I thought that the site its self was well crafted an the methods were easy and simple, however be aware that it cost £2.95 to have a membership for 14 days as they do not state that at the begging. Also Cancel the member ship afterwards, as they charge £16.95 each month, this happened to me but I rang them up and they were really nice about the situation and refunded the payment straight away and sent me confirmation email. Overall good experience, just b aware of the memberships and payments that youre making.

I opened my bank account and Whoa! what is this? a payment to Job Hero for almost £18! Who are Job Hero? It turns out that the 'free' cover letter I wrote was not in fact free!! It cost me almost £18!! A subscription I was totally unaware of and if it wasn't for due diligence of my bank account, would have continued ad finitum without being challenged. Shoddy working practices. Shame on you Job Hero.

Great product! I'm typically against résumé builders, but this one it too good not to like. I recently paid $270 to have a professional writer work on my résumé, but needed a few updates. I found Job Hero and revamped my cover letter and résumé for a fraction of the cost. I could have saved paying a professional if I would have know about Job Hero sooner.

privately owned business owner trying to find candidates for the opening. Opened my business account and paid for 2 job postings. The postings stayed active for 5 days without issues, suddenly I received a message that my account was under review. I contacted the company and supposedly had the problem resolved. Waited for my post to become available again, only to receive a message that my account has been disabled. I've gone above and beyond to help resolve the issues and they still disabled my account and refuse to work with me. Shame shame shame on this company for not working with employers in this time of need!

Horrible company. I've spent the last two years applying to jobs in my field through them. Not once have I got a call back or interview. Not even an email confirmation. I'm a 3D modeler and game programmer by trade and have gotten hired through other sources for small freelance concept art jobs. The UI on the website is horrible as well. You have to sit there and peck through one by one each city and industry. You'd think for being a company called "CreativeCircle" they would have better web designers. Most of the jobs on the listings do not even relate to the creative industry. It's mostly customer/business service jobs. I hate to say it, but I don't believe any of the five star reviews here. They seem fake to me.

I am a film director, editor, SFX artist with a BS from Full Sail University. I have had films that have been in festivals and won awards. I have also had an account with Creative circle for at least 5 years and I have not had ONE interview. One day I decided to call (2 years ago) and ask why I have never been called for any of the job postings I get and apply to every day? Well first off, the receptionist tone of like I was bothering her and offered to take me off the mailing list, what a way to be helpful right? I asked to speak to someone instead and after holding for several minutes I got someone. The recruiter was very nice, looked at my resume, said it was very impressive but alas, could not tell me why I had not been given an interview for at least one job lead after 3 years of applying. I actually got off the phone thinking "well now that they have heard my voice, they'll look out for me"...wrong, 2 years later, still nothing. I don't know what the problem is and no one there will give me a decent answer or even a chance. If anyone of you have had better experiences with Creative Circle then congrats, all I have gotten from them is apathy and ignored. They have definitely failed me.

As someone who hasn't looked for a job in almost 12 years, I was quickly overwhelmed by the abundance of advice and "dos and don'ts" out there with regard to the best approach to finding a new job. After 4 weeks of trying to figure it out on my own, I turned to NG Career Strategy and Noelle quickly paired me with Soozy Miller, CPRW, for help. I opted for "The Works" package and Soozy got to work on my resume, LinkedIn profile and cover letter. I'm sure I was not the easiest client-obsessed with details and stressed by my timeline, but Soozy was great. She was patient with me, answered all of my questions, and worked with a sense of urgency to wrap things up in time for my first interview. Plus, she gave me a crash course in effective resume writing and helped me figure out exactly how I want to market myself. My only regret is not reaching out to NG Career Strategy sooner--I could have saved myself a lot of stress in those early weeks!

Use many job boards to search for IT Consulting candidates. I find that Dice is easy to use, great filters to search for those candidates that are willing to relocate (if needed), and can review their resume in detail (showcasing their created resume format). I have not had the best experience with other job boards. Way to go Dice!

Good job site for IT related jobs. I wish that they provided more details on their posted jobs with fewer clicks, but they do have a pretty good handle on open positions, fulltime and contract out there. Coupled with a site like Monster or similar, it is a good information resource.

Dont send any money on this service. They will not do anything but plug key words all over a page. The mistakes was so bad I couldn't do anything or even make all the revisions without starting over. They don't allow you to talk directly to the writer on the phone so you know it's a scam. They are not based in the USA.

This is 100% a scam and not a quality service. I endured 5 rounds of edits with 3 different writers. All the edits I requested were incorrect and they changed words I never asked to edit. The layout included too many symbols and the wording was too lengthy. The ATS software would not pick it up. When I requested a refund they refused to give my money back and said that my resume was partially usable. Who wants a partial resume?! Horrible customer service!

The resume writer assigned to me, Deb Young provided poor customer service in her emails. I felt sad, frustrated and humiliated by the tone of her writing and she negated herself, asking for additional info, later complaining that she only asked for two links for job descriptions I was interested in. My request for respect and positive attitude was met with lack of accountability and not addressing my major concerns. When discussing my concerns with Justin, the owner, my concerns were minimized and in less than 5 minutes, he practically kicked me out of services, that if "firing" me. Can you believe?

So much for saying they are free. They have been billing my credit card about $25 a month for several months. their web site doesn't recognize my email, and it is the only way to get off their list. I ask them to email me a password hint, and no email ever comes. This joint is a scam and they are shady. Time to cancel the credit card. BUYER BEWARE!

There is nothing FREE about this site. They don't even have an option to date your job experiences under the year "2019"... only "2018" .. Also, once you save it to your computer, good luck expecting to see it there a week later. The file deletes the contents/information... So if you sent out your resume to employers, they may not even see your resume in the file days after submitting it. If you try to get in touch with their customer service, your only option is to e-mail them. I have e-mailed them twice and never heard back either time. Horrible site.

Tried to really post with this company twice. We got sponsored funding for a project. They kept saying the posting wasn't approved. I had heard so many say it was hard to find decent projects on the site so we thought we'd give it a shot...just too much craziness. We chose a site where the actors do not have to pay and received over 30 submissions within 4 days!! Pay your money if you must otherwise there are sites with the exact same information.

A fascinating fact it is. I left the office position, that hideous suit and a boring white shirt, I see those insomniac faces no more, I get up when I want and work when I want and still I earn more than when I used to crouching back full-time. Now hold on! There is another even more fascinating fact. When I signed up with Academia, I knew little about composing fine academic content. All I had was a degree in Finances and a sheer determination to change my life. And now I’m here writing these lines. They pay me $10 per page as I really need to improve my self-editing skills. I have been working with many companies, seen different approaches towards writing business. I can tell you for sure that Academia research is one of the few companies which provide decent treatment for its writers. I took the Linkedin Writing + CV Editing service from this company for 48 hour service. They didn't delivered even within 89 hours. The delivery was extremely poor. No Linkedin profile Review was performed. They only changed the CV layout, the content writing, language were simply terrible. The writer didn't have any idea how to write an European CV. When I started a Paypal dispute, they said their top writer will work on that and requested me to close the dispute and guarantee that I will get full refund. However, after closing the dispute, they produced even a lower version and didn't give me any refund. After complaining with their so called QAD manager, they offered me 11.87 USD Refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even a standard 8 student will produce a better work than this one. In addition, A company which lies just to get away with paypal dispute and don't keep theirs words - SHOULD NOT BE in business. Extremely poor quality and customer service

In the name of full disclosure, Zety and I parted ways. Not over anything lacking in their platform. I just didn't need a resume software anymore. I will say that even from a product standpoint, their platform is top notch. What really pushed this rating to a 5 star was the impeccable customer service they provided. The rep I worked with, and I feel horrible now because delivered what unfortunately tends to be rarity in today's business tendencies. The gentleman gave me his name but I was in motion without a pen when he gave it so I forgot it, but he's a true value to an already impressive organization with tons of value. Keep it up Zety! Great job!

I've used their free scans to try to improve my resume and can never get it above 76%. When I analyzed the results, I saw the issues: 1) Their word search does not recognize derivatives (if the firm is looking for "Troubleshoot" and you put "Troubleshooting" it will just ignore it. 2) Job Scan extracts the words from the job description. The description typically uses verbs (candidate must troubleshoot). However, resumes are typically written in adjectives (troubleshooter or troubleshooting). Thus, this compounds the problem with Job Scan not recognizing word derivatives. 3) Job Scan also throws the word "skills" in with many attributes (Management Skills, Organization Skills, Time Management Skills). Thus, when resumes typically just list Management, Organization, Time Management under the common heading of skills, Job Scan will NOT recognize it (unless it has the word skills after each). Such word combinations were NOT in the job description, so this cannot be blamed on extraction. I listed the name of the major Fortune 20 company that this job was with and was told that Job Scan did not know what ATS that they were using. I can't believe that the ATS of a Fortune 20 company would be as poor as the one that Job Scan uses (noted above). To me it is more likely that they want to use their own ATS that seems to be intended to give you low scores in order to bait you into paying for their premium services.

I have had multiple recruiters from ForceBrands over the last 3 years, yes for that long and in the beginning they were landing me interviews often, of which some were rejections and some I actually turned down, then they just stopped contacting me. I would keep emailing each of the 5, 6, 7 or so recruiters and they would say they will keep me in mind but then crickets. I even had one text me to ask if I was available for a phone call (they could have just picked up the phone and called me) to introduce a role but then she ghosted me. Really frustrating. Then I also had a recruiter tell me about a particular role with a liquor brand and she actually ended up giving me the WRONG name to the company so I had researched a completely different company so when the time came and I had the interview I was made to look like a fool for thinking they were a different company, who does this?! So that opportunity was shot due to the recruiter giving me the wrong company name. I ended up giving up on ForceBrands as it's apparent they are disorganized and careless.

Absolute scammers, even if you only pay for a single transaction with them, once they have your card details they will involuntarily opt you into their monthly subscription plan of £13.50 every 28 days and will continually change their vendor i.d to circumvent you stopping payment aurthorisation with your card issuer. When challenged, they deny you have an account with them and then wont respond! Oh, and they claim, unlawfully, that you automatically agree to their terms and conditions because you visited their website even though they don't make you implicitly aware. Avoid at all costs unless you like being financially exploited!
