Ordered a DJI Ronin S for next day delivery at noon. Got an order confirmation and went on with my day or filming, only to receive an email 2 hours later saying my order had not been despatched as a fraud prevention measure, despite me using Mastercard SecureCode during payment. The email also asked for me to email my DOB and either passport number or driving licence to prove who I am - I have no issue doing this but not via email, which is not secure. Called to complain and prove who I was and was told my identity had been cleared but that it now would not be available for Next Day delivery, which is what I needed. I am really annoyed that Wex didn't try calling me or apply some common sense to their Fraud Protection system. I get that companies need to protect against fraudulent practices, but not when I have used MasterCard SecureCode. As a result, I don't have the equipment I needed urgently. I feel very let down by Wex. If you need to be sure of your delivery, don't rely on their order confirmations and keep an eagle eye on your emails in case you are deemed to be a fraud risk. Disappointing.

Always had good interactions with Wex. Online experience is spot on, easy and painless. Their customer service and returns policy are very good and straight forward. I often have things delivered to my nearest store (Whitechapel) and the staff are always very friendly, helpful, chatty and well informed.

W needed an optical supplier who could deliver from stock, rather than have to wait for third party retail outlets. Delivery to Spain takes only three days and the combination with UPS provides up to the minute tracking all the way. If they could get their technical support sorted out (have an engineer to talk to rather than the secretary or salesperson) then that would be worth the extra star. Otherwise, perfect. Thanks.

Seriously dodgy business practices - Avoid them and buy from someone else. Ordered two items and one not in stock for 6 months. I cancelled it and I'm still waiting on a refund. Had to now open a Paypal case to recover funds, as Bresser are not issuing a refund despite being asked nicely, neither are they replying to emails either ! That's ridiculous in this day and age !

I had a couple of old film lenses and cameras that I had no use for anymore and I came across Harrison Cameras when looking to sell them to someone who could make use of them. I filled out their very easy enquiry form on their website stating the model and condition of each item and included images and within an hour, I received a quote and options on how to send the items to them. I chose the DPD collection option and selected a preferred date as I am not local to Sheffield and this was organised straightaway with confirmation. I wrapped the items and packaged them to ensure they were secure and on the day of collection, I received a text with an hour time slot - this was hands-free and I was given the tracking number (the driver brings the tracking barcode). This arrived in Sheffield the next day and I received the confirmation from Harrison Camera's that everything was fine and the initial quote stood on that day. I had the choice of payment to my account or to use towards a purchase, I chose the former and I sent my sort code and account number, and I was paid in 2 working days. Harrison Cameras were great to deal with, they were extremely speedy with email replies (usually within an hour), they kept me up to date with everything and the process was simple, easy and quick. I would 100% use again to sell old film cameras and lenses and would recommend others to do the same.

They sell items they claim are brand new but they arrive incomplete and with damaged packaging. Then when you return the items for a refund, they only pay 66% of the purchase price as the items are claimed to be "used". Very dodgy business practice.

As a newbie to NVG’s, I shopped around a lot and asked plenty of stupid questions. Eli at NV4less answered what he could and never seemed to be short or frustrated with me. I actually purchased these goggles for my wife and her birthday. Eli made sure they arrived on time for her birthday and made sure we knew how to use them. We purchased the white phosphorus model and we are very happy with the product. As expected, as delivered...Great Job!

Night vision gear can be a little bit complicated in terms of getting the right equipment for your application. Customer service at Night Vision 4 Less knows their products and they are extremely patient making sure you understand what features you need for your application and the different price options you have for getting those features.

I sent a roll of test 16mm film and payment for processing in June 2018 and have been lied to ever since about the film’s whereabouts. They have blamed the Lab for delay and Courier meanwhile have banked the cheque for the work that has not, to date, been carried out. Now ignoring all emails and contact so am writing reviews to warn others who work with film to avoid them. Their web site states that they would replace my film, but this has still to happen.

I have found this shop faultless with their help,advice and equipment they have sold me.i am a novice,so I need a lot of help,and Joseph has fallen over himself giving me help and guidance to make sure I get what I need. I was recently misled into buying a particular canon product and, not only was the information provided by sales consultant wrong, it took a long time to get Canon to accept the fact. I believe that others are being misled by the marketing. I believe that they have not taken my complaint seriously. I have lost trust in Canon.

The app is trully amazing! You can handle all your downloads for Netflix in just a couple of seconds and sit back and relax while it downloads all for you. The steps are very simple: You download the program at their wonderful website. You can download the videos in Full HD and enjoy them anytime. The download speed is very fast and you don’t need to wait. You just put your Netflix credentials, add the links and you’re ready to go. It has got a wonderful option where you can select your desired language and the bitrate. For English it has also the audio-descripted for persons who need it. The interface is very friendly. It is very simple and well-designed for avoid problems. Also when you start a download it has a got a progress bar with the percentage which allows you to understand how many minutes do you need to wait. When it finish it generates a mini screenshot of the episode and you can click play for watch it. I’m sure all people will be satisfied with this great product. And if you have any problems, they have a email-support where you can chat with them and report the problems and look for a fix together. Very poor experience and won't buy again. I bought a Nikon DSLR from Camera Jungle, paid fully and was sent a "bogus" DHL tracking number.... The Camera was not delivered and they say they are "investigating" DHL. That was weeks ago and still No acceptable solution offered: Shocking experience

They are indeed scamming people. Once a legitimate company, now in liquidation (they have no money) so they are still taking peoples orders, pretending to be open as usual but they are not. Our company have reported them to the EU fraudulent commission, our company banks are contacting this 'fake companies' bank for refunds, and I have a contact in the Dutch police whom is privately investigating the situation.

Guys loved the look and feel of the ALX-single haven’t had much of a chance to use it yet as we are in lockdown here in Melbourne, but super happy with it and is super bright, great amount of light Goodman glove is awesome love the design, could use an attachment point at the back of the glove to clip off a swivel bolt snap as my torch’s have all these on them, for storing away etc. just little extra peace of mind under water knowing thing aren’t going to fall away. But besides that absolutely love it can’t wait to get it wet..

I have just purchased the Divepro S26 and it is an excellent dive torch which is extremely bright. It is well built, very sturdy and easy to use. I suggest buying an extra battery as on the highest setting (2600 lumens) you will only get one dive from it. Highly recommended.

Zoltan at 365 Astronomy has always been as helpful as possible in all my dealing with them, during the Covid 19 period it was near impossible to find companies with physical stock there was plenty of companies showing in stock but they must rely on drop ship from manufacturers. I had ordered a tripod from one supplier, a telescope from elsewhere chased them after a week to be told they didn't actually have stock placed order with Zoltan @ 365 Astronomy and they arrived next day, highly recommended. I have since bought a ZWO ASI Air Pro from him and yet again delivered as promised and I've seen posts online from other waiting weeks even months for delivery

Avoid, avoid. I rang this company to purchase a focuser. I asked if they did next day delivery and was told they do if it is in stock, he said he would check. Item was in stock, i asked again twice if i would definitely get the item next day, he said yes, i would, it never arrived. I rang again and asked why it hadn't been delivered and was brusquely told by the same guy "i don't deal with deliveries, just emails" and was passed onto the owner who gave no excuse. When it did arrive the next day it didn't fit, apparantly this is common and they sell adapters. It would have been good practice to have asked what scope it was for to advise that i may need an adapter. Sadly it seems these don't follow good practice or live up to their promises. Go elsewhere is my advice.
