I have ordered rakhi hamper from talash.com for my brother. There courier partner is claiming they have delivered rakhi in his mail box and it is not delivered. May be courier partner have delivered it on wrong address or may be not. Now when i contact talash for the help they are asking me to reach UPSC courier for checking what happened and why it is not delivered. Is this why i have placed order with talash paid extra. I have paid for service which i haven't received which they write on there wedsite they and when you to regarding problem you are facing they speak about terms and condition apply just as mutual fund agent. I am totally disappointed with the service and won't recommend anyone. Pathetic service

I paid over £100 and now have no dress ?.oh and it looks nothing like the picture. I have been asked for photos wearing the dress which I’ve provided-I’ve also been offered material to make it bigger myself!!! I’ve asked for their regulator details which they haven’t provided and I’ve reported them to watchdog.

After my daughter ordering a dress to be a bridesmaid they have done nothing to respond in the correct manner they have so many bad reviews save your money and don’t order from them you won’t get your money back they respond in riddles they don’t answer questions direct and they make every excuse up when it clear says if your not happy with your dress and there is a problem you will get your money back this has still not happened and they are still messing us around I hope that they get caught and get everything they deserve as a very unreliable company

Found this place online but was a little skeptical buying an engagemenet ring online. Called to get some information and get a feel for the company. They are extremely nice and easy to contact. Small business type feel. Even worked with me to ship my ring a different method to get it sooner. My wife was extremely happy with the ring. She couldn't believe it looked exactly like the one she lost. She actually thought I found it at first. I will definitely be coming back to buy other items in the future. The ring is absolutely stunning. Love the quality. The stones shine like crazy! Everything about it is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was awesome. Personally, I had a great experience with Jeulia. Not only were they completely in contact with me the entire time, but they even expedited my ring for an event. They went way above the normal customer service expectations. They kindly answered every question I had with no complaint. No message went more than two hours without a detailed answer. I received my ring and instantly fell in love with it. The sparkle is amazing and quality is more than I ever expected for the price. It is just that beautiful. I will definitely buy again.

Amazing Wedding dress The dress exceeded our expectations.The gown is beautiful and exactly as photograph. Very well made and good materials and fabrics. And my daughters absolute favorite part of the dress the unique cloak! She LOVES this about the gown and its something different. Please be sure and read if you are ordering from the US. Production time takes up to 15days. They make the dress when you order it. Then you wait on delivery after Production, so u should order at least a month in advance or more. I know it took another 2 weeks to get here after the initial 15 days of production time.They communicate mainly through email. It is a little scary because you don't hear anything a while after you confirm that you want the dress. It plays a little on the old nerves, but overall I would have to say worth the wait and nervousness. Hopefully they will continue to work on their communication. Then after about 2 weeks from the initial email that they got the order . And then after the initial email I received about them starting production on the dress. I finally started received information that the dress had been shipped through my email. Never did any of this show on my account on their website. And then I stayed up with the dress through the USPS website after it was issued a tracking number. We are very pleased and would order again. Actually my sister also is ordering from this site as well. Overall good experience and beautiful product! Very happy my baby girl is happy!! Thank you guys!! Submitted on August 3, 2022

Do not. I repeat, do not shop with veaul. Worst shopping experience ever They have many other bad reviews online and on their social media comments but unfortunately I did not check beforehand. First of all, on the page of their dresses they make it enticing but stating it will only take 2-3 days to deliver. They hide the fact that it takes 11-14 days to make and process on another page of the website. They fail to mention this on the actual dress pages. Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. When I emailed them countless times to ask about the status of the order I received no reply. no replies on social media. Other reviews have stated that their phone number doesn’t work. But suddenly they knew how to communicate when they asked whether I wanted them to ship the finished product. They texted me and when I did not respond they emailed with a screenshot of the text. When i responded with NO and that I want a refund, they ignored it and shipped it anyway. When the dress finally arrived way after prom, it didnt look anything like the picture at ALL. The dress was horrid. This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES HERE. Luckily I was able to claim cashback with my bank. Also I have requested a couple of times to unsubscribe from their emails but I still get their emails :/ awful company.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a shipping label, as I wanted to exchange for a different size. The shoes were $300. They said I had to pay for it myself. Being a covid bride and having to make so many changes already, I was very disappointed. I still wanted the product, but did not want to pay $17 to send the shoes back. I chatted online, messaged on instagram, and emailed.

Avoid JJsHouse, it's a scam! Ordered 2 dressses and had to wait a month to receive my products instead of the 8-10 days mentioned in the email for standard delivery. Also they advertise worry-free return policy within 14 days of receiving the products on their website and emails BUT when trying to return, they refuse to take anything back even the products are still in packages. It's a scam! Customer service stalling and chat not accepting all messages. Don't waste your money here.

My hat arrived screwed up in a small box and was unable to make it look anything like the photos on the website. I'm in a battle to get a refund. Have been offered vouchers minus cost of postage. Although they have now agreed to refund I'm still awaiting the return slip after continually asking and therefor I can't send it back and get the refund. I wonder if I ever will.

What a fantastic experience I had in the wed2be store in Swindon. All staff were super friendly and warm. The member of staff who helped me throughout my appointment was a lady called Reah. She made me feel very comfortable throughout and her advise was appreciated during my visit with my family. After several dresses I found mine. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I got the staff member who went above and beyond her some flowers and chocolates and her reaction to them were priceless. Overall my visit was excellent. Recommend to anyone wanting a dress! ?

I didn’t do customizing size I ordered from their chart and the dress didn’t fit. The shipping took to long to get here and I couldn’t return it on time to get a replacement. There customer service is horrible I’m fighting for my money back on PayPal. I’m out of a dress for my son’s wedding and out of 117.00 dollars I paid them. Promhoney is a scam, within moments of the dress arriving, we noticed it didn't fit. I emailed the same day to initiate the return process and repackaged the dress. It has been three weeks and they will not respond. They have deleted all negative posts and have blocked me from warning others not to shop here!

We ordered our daughter a dress for a formal high school event and the photos on the site looked great. The $169.00 dress was suppose to arrive approximately March 12th. It finally arrived a week later. After we wrote them every day trying to find out the status, they finally put a rush on it. The website photos show a dress with no sheer material across the chest or back. The dress we received had sheer material in both the front and back. This material totally changed the look of the dress. Also, the website images shows white floral designs sewn on. When we received the dress, the floral designs were the same color as the dress. Lastly, we selected the color blue and the color received was turquoise. We contacted support several times and were repeatedly told "our dresses are hand sewn, so they might be different." We could understand some minimal differences, but this was too much. No type of refund was offered, but they said we could get 20% off another dress, if we wanted to order another. TI'm sure the markup is 40 - 60%, so they would make even more off of me, if we had ordered another. I do not recommend this company and their customer support was not what is stated on their website.

Charged me $4300 for wedding pics, album and video. Wedding was June 16, 2018!!! I still have no video or album. He cites technical difficulties, but now doesn’t even return emails or phone calls. His wife is just as bad and enables him so that he isn’t responsible by saying give him time to respond and communication should be only between us and her husband. That would be nice if he answered calls or emails. DO NOT HIRE HIM for any pictures!!!!!!! He will take your money and won’t hold up his end of the contract. Pursuing other avenues now!!!

STILL NO VIDEO- 1 YEAR AFTER OUR WEDDING and even worse he's been ignoring our calls, texts and emails. STAY AWAY or you're likely going to end up like us, seeking legal action, hoping to get even just the raw unedited footage of our special night, because to us, ITS PRICELESS and why we spent so much money on a "trustworthy" photography/videography team. Reading other reviews on multiple sites, we learned we aren't the only ones he's done this to. I'm hopeful this will turn around and we will get our video or even just the raw footage. As soon as that happens, IF it happens, I'll update this review.

This firm is nothing short of dishonest. We placed an order in November which was supposedly lost in transit but would immediately be reproduced and sent out. These were Christmas gifts for teams at work. After weeks there was absolutely nothing and no communication. We reached out multiple times in the first week of January and finally a call saying they would make them, then again nothing...Absolutely nothing. It has been over two months, they took the money and have produced nothing nor communicated anything in good faith despite the numerous emails and phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE at all costs. I can not tell you how positive the finish is on these YETI cups. We have ordered others and the coating as well as the personalized monogram and design are the BEST. These do not peel off or look bad after a bit. Beautiful mugs and loved by people receiving them as gifts.

I saw mixed reviews, but I still decided to order from them. They first insulted me about my measurements. Their sizes are off so I had to order a customized dress which of course is non returnable. I was very excited to get this dress for my cousin's wedding. I have never felt so betrayed and heart broken over a purchase. The response back from them is that I can sell it on craigslist. I love my new ring from Groove Life!! It’s everything I hoped for and more! I took the quiz they have on their website to see what size I needed and it was spot on- fits like a glove, SOOOO comfortable and light it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything. And it’s beautiful too! I’m a chef and can’t wear my engagement ring at work so I feel naked not having it on. Now I can rock my Cactus Bloom ring so I have something stylish and functional! Three cheers for Groove Life!

**** August 6, 2009 Update **** I'm updating this review 4 1/2 years after my original purchase because it seems my dispute with this company is finally resolved. Out of the blue, I received a phone call from Charlie in customer service informing me that Jewelry Central had been bought by another company. They were going through their records and came upon my file and this review; or perhaps vice versa, I'm not sure. At any rate, they offered to complete my refund and promptly sent me a check in the mail. I was completely pleased and surprised by this, and was grateful that someone there was trying to make up for a past mistake. I trust the new owners to put more attention to customer service and believe they deserve a second chance. Thanks go out to Charlie and the rest of the customer service team for making things right after all these years. My ranking will be revised to a neutral 3/5. ======= Original review: Summary: 1) They promised same-day shipping via FedEx. Based upon the date they charged my credit card and the delivery date, I believe they shipped on the 10th day via USPS. 2) I requested a cancel if they couldn’t ship by the 5th day. They shipped late anyway. 3) They shipped to the wrong address. 4) They kept $20 of my money because of items 1-3. The details of my experience: (Removed. It's been over four years. They made things right. No need for the gory details any longer.)
