I am writing this review because I have been trying for 2 months to get a refund from Wedding Channel for a vendor that I was unable to use. The vendor has contacted WC and I have multiple times including emails, and they have responded with apologies for the delay but they are not doing anything!!! And I am not getting my refund when I was not given the service that I paid for. I am so frustrated. I will change this to higher rating if I am able to get a proper response with my refund!!!

I ordered with this company because of their shipping date that kept showing up, but vanished after I paid. No shipping posted on the receipt. I did order knowing I only had two weeks until my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. And I looked on quite a few sites, and this website had the easiest and cutest choices for what I wanted. I ordered 215 personalized wine glasses and 215 personalized coffee mugs. Shipping date promised was posted as as I was entering in my payment info, but after I hit submit, there was no longer a shipping date, but trusted the date they had given earlier. So I was super excited that this was going to happen!!! Until my mom asked when the cups and glasses were coming, so I thought I would email them. Well, I emailed them on a Friday, they got back to me on a Monday, and told me I should be receiving my order in another 6 weeks!!!!!!! What?!?!?!??! I don't need these cups in 6 weeks, I need them in 1 week, and what happened to the promised shipping date?!?! Panic officially set in. My poor parents wanting to give party favors at their 50th wedding anniversary are no longer going to be able to thanks to this scamming company. My recommendation for them is to not trick people with the promised shipping date. And if you can only get an order done is to call, then don't trick people into thinking they can just order online and think they will get a finished product in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I called on Monday, got a voicemail, and just got a returned call three days later by the same lady that I have been back and forth via email. On a positive note, I ordered from another company and they were able to do a 24 hour rush order, but it cost me $1000 extra dollars in shipping! So don't trust cheapfavorshop's promised shipping date when you order, and you probably should call after you place your order and hope you get to speak to a person within a few days to confirm your order, and hope you get your finished product in time! Or maybe just don't use them at all, and have peace of mind using a local company in your town. Peace.

I have read the reviews on several wedding websites and seen wedding photos as well on their website. I am really impressed by the 5 star ratings from the previous clients. Liam showed us their previous work, what great natural photos they captured. The quality of the edited photos looked great. Liam was happy to adjust the wedding package to suit my needs and was so accommodating throughout. In addition, we had a pre-wedding shoot. He and his photographers precisely captured the amazing and stolen shots during the our wedding celebrationIn my book, that makes them one of the best wedding photographers in Miami. I remember, before our wedding we spoke with Liam and he believes that precious memories should be treasured for a long time through artistic images that mirror your ideal day. All of the shots they made are the very unique and some more artistic shots. We and our all guests truly loved the images captured with smiles and beautiful reactions of everyone who were present on our wedding day. I have been in a nightmare situation with this company. We only got to the stage where they practiced on 10 sample photos for me. They tried about 4 times to retouch 10 images to my style and they were SO off that I decided I was not interested in having them retouch the entire wedding. I asked them for a refund about 6 times, they said they will not give a refund but continue to try to edit the images until I am satisfied. I am obviously not going to be satisfied with their work after all of the attempts and communication we have tried. They continue to drag out this process and are doing everything possible not to give me a refund even though no significant work has been done.

I got my groomsmen gifts from The Man Registry, and had a groomsman inform me 6 months after I gave the gifts out that his was defective. When I called customer service, they didn't hesitate to send a new one free of charge. It was so refreshing to have them immediately understand my situation and resolve it so promptly. My husband and I were married on October 10th, 2016! We did have a small ceremony but it was exactly what we wanted! Our special day couldn't have been so special without the help of Angel's View Wedding Chapel staff! All of the staff especially Fleshia, were absolutely wonderful and caring! Everytime I contacted Fleshia she helped answer my questions and did everything possible to make our special day even more amazing! She helped make reservations for our cabins and everything! We stayed at Black Bear Ridge Resort and Trappers Ridge Resort; which i highly reccommend! I had my hair and make-up done at the salon and I was very impressed! The photogapher Ashley was very patient and understanding! I think she did an exceptional job to make sure we received all the pictures we wanted and more! Although, I am extremely grateful that my Grandmother was able to attend my Wedding here at Angel's View; she was very sick and only made it six days past my Wedding Day. I couldn't be happier with how understanding the staff was throughout the ceremony and through the photography phase with my Grandmother in a wheelchair. The memories that were made on that day of October 10th 2016 will be forever cherished and Pigeon Forge will always hold a special place in my heart!!!

Absolutely terrible experince! Ordered favors for my grandmas 90th birthday. They were supposed to email a copy of them to check for errors and didnt. When I recieved the product, there were two dates printed on the front, one of which was not the date of her birthday. Asked for a new batch several times and never heard back from them. After the party finally recieved an email saying they were out of town and they would send me a refund. Two months later and several more emails, NO REFUND!!! Still have not even responded to any of my emails.

Ordered favor tags for my daughter's baby shower. The promised "date of delivery" came and I still hadn't received my order. I emailed and called and no response. After leaving multiple messages via email and phone, I received an empty envelope from the company and an email asking how my experience was. Again I responded and never heard back and never received a refund. Luckily, I was able to find a seller who was able to send me replacement favor tags just days before the event. Don't take a chance with FavorsToday! They remove any negative comments from their website.

I bought a dress from NZ Bridal/Worn to Love in June 2021. The dress was lovely and well made. The shipping took two weeks longer than anticipated. The dress, while lovely, did not fit well, and when trying to ship it back, I learned that the return shipping to China would be $300 - twice the value of the dress.

The production team did a wonderful job replicating the matching earrings; and Megan from the concierge team was very helpful. Communication with the concierge service was effortless and easy. The hard part was waiting for the finished piece to arrive.

They won't guarantee their product. I bought some mercury glass vases. Used them in their advertised way and the finished dissolved. When I asked to send them back for a refund they said they were used and if they can't resell it they won't return it even if defective.
