what it's for and the safety profile. Also, I have noticed that product reviews appear to be unedited i. E. they do not remove negative reviews and also they do not falsify ratings (where the total rating shows 5 stars but when you click through there are lots of 1,2 or 3-star reviews, like Amazon does). The only downside is that their samples are pretty lame... I wish they had samples of popular products, not just fringe brands or weird products nobody wants.

These guys have some amazing fragrances that I absolutely love. The perfumes are much affordable as well, the prices are really worth it too. Their perfumes all have such a natural smell to them, an earthly and nature smell. I've bought some of their stuff but Sci Fi Eau de Parfum and the Midnight Toker would have to be my most favorite ones

I placed my order on April 25,2020. Today is May 31st and I still have no received any updates stating my order has been processed. I emailed customer service twice and received an auto response stating the order could take 20 business days to process which has past. I'm so annoyed and tired of waiting. I notice Max is currently posting nail videos on his IG page but has not addressed all the customers that paid for products and still have not received anything. Very unprofessional.

The skin tint is so tacky, doesn't blend at all, looks darker when you blend it and smells disgusting. The concealer is so thick and hard to blend in and makes my pores clog up. The blush is okay but if you put too much it makes you look like a tomato. The 16 wishes palette is terrible. There is no pigmentation and they don't blend. The lip glosses are sticky and feel heavy on and come off within 5 minutes. The eye balm isn't cooling or hydrating. The moisturiser dries out my skin. The face mist is okay but do not use after doing makeup or it washes it off. Very bad experience. Should be aimed at young children not teens. Pitiful.

EWW, customer service is literally non-existent. The website has no way to cancel your subscription by yourself, only to order more product. (pretty sure illegal in several states). Don't like the product? Get ready to jump through hoops. The 'customer support' chat box went unanswered for over an hour - and was only replied when I mentioned I would be leaving a review on Trustpilot. Then suddenly a 'system glitch' 'misdirected my chat' :D Shady company with gotcha pricing and impossible site navigation - the customer service will try to gaslight you claiming you can cancel yourself on their website with bogus screenshots that won't match your customer experience. Looking for skincare? THIS AINT IT

I started buying their products 8 months ago and generally their products are good (and align with my organic/natural products criteria), but after a mistake in my order where a product was added that I did not order - a sampler kit that is usually added as a free gift - and was charged full price ($40 for a sampler kit that is usually added as a free gift!) despite the claim that everything was 20% off - the only one not given the discount, I attempted over 2 months and around 7 hours of my time to get it resolved. I sent 12 emails called over 20 times. Each email responded with an auto reply "you can return your product by following directions at this link", which said I needed to pay the $10 return shipping and by the time I got it it was "past the return period." I do believe this company is in trouble because they must have no staff to actually answer emails (it was clear they were not even reading my emails when I explained I had not ordered the product, when I didn't want to pay return shipping, etc.) nor the phone. The 20+ times I called during their supposed business hours I got a message each time "this mailbox is full and is not accepting any more messages." Not only do they not have a person to answer the phone but their mailbox has been full and unchecked for over 2 months. I am disappointed since I did like the product, but I cannot do business with a company with such unethical practices to make money by adding products to customer's invoices that they did not order and charging them for it (guessing they do this regularly but some customers just don't notice - or they give up trying to get it resolved after getting no response to a call or email) and non-existent customer service. There are many other natural/organic skincare companies today so I am certain I can find another that has an actual business with customer service that will have just as effective skincare products - and in fact I have already transitioned to a new one that so far has been great (time will be my true test).

In addition to my review i posted 3 days ago I must say i purchased my nourish eye cream through my jd Williams account and as soon as i posted my review the nourish customer service team contacted me straight away and have treated me extremely well, I think it was just unfortunate that I had a slight reaction to the eye cream and i hope my review will not deter people from purchasing any products from nourish, i must say again that i have been treated extremely well and nourish have offered and are replacing the cream with a different moisturiser plus some extra samples, at the time I made my original order through jd Williams I was unaware that I could have bought directly from nourish and will be buying from nourish directly in the future, I have felt extremely valued as a customer and i can not thank nourish enough for their excellent customer service. I placed an order for Cape Aloe capsules on June 30th, 2010. My credit card was charged that same day and I received an order confrimation email stating that the order had been received and that the charge was placed upon my account. According to the website at the time of purchase, the item was available and would be to me in an average of 4-10 business days. Three weeks passed and we heard nothing about this order. Meanwhile, my husband has been suffering with IBS symptoms that only this product seems to relieve. I finally called Zooscape and was told by the young woman I spoke to that the item was actually out of stock and that she would research the order and send me an email letting us know what the status was. Several hours later I decided to call back as I had not heard anything. I spoke to a different woman who then gave me the same story. I mentioned that most companies DO NOT charge you for items that are out of stock or are backordered expressly to avoid charging people for items they would not receive. I also asked why no one in the company had bothered to inform us that the item was not available and that it had not shipped. The representative promised me we would receive a reply email within 2 business days. Two days later we received an email promising us that the item was being expedited and that we would receive a refund for the shipping charge for the inconvenience. A week later (July 29th) we still had not seen the item or the refund. My husband called the company to find out why. The phone was answered by a woman who claimed she was the only one in the office and the only thing she could tell us was that the item was still out of stock and still had not been sent. She then proceeded to tell my husband that she would have to pass this issue to someone else but, of course, there was no one to pass it to since she was alone and we would hear back from someone on Friday, July 30th. Today is Saturday, July 31st. We never heard back from anyone at Zooscape regarding this item or refund. The item still shows that is available for order and nothing on their webpage indicates that the item is out of stock or currently on back order. I left a terse voicemail with regards to the poor handling of the order and questioning the outright lying the company has done. After reading these reviews, I don't expect to receive a response. The bottom line is that the Zooscape still has my money and I have no product. We were first time customers to this company and they have shown us nothing but sleaziness and deceit. I cringe to think this company has my credit card information. If you are considering doing business with them, I say caveat emptor. You have been warned. My final say is that if I have not seen this satisfactorily resolved in the next five business days I will report them to the BBB. EDIT: 8/3/10 - I called this company again today to find out what was going on. I talked to a rep who acknowledged that the company had received my voicemail but didn't bother to call me back. She also said item was still out of stock and there were no refunds in the system for me. I asked to speak to a manager and was once again informed that she was the ONLY PERSON IN THE OFFICE. When I asked if they were a one man operation I was told that all the other people had gone on a "vacation". She was flippant and rude. She asked, "So do you want a refund or what?". Yes! I want a refund! A full refund and immediately. She told me she put the refund in and I "should see it right away". I know that's not how things work in mail order so I asked her how long it would take. She tells me that she put it in the system and that accounts receivable would "get to it" and process the refund. I clarified, "So, whenever someone gets back from vacation to handle this, I should see the refund?" and she said, "Yes". I asked her if there was any way she could tell me how long refunds take once accounts receivable has processed it. She couldn't. This company is a sleazy joke. Steer clear. If you can't, you may be learning an expensive lesson. REBUTTAL TO RESPONSE 8/9/10: The popularity of the product and the difficulty in obtaining it are irrelevant. How you've handled the order and the issues stemming from these facts are what matters. Your representative (Adriana) did not miscommunicate with honest intentions when she stated in plain English that the order was being shipped that day and the refund for shipping was being processed. The fact is the order NEVER shipped and a refund was NEVER processed. Your company should NEVER have charged for an item that was out of stock with no known ETA nor should it continue to advertise said item as in stock and available TO THIS DAY. I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. I have to say I find it incredible that you would even think that I would consider re-ordering Cape Aloe - or ANYTHING - from your company after the way this has been handled. Shame on you! Try legitimate business practices like not charging for items not shipped and staffing your office to handle your customer service issues! What kind of business allows the majority of their staff to vacation leaving ONE person to handle the business? Answer: NONE!

I have tried to get in touch with them several different ways and no response. The Black Tea Toner is amazing so I purchased the overnight cream, day cream and eye cream. However, the lotions are totally drying out my skin and irritates my face. I do not recommend buying any of their products online because of the lack of response. Just a joke of a company! They aren’t available in most locations, and then when they do become available in your area and you place an order, they email you the day before your order is supposed to arrive saying they can’t because they aren’t ready yet. To top it off, when they are finally up and running, weeks after their original timeframe, they still manage to fail at their one and only job and print the barcode on your shipping label wrong so it gets lost in a FedEx warehouse. Would never recommend them to anyone, ever!

My mother-in-law thoughtfully purchased me a $95 gift card for a facial and a half hour massage at Pure Indulgence. When I used it, I called the clinic at North Lakes in Qld and asked if I could change it to the 60 minute massage with an added back exfoliation which they said would be fine, it would just be $15 extra. When I arrived for my appointment I was asked to fill out a comprehensive 2 page form which took about 10 minutes to complete. After that it was another 3 minutes before they came to get me and another couple of minutes to get undressed and get on the table. Apparently all of this time was part of the 60 minute massage because I only got 45 minutes of massage, then the back exfoliation which took just 10 minutes. I was fully dressed back out the front exactly 1 hour from when I arrived! It should have been 60 minutes of actual massage, then 15 minutes for the back exfoliation, so a total of 75 minutes in total, NOT 55 minutes. In addition, she asked me if I had any areas in particular which I wanted her to work on and I said yes my neck which was very stiff and then she proceeded to hardly touch my neck? The entire time I had trouble breathing because they had a thick towel stuffed around the face hole of the massage bed and it was really hard to get air. When I went to pay, she charged me $20 extra instead of $15 but I was too over it to say anything so I just paid it and left. All in all I thought it was a mediocre massage at best and I felt I was cheated on time and money. Would I ever go back? No, definitely not. They are overpriced, unprofessional and inexperienced if you ask me.

I have purchased almost 200€ worth of Nuxe products over the last 6 weeks. The products are very nice. Unfortunately they have a SERIOUS PROBLEM with their customer service. I discovered their 'carte fidelity' program online after my second purchase. Those items packaged in boxes have secret codes inside the boxes. These work and can be registered no problem. But the Huile Prodigieuse doesn't come in a box so you have to submit copies of your "factures", your reciepts to be credited. That's fair enough. But what is so INCREDIBILY STUPID is they don't accept thier OWN ONLINE FACTURES as proof of purchase. I have been back and forth 3 times with their customer (non) service people arguing about this. I'm so fed up I think I will never buy another Nuxe product again. What's the point of having a carte fidelity if it's just a horrible experience for your clients....just dumb, really stupid.

The cream seems darker at first but once I patted the cream lightly on my face, the colour even out. Really like how it even out my skin complexion. But it also feels a little be dry on your face although the visually I do have those dewy (oily) effect in general. Some powder / face mist solve this feeling. In general quite satisfied with this product!

I have been ordering from Lucky Cloud for a while now and the experience is always absolutely amazing. I have a lot of their skincare products; Irish Mud Cleansing Gel, Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel, Water Drench Cloud Cream Cleanser, Ultra Rich Body Lotion, Cucumber Gel Mask, and Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream. I like to adapt my cleansers to the way my skin feels before cleaning, so I use a lot of different ones. All the PTR cleansers are great, though the Irish Mud one is my fave. It leaves my skin looking super clean and if I use it with the Hyaluronic Cloud Cream when I feel a breakout coming, it reduces the reaction. Their Ultra Rich Body Lotion is true to its name; rich and creamy, leaving my skin feeling luxuriously pampered after use.

My father (80 years of age) has been using Terpen's CBD Pain Gel for just over a year for his arthritis in his knuckles, which immediately takes away his pain. He's also taking Terpen's 2,500mg CBD tinctures for various other health issues, from prostate cancer to gout. Though we can't say CBD has successfully made him cancer-free, we are positive it helped along the way. As far as his gout, he hasn't had any pain in that area since taking the tincture. The products vary as to whether they are thick or runny so some run off and create ridges at the edges. And rarely look like the picture. They only post good reviews so you can never trust the reviews, or find out the truth about which look like the swatches. Customer service is rude and they dont always dispatch the next day. When they run out of a colour they dont tell you and you have to message them to ask where it is and they dont give refunds they make you choose another colour!

The shipping and customer service are excellent and fast. As for their products I purchased the IPL hair removal and skin rejuvenation along with the RF tool and used it for about a month. The IPL hair removal is very time consuming but effective. As for the skin rejuvenation and RF tool I used those two for a month as instructed and saw 0 results. I have sent the products back at my own cost which will not be refunded. Also, still awaiting inspection of products in order to receive my refund minus the shipping costs. Overall for me I received 0 results and lost money. I will keep you guys posted. I hope that others have a different experience with their purchase.

The activated charcoal mask is crazy hard to get off without leaving residue. I got these as a gift from my sis but not the towelettes so idk of those help or not but my face hurts from trying to get this off. Extra info: I used multiple kinds of makeup remover/ washes/ astringent and only hot water to try to get this thing off, buyer beware because I looked like a chimney cleaner for about 30 mins while I tried to scrub this off lol.

With the activated charcoal + coconut mask, it's really hard to get the residue even with warm water. So I used HOT water, but it's still incredibly hard to remove the residue even with hard rubbings off my face. I have 3 packs of it :\ it's just that it's such a hassle to clean up! I have no problem cleaning up the aussie white clay + apricot mask though, I like it but it does leave my face slightly greasy.

Ordered in March 2019, waited 2 months, constantly checking for updates on the tracking system they provided with the order. Tracking kept saying it's in transit, so I decided to e-mail them. Heard back from them saying that the item had been sent back as I hadn't picked it up from the local post office (I never received any notifications, which of course is not on beautified glow), however I then requested for a refund, since they had the item and my money at this point. Another 20 days went by with no answer, so I sent in a new e-mail, to which they replied that they will look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. It has now been nearly a month. Doubt I'll ever see my money again.

Very good experience. I had a few issues with delivery of my parcel l, but was in contact with costumer services via email whilst the issue was sorted. Although it took a while I recieved my product in the end and the product (the little Hoover that clears blackheads) itself is faultless and the best invention since sliced bread. Overall very happy.
