I got married in Dec 2016. To date I still do not have my video. To cut a long story short, lots of lies and false promises. Very similar to all the other poor reviews. I agree does make me wonder are the good reviews fake? I also know of two other people personally who are still awaiting package. I am in the process of starting court action but the address that the company has is no longer the correct address. I sent a letter via recorded delivery and it was returned. Can anyone private message me if they have further details or themselves have started court action. I beg anyone reading this who is thinking of using this company. Please please don’t. We had the perfect wedding day and I think back now with great sadness that we do not have a copy of our precious day. To share with our children and grandchildren one day. I think the people that own this company must be wicked to do this to people on what is meant to be the happiest day of their lives. How can they sleep at night knowing the heartache and stress they have caused people? Edit Jan 2020 - I have just come across sadly more poor reviews and people being let down. I have since got a County Court Judgement against Insta Wedding to try and get my money back as sadly I have come to realise I shall never get my video. I have discovered two things 1) They was trying to get there original company Insta Wedding Limited dissolved as a business. This was trading under a old address. I asked this to be stopped due to my CCJ and it has been put on hold till March 2020. They have also started a new company INSTAWEDDINGUK LTD. My CCJ asking them to pay back my payment, due to broken contract has now been sent to the address that the company is registered to. Still no response. Please look them up on company house. My next step is to instruct bailiffs but I am doubtful this address is even correct. I am not a competitor trying to ruin or steal their business. Please message me or look me up on Facebook. Kelly Williams. I would share my email address on here but trust pilot does not allow you. It shall not let me. I did just try. I have all email proof I can share of how rude they was to me, CCJ’s etc. I am just an heartbroken bride that really wants to stop other people going through what we did. Like the Jan bride above whenever our anniversary comes around you recall your day with happiness but part of you is deeply sad as you have no memories to look back on and share with loved ones. This is want probably made the Jan 2017 bride post a bad review not due to a bad start to the new year. I would say the only fake reviews are the good ones! They even took to creating a fake assistant called Emma who would respond to my emails in the end. I must say Emma was very passionate about her job emailing me at very late hours! Well it was obviously them. Very strange behaviour. Oh and two last points if I am a fake company trying to ruin your business please name and shame this company!!! And if you look at dates positive reviews posted always follow bad reviews. Please don’t take the chance with the happiest day of your life. If my loss and true words can stop even one couple going through what we did then I shall be thankful. I will keep you all updated with my quest to get my money back!!

Mason and Sarah, you helped capture the most amazing moments from the best day of my life in the most perfect way. We opted for a full day and a video and the end product was incredible. Our wedding video is so unique and everyone who has seen it raves about it, after wiping tears from their eyes. We love our photos so much, pre-shoot and the wedding day both included our Labrador puppy Lily, and they were so accommodating allowing us to share the experience with her. Everyone was so nice and helpful before and on the day. Mason and John shared a lot of laughs which created one of our favourite photos as John doesn't like photos being taken and Mason made him so relaxed, like one of his mates. Thank you so much for making our day even better. Love Gemma and John. x

Be very careful with this company!!!! They're ultimately just after your money and sales people. They will clearly say anything to get you across the line. We were promised our deposit was secure and refundable given we give them ample notice of cancellation of our wedding. Due to severe difficulties felt by family members and a future inability to fly due to Covid we wanted to cancel (this is our parents), they had our deposit for less than 3 months and we were over 2 years away from the planned wedding date. I was assured on several occasions that given circumstances and ample notice (2 years!!) we would be fine for our full deposit back, the paperwork was just a formality. This was May 2021, we rang the number and emailed the woman we were dealing with on so many occasions. We were ignored, phone calls and voicemails went unanswered. Completely ghosted by the company Fast forward to Yesterday (12th September 2022) i get an email from a new wedding planner stating they're looking forward to working with us for our upcoming wedding. The original date was to be in 7 months May 2023, so as a word of caution if you want to feel like you'd enjoy being involved with your wedding you certainly will not. No correspondence for 15 months! Turns out the woman we was dealing with has left there company (this was after a contacted them so poor excuse), they no longer have access to her emails (Which they should keep all correspondence due to GDPR for as long as required, this would be required as the contract is not fullfilled). So our wedding planner left there company, nobody told us or communicated with us for 15 months about this and ignored all contact with us and then forgot about it 15 months later. We told them we were taking legal action against them within the next few months, they've asked for records of our communication which we provided and they still refuse to honor it. We have email and phone data to prove that we were being ignored completely! I guess the integrity of other reviews on here as i know the dishonesty.

Walking on cloud 9 after the most memorable day all thanks to Ionian Weddings. From the start we said what we wanted....chilled, relaxed & on the beach in Cyprus & that is just what we got. Nothing was too much trouble and anytime I had a question or a worry I would get a reply the same day from the wonderful team. Special thanks to Helen and Gabriella throughout the whole time & then Sheena & Orla whilst I was there with everything. Ionian took the stress out of all the organising for me & I would highly recommend. Thank you all so much for giving us a day to remember. Here’s to the start of our new chapter xxx

Do not purchase from this place. Dress comes from China first of all. I tried contacting them by phone 38 times and 7 times by email and no one ever answered. I was concerned about the size I ordered since the other girls that ordered from here got dresses that didn't fit them. I had no choice to order from here since the bride's sister picked this...she evidently did not read the reviews!!!! So today I receive my dress which I had put down my correct measurements for. From the waist up it is so tight I can barely breathe or move my arms. I'm stuck with this $90 dress because no time to exchange or return it. I am beyond pissed. I will try to get through the ceremony with it on, then off it goes into the garbage where it belongs!!!!!!!!

I have been wearing it for about 2 months. I wash my hands with it on and just wear it like normal. I'm not rough on it, but I do live and things happen. I don't shower or bathe in it, but I don't think it would hurt it at all. I have soaked it in SS cleaner a couple times and it immediately goes back to a new, sparkly-looking ring.

I bought a ring from jeulia.co.uk as a wedding band I can wear to work in a hospital as a nurse because I didn't want to risk losing my wedding rings on the job with constant hand washing and ripping off of gloves. This is perfect! It fits well, it's shiny, and it's great quality! It is made of real metal so it doesn't turn your finger colors and I haven't had an issue with it tarnishing at all. Also, you just came beat the price!!! You won't be disappointed.

I would recommend Just wedding Cars to everyone I contacted them very last minute as I had been let down by 2 company which I had a booking from few months earlier on the week of my wedding they contacted and cancelled. Just wedding cars stepped in and went above and beyond my expectation by arranging the cars which were newer then I originally booked delivered a great service they were also better priced even though it was last minute. Truly saved the day life savers !!!!

Mitchell and Co made a beautiful engagement ring for my now wife. Their price was good compared to prices I had found online and their service surpassed anything I could expect. I was served by Luke who was very friendly and helpful. They worked to my very tight timescale and produced a very beautiful piece. We were so impressed that we went back and bought our wedding rings from them. What's even better is that their service didn't end when we walked out with our rings as they invited us back to take our rings in regularly to be cleaned and maintained. My partner and I ventured out to the jewellery quarter on a bank holiday in December 2015. Mitchel and Co were the most welcoming and classy looking jewellery shop open so we went in. The shop is beautifully lit and set out. Fresh flowers on the counter. I couldn't help but think there was no way we could afford our wedding rings from such a nice shop. We were warmly welcomed by Debbie who explained that Mitchel and Co make bespoke rings to order. I was really worried about how much they would cost now. Debbie helped us work out what shape, size, carat and colour of gold was right for us. It was a lovely and attentive experience. Debbie went off to work out how much our rings would cost to make to order and I prepared for that awkward moment when we say we'll think about it. Debbie came back to tell us the two white gold rings would be £230. I was gobsmacked. "Is that each?" I asked. But no. That was for both our rings made to order. And it even included engraving. Sold! Since we ordered the rings I have called Mitchel and Co several times to discuss collection or delivery and my angst about whether the unplated white gold wedding ring would match my white gold rodium plated ring which has dulled with time. The team were very patient and attentive throughout all my interactions with them. Today my almost husband and I went to collect our wedding rings. I am overwhelmed by how beautiful they are. And they were made just for us. No one has tried them on before. They are not available in mass quantities. They are unique and they are utterly perfect. Even though my engagement ring wasn't purchased from them, the staff went out of their way to ensure that the two rings matched and polished up my engagement ring making for two perfectly matched and shiny rings. Do not hesitate to trust Mitchel and Co with the most important part of your wedding and life together. From start to finish the experience was outstanding and the rings are- perfect. Thank you very much Mitchel and Co for making our experience so special.

I contacted Ami at the start of the year, Ami was very honest about time scale, as I only had 5 months. Two weeks left before the big day, and apart from seeing the print design, my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with how our outfits turned out. I had been following Ami for a few months and I was continuously looking through her work and saving photos of outfit I loved. As soon as we booked our wedding date I got in contact with her. I told her about a dress I had seen someone wear and she knew straight away what i was loooking for. Over the next few weeks we met and we began to create the dress I fell in love with. Ami would always make sure she covered every detail with me, from materials, to embrodery and even gerneral updates. When i saw my dress I was in shock. It looked amazing! When we met Brian at our first venue, he managed to get us fantastic VIP locations and made my job as the organiser so much easy. I was told about Cargo Clothing by a friend and it was a relief to find an online prom dress shop that was genuine and based in the UK. Having found a few which had reasonably priced dresses, only to read the reviews and discover they were fraudulent I was beginning to dispair finding a dress that was what she wanted but affordable. Cargo Clothing have a range of dresses, to suit a variety of budgets. I made an enquiry about one particular dress and got an instant reply by email, with some alternative suggestions as the dress we wanted wasn’t available in the right size. This was great service. We ordered another dress and it arrived within a few days, beautifully packaged, and exactly as it appeared in the picture. I can’t comment on the returns policy as we won’t be returning it

We are so thankful to Colin for the incredible photos he captured on our wedding day on the hottest day of the year/new heat record in the UK! Colin was professional, friendly, organised, and smiley, and made both myself and my now-husband feel so at ease and comfortable with him both during our engagement, and couple shots. As a result of this, we have ended up with even more beautiful photos we could have imagined and look forward to looking back at them over the years to come. Looking at the photos from the day, Colin caught so many beautiful moments between ourselves and our guests, and it seemed he was everywhere! It was so lovely looking back at moments that on the day we may not have had the chance to properly take in with all the lovely craziness of the day! I’ve had a lot of friends and family comment on Colin’s skills and friendliness since the wedding, and a few ask for details. Colin was our photographer for our wedding in August 2019 and he did a brilliant job. He met up with us to discuss our wedding and what we were looking foe then arranged a pre shoot at our wedding venue. This was really helpful in getting us used to being photographed and in thinking about the type of photos we'd want on the wedding day. On the day, he was great, rushing around covering bits of the day that we would have otherwise missed. He was very friendly and helped us feel at ease and were delighted with the photos as well as the service we received from him. Thanks very much Colin!

I spent the year of 2015 planning my destination wedding on a tropical island. As many know, January is the cyclone season so I was in a little big of a panic as to what would happen if the worst was to happen. I realised that destination wedding insurance was the way to go but no one in New Zealand provided cover for this type of event. After emailing every single company in New Zealand and numerous companies in Australia, no one would provide me with cover. This was seriously a challenge! Finally, I was lucky enough to find Stuart Hartley from Marsh and McLennan who put me in touch with Stuart Catt (Director) at Dream Wedding Insurance. Both Stuarts understood my concerns and went above and beyond to provide one off cover for me (even though i'm not Australian based). The Dream Wedding Insurance team were very informative, prompt communicators and life savers! Thankfully everything went to plan and no claims were required but i'm sure the team would have dealt with any problems with ease and grace. Thank you and hopefully I aided in bringing destination wedding insurance to New Zealand - definitely an untapped market.

Just as the pandemic of COVID-19 began to take place, we thought we would preemptively attempt to get insurance for our wedding arranged (which is in 8 months time) just in case. Our requests for calls got rejected, and never received any correspondence via email. It seems that as insurance companies have to start acting on their policies they avoid helping anyone else. I would steer clear of this mob as I cannot say for sure if they are even real or would infact withhold their policies.

Durham Rose have done an amazing job in creating my partners engagement ring, we now have a truly unique and very detailed ring that has been perfectly translated from the finalised CAD models we approved a few week beforehand. The design process was better than I imagined, we were not rushed in any way or pushed into settling on a design that wasn't everything we had asked for. With the assistance of the skilled CAD team we were able to collaboratively work on the design such that we have the perfect ring for us and Durham Rose were able to feasibility manufacture with the level of detail we were looking for. From the first appointment to the ring arriving, Melissa was truly amazing. Nothing was too much, she worked so hard to meet my budget and really listened to me. All communication was quick and easy, I couldn't have asked for anything more! The ring is more than I could have ever asked for. It is exactly what I had in my mind and it just blew me away. I was struggling to find a qipao for a wedding ceremony in China - wary of buying online and having to get altered and not wanting to get ripped off in Chinatown. I then came across East Meets Dress and all my problems are solved! All their dresses are beautiful and cut in modern silhouettes or more traditional. The online process of submitting measurements was really easy and the team clearly reviews them individually. EMD was able to accommodate my rush production request and the dress turned out beautifully.

Please do not book with this company- I booked a wedding in Mexico for 40+ Which has had to be changed due to Covid. We were sold the dream of a full package, someone who would help us with every aspect of our wedding booking. The reality has been so different, as soon as the deposits were taken the lack of communication has been shocking. One of the reasons we booked was because We were promised change the date save the rate at the time of booking but this seems to not be the case as this doesn’t include flights which we were told it did. We have verbally been given w new date but I have asked for written confirmation of this and they have not done it. All I get is ‘trust me it’s been changed’ Customer service is shocking we have to chase them for every bit of information. Literally to the point of calling them everyday for the last 2 months. No one ever calls you back. They are not helpful at all. When you question them as to why they don’t have answers their response is they they go through a tour operator- which was never explained when we booked this. We were sold this as a package holiday but it isn’t. Be aware of things like transfers they said they were included and after we have found out they aren’t. They do not reply to messages on the wedding profile. Honestly has been the worst experience booking my wedding, the stress they they have caused us has been unbearable. I am now in the position where I have to potentially tell my friends and family they may have lost their deposits, they were really helpful until they got everyone’s money. There lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking.

Refusing Full Refund Please do not book with this company! I was supposed to go to a wedding in April 2020 & paid £960, but due to COVID-19, this was unfortunately cancelled. The couple decided to cancel their wedding at the end of May & I’ve been trying to obtain my full refund ever since. I was reassured by Perfect Weddings Abroad that once they received the money from their tour operators, a full refund would be made. At the end of August, I received two random payments of £300 & £34.72 from Perfect Weddings Abroad, without an email or phone to explain what these payments were for. I contacted them & they said this was the correct refund amount, however they had now added cancellation fees & change of dates fees which was not included in my booking confirmation. They are now refusing to pay my full refund. I would really advise people to not make any bookings with this company after my poor experience. Lack of communication, poor service & several false claims are just a few things that spring to mind about this company! Do yourself a favour & avoid them at all costs!

Not great at the moment - as I ordered on the promise of a 5 day turn-around and three weeks later they tell me that they are waiting for an item to come into stock. It is a shame as they were helpful until this point. But with my wedding less than 2 months away this delay (and no information is as yet forthcoming as to when the item will be in stock I'm getting worried). I just hope they redeem themselves soon.

Becky was an absolute rockstar! She was so warm and accommodating to each request I had. With me living in California and the time difference between us she still was very diligent and quick to respond to my emails. I love to be able to support small and local businesses (even if it’s in a different country!) and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. We dealt with so many risky aspects getting our wedding bands from a fingerprint kit sent from the UK to Arizona then to.Pennsylvania then back to the UK. Then our precious fingerprint rings sent back to the US. It all went off without a hitch. Great communication and timely delivery via FedEx which I could track!

First heard about Shropshire petals at a wedding fair at the Excel London. They have an amazing choice of confetti colours. We went for Cherries & Berries as this goes perfectly with our colour scheme, burgundy & blush. Loads of options of how to have your petals but we decided in the end to have them loose. Quick & easy to order and pay. Our delivery came in plenty of time and we were also given the option for our order to arrive 2 weeks before our wedding (which we didn’t go for as our wedding is only a month away, but thought was a good idea). One of the four items I ordered was out of stock. Customer service emailed me the same day, informing me of the stock problem with one item. I was offered a range of options: select an alternative colour, wait for a delivery date the following Monday or receive a refund for the item out of stock. I requested to wait for the new delivery. The items arrived as Tree of Hearts had advised. The goods were very well packed and were presented beautifully. I would certainly use this company again - first class service and competitively priced. Thank you.

I recently purchased a solid silver ring, with fingerprint laser engraving and inscription inside the band from the team at Wedding Rings Direct. Here's my unbiased review. From the very start the team, my main contact was with Kim and Tom, were tremendously helpful. They are a very friendly bunch of people and kept me constantly updated about the progress of the ring. I fouled up slightly with the first fingerprint I provided, totally my fault, and they very quickly sent out a second kit for me. My advice: make lots of fingerprints on the sheet of paper provided, it gives them a good chance then of doing an excellent engraving, and boy did they ever! The ring itself was a solid silver ring for my wife on our silver wedding anniversary, and she was thrilled to bits with the ring. She's not a showy sort of person but *everyone* she has come into contact with has been shown the ring and is awestruck by how great and unusual it looks. The ring itself is solid, but without being chunky, and the engraving inside the ring is so crisp and clear you just know it will last down through centuries as a family heirloom. In future if my family, my friend and my colleagues are looking for a ring, and they don't just do wedding rings, I will be pointing them in the direction of Wedding Rings Direct, and they won't regret it, not one little bit. However, living in Canada I was charged $28 through the site for S&H and then was charged an additional $30 through UPS for customs. The sparklers arrived quickly! I haven't used them yet cause my wedding isn't until dec 30th. The only super small issue I have with them is that the end of every single sparkler is broken off- probably due to shipping. Maybe there could be better packaging? But otherwise they seem great!

Absolute rubbish company. Refused to take my fiancé's concerns seriously when there were at least 5 stains on a white dress when purchased. A few of them looking like blood stains. It was a $300 dress that looked completely different from the photos on the website. They just ignore you, know they're doing the wrong thing and hope you'll shut up about it. Don't go near them.

I'm not one to write many reviews - but I feel I must warn folks - first of all it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive from date ordered. When it arrived, the belt was broken- the quality.,. What quality? / really! The fabric was so so thin it was almost see through- and cheap. The size- wow! I ordered medium- and I tell you, it would fit the average 2, not 6-8. The price - nearly 40- was way off what it cost to make it! This dress was not only made in China, it literally was shipped from China with Chinese letters/characters and shop address on label. I'm hoping they take it back- I don't need to spend another $40 to send it back... Please do your self a favor and skip this one-I’m so disappointed about the company houseofbrides.com and turn to another website of vandres ses.com which turns to be a right choice.

Was so thrilled to order from this gorgeous Australian website and actually have the items come in exactly as pictured and in great quality materials! I ordered two sets- and have already ordered a third because I have never received as many compliments as I did wearing one of their signature sets to a formal ball at my Uni! Their pieces are both classically feminine and fashion forward. My only note is that the skirts on the sets do fit small at least compared to Canadian /US sizing so I would ere on the side of caution when picking a skirt size! Otherwise-these outfits could not be better- so get shopping :)! PS. Did I mention worldwide free shipping?!

Please avoid dressafford. I initiated a return and have had no response since. I have sent several emails and called the number which tells me to put in a number and then each time it disconnects. The dresses are vaguely like the photos with careless and poor attention to detail. Fabric pieces are sized large then made for smaller sizes. huge seams for illusion sleeves and still too big. No way to wear these at an event. I'm uncertain whether I could even sell these to anyone and feel good about it. The grossly uneven applique work can't even be repaired because it was attached with what I believe to be fabric glue.

I bought a wedding dress and they said shipping was not at all impacted by the virus. I was supposed to get the dress over a week ago at the latest. The representative I have talked to is rude and isn't very helpful and said supposedly it was sitting at a shipping carrier. I now have almost no time until my wedding and no dress!!! This place has left me depressed and frustrated! Never ever ever purchase a dress from here!

So much so i did not have to alter the dress one bit. Speaking to the makers was easy and they only want to ensure you get the dress of your dreams. I bought a dress and it was beautiful. They contacted me via text and email and I talked to real live people. You can send in custom measurements and they will make it exactly to fit you. However, on the website it says that you can choose a color and a fabric and everything else. I ordered satin material and I received a cheap cotton. I specifically asked the representative if I could return the dress if I do not like it. They told me yes. Four weeks later my dress arrives. I go to try it on and it fits almost perfect. The straps that go up over my shoulders are too big and I specifically asked for a 6" plunging neckline from my collarbone down. I put the dress on and the neckline goes all the way to the top of my belly button. Since the straps were too big almost my entire chest was exposed! There were loose strings on the embroidery that were just sticking out! I contacted the store via email and text and ask about the steps to complete a return/refund. The representative was very sassy with me and completely went back on her word about returning the dress if it wasn't right for me. THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT A DRESS ONLINE WAS BECAUSE THEY SAID I COULD RETURN IT IF IT WASN'T RIGHT FOR ME! Now they're telling me how it's unfair to them because they paid for the fabric and the workers. I PAID OVER $200 FOR THIS DRESS AND I KNOW THAT THAT PAID FOR THE FABRIC AND PART OF THE WORKERS WAGE TOO. I do not trust this company and it is a scam. Definitely do not buy prom dresses here or really anything from this company.

Okay so- I ordered this gown because it was modest and simple enough for the event I needed it for. I am wearing it for my reception as one of the top state officers in my organization, and am THRILLED with this gown! I wear gowns all the time and this one is fairly high quality, pretty, with good material, and fits exactly how I thought it would. Im 5'7 with a 36D 135 lbs and the 6 is absolutely perfect. I will absolutely wear this gown more than once! It does smell a little odd, and is a little wrinkly, but that's just to be expected.Thanks Ombreprom

From the minute I saw a dress style on their website, I knew I loved it but needed some "tweaks" to make it the perfect dress I was looking for. I emailed with questions and Lily was prompt and friendly in her response. She confirmed that they could make the dress I needed (in a custom color and specific measurements, AND with a different hemline) and rush ship from China to the US by a specific date! If I could I would rate it a negative 4. Terrible customer service, they take your money then don't respond or send you your dress. I rush ordered my prom dress and it's was supposed to be here 2 months ago. My prom is in less than 2 weeks. Don't use this bull$#*! exscuse of a online store.

I wish I could edit the notes for the dress I stead of going back and reordering it. But this is my very first time ordering from you and I am more nervous about ordering this dress online then about editing the comments for the order :) Also clearer pictures that had at least front and back images that show how the dress hangs would be very beneficial to get a good feel as to what I am looking at.

Very special doing our wedding dress shopping online. She is pregnant and we will have the wedding as soon as the dress comes in - and I was comforted to read that we can return the dress within 5 days if it doesn't fit. We have a tailor lined up to help open up the back if needed.
