I have persisted as a customer of Whitewall for approximately the last 4 years, however I can no longer tolerate their inconsistent results and recent lack of transparency and full disclosure in terms of their promotions. Throughout the years I have often been frustrated with what could only be described as frequent lack of attention to detail within whitewall. Ready to hang prints at times arrived damaged during transport which in my opinion was largely a result of the poor packaging technique used by Whitewall (of course I still acknowledge the role that the often un-caring attitude of many transport companies plays in this). On other occasions prints would also arrive with flaws or blemishes in the print it self or in the framing / mounting process yet these would still come adorned with Whitewalls large 'quality assurance' certificate stuck to the rear side of the product. I persisted as a customer of whitewall for two main reasons: Firstly, they always replaced these damaged or blemished items at no cost to me as the customer (which is expected but not always a given in my experience with printers). The problem with this high frequency of re-prints is the major delays in supplying customers with the images they had paid for within a timely manner and on one occasion resulted in me missing the entry deadline for a photo competition due to having to wait for a replacement print to arrive. Secondly, whitewall often provided free freight promotions which made some of their product prices quite competitive. After many recent unsuccessful attempts to apply one of these free freight promotional codes to my last order, I contacted whitewall to determine the reason for this not applying and they told me they no longer offer free freight to international orders despite not disclosing this on their promotional flyers / email notifications, or anywhere for that matter. This has been the final straw for me regarding whitewall and I feel I can no longer persist with this printing company despite my liking of a number of their products.

On 3/12/21, I paid Snappr for 2 hours of photography service, to be completed on 4/17/21. However, the day before the shoot, the photographer said she was busy on 4/17/21, and provided one hour of photography service on the next day, on 4/18/21. On 4/26/21, I received the photos from the Snappr Photographer. I was not happy with the qualities of the photos and followed up with the Photographer on 4/26/21, 4/27/21, and 6/25/21 and did not receive any resolution from the Snappr Photographer. On 7/16/21, the Snappr photographer sent me some photos via email. However, upon close examination, the photos looked the same as the original photos and there was not any re-editing done to them. Due to dissatisfaction with the quality of the photos from the 4/18/21 photoshoot, for which I did not receive a resolution, and the lack of response from the Snappr photographer, I would not want to use Snappr again. Also, I paid for 2 hours of photography service that was scheduled to take place on 4/17/21, but received only one hour of service. I requested a refund for the unused hour and was denied by Snappr. I suggest you hire a photographer somewhere else unless you are looking for a really bad experience that you won’t forget for a long time.

This bag is so sturdy. It stands by its own. It is shock proof. Lightweight. It has a space for 13" Mac. For some lenses and camera. I don't have so many lenses yet, thinking how to use those empty spaces...It is a quite big bag, good for photographers. It has a shockproof coating in both the sides. Front is very hard which will keep your laptop safe from bending. And yes, it has place for a tripod which I didn't use yet. Inside as others told you can adjust the spaces. Inside dividers are removable. But at the same time securely attachable to the sides and bottom. Probably this will be a perfect gift for your photographer friends.

I spent just under $700 on a camera. I emailed them after i purchased to confirm that it was NEW and they assured me that it was. The camera i received was clearly Used so i emailed them and began the return and refund process. It took 15 days for them to receive the camera because of their business hours and then they tried to short me 20% of my refund because "Customer was refunded less 20% as he returned his parcel in completely abused condition." I had to call to dispute this nonsense to get my full refund. I am not the type to write bad reviews, i know stuff happens. But this entire process has been a nightmare. I would stay away

I ordered a Nikon d5600 camera package as a Christmas gift for a family member on 11/29/19 for 663.38 through the google marketplace. I received the order 12/10/19. However, prior to its arrival, I learned that I had ordered the wrong camera. The shipping box was opened upon receipt but none of the individual package contents were opened or removed from the box. The camera was not touched. The original shipping carton was resealed and returned within the advertised return date (12/16/19). The store refunded only half of the purchase price (331.69), claiming that the "item was received in deep abused condition." I contacted the google marketplace for help but after numerous communications was told that they could not override the seller's decision. A google search reveals that I am not alone in being treated this way by Ted's Electronics. I would strongly recommend against anyone buying from Ted's Electronics or through the Google Marketplace.

Beware anyone considering purchasing a Groupon from Scanmyphotos! I purchased the $29 deal for and sent them 500 of my most endeared photos. I was informed my Groupon was "expired" and invalid and now they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more. I asked Groupon to intervene. Groupon was no help at all. I spent $25 on the groupon, $20 to ship the photos, then Scanmyphotos charged me another $20 to return the photos months later. I would not consider using this company again. I'm out $85. Don't buy into their Groupon. You may be sorry.

When I first began using Kizoa several years ago it was quite functional. Not completely user friendly, but it was possible to learn your way around and create a fairly nice movie/slide show. But recently it's function has declined markedly, stopping my projects midstream after a great deal of effort, with no support from Kizoa. Constantly unable to upload critical photos and collages after putting in a great deal of work. Very, very frustrating. If you are looking for a dependable media production application I can no longer recommend Kizoa. Definitely look elsewhere because this one has become a dead end.

I paid for Kizoa last year & created an amazing video for Fathers Day. I was so impressed I chose to purchase one of the upgrades and it was supposed to be for 12 months. A few months later I was denied access to my account which kept telling me my subscription had expired. Not happy!!

I have been with PhotoWhoa for quite a while now and I regularly get products from their site as they offer good discounts. The thing I like the most are the people working there. They are truly helpful and respond to all my queries well in time. Plus they have a lot of interesting stuff to read. @sarita.g: I choose to disagree with you. Megha has been great. She has been sending good content and I have been reading it for a very long time and it was merely a few times that I encountered any grammatical errors. And from where I see, I think you have not been with PhotoWhoa for long. Be very careful here. These people lie most of the time. When you have an issue they will not answer the phone. I ordered a complete system and with high quality cameras. I received very cheap $50.00 cameras and not close to what I ordered. Took a month of promises on delivery before they did ship. Shorted one camera and refused to help then would not answer the phone. This is a scam business. I ended up disputing the credit card purchase.

It didn't ask me to sign up, to download anything you just upload the file you want to convert and it downloads the final file to your PC. Perfectly. So far I have not experienced any weird viruses or havne't noticed any other suspicious downloads from them. Hopefuly i never will. I bought an 8 channel system (complete system) which including the camera, cables, DVR and LCD screen and the total was $900. I was at Frys and for the same price I could only get a 4 channel system which was pretty much the same thing in terms of IR cameras and features like remote access through the internet. Set up was simple as expected and it all works just fine. Nice that it comes with a 1 year war too.

great tool for photoshop masking - I used to use corel's knockout 2 for years and just got used to it, but I heard of fluid mask and this works great for masking, especially for doing backgrounds. It can selectively do hair as well which is very impressive. Download it yourself and check it out. Also very easy to use.

Fotoflexer is a free photo editing tool. Even though it does have great, useful features, the negative outweighs the positive. The negative side is that editing photos on Fotoflexer takes forever. There is more loading than editing. It freezes every now and again, and sometimes crashes. Not really recommended for those who want to edit large amounts of photos, but maybe one or two every now and again would be OK.

I used FotoFlexer all the time. I even gave several referrals to use it because I'm a writer and enjoy creating interesting photo covers for my stories. Here's the thing: If you are like me and like everything to be perfect after dedicating hours to creating something fantastic -- not for you. Not to say creations aren't fun -- when they work. But after working hard on adjusting color, cutting the picture out, and then having the system bug out it gets pretty frustrating. On the other hand, it's great for readjusting the size of pictures, by adding pixels, but the adjustment is fairly limited. In a nutshell, if you're using FotoFlexer for something quick and fun, it's like the cheap date you took out as a favor to your friend; but don't expect anything big to come of it.

I did, it seems, make a mistake in my initial submital to Retouche however my attempts to correct my error were ignored with responses totally indifferent of any effort to correct my intent. The final product although it did include a correction I had not requested was marginal at best even with the inclusion of some repeatedly requested corrections. Bottom line, I have received equal or better work for other more complex projects at a much less price and a more rapid response time. I used Retouche only because I lost tract of the previously used firms. I will definitely expend more effort to locate other sources for any future projects. Communications with Paul, who seems to be the primary spokesperson for Retouche, are difficult at best. He seems to be rude and totally indifferent to any thought of the customers wishes. W H Jones

I'm a newbie photographer so utilities that allow editing photos easily and inexpensively are very useful to me. Softorbits has some nice ones for removing background and editing out the unwanted objects. Pretty cool!

First time I had a .cdr file sent to me from qa client that had it from many, many years back and wanted to use the image on their website. Well, no Corel Draw on my computer (use Illustrator, yes, Corel Draw is probably better) and I did not want to take the time to go to someone I know who has it to convert it. Found a link in a forum to Zamzar and dropped the file onto the browser and was done in 5 minutes as an illustrator file. OH MY GOSH. that was easy and no watermarks and not strings. Thank You! But the guilt ate at me. I should thank them or pay them something for their time and effort. But I do not need a subscription. It was my first .cdr conversion ever. I will probably never do it again. THANK YOU ZAMZAR!!!!

This isn't the most robust video converter for MP4, OGV, or webM, but it is FREE. You can't beat free. The codecs work fine and can help you be HTML5 compliant, however, you have little control over resolution, quality, and audio. If Mira video converter doesn't work for you, I would suggest trying movavi.com as your second option, but that costs around $50. That problem has far more controls over output.

Recently, all the charts of free applications in the Mac App Store have been stormed by a utility from Participatory Culture Foundation called Miro Video Converter. This is a free video converter for iOS devices, which takes on its simplicity and support for a large number of formats.The work of Miro Video Converter (MVC) is very simple. You drag the source file onto the application window, select the device under which the conversion will take place in the drop-down menu, and start the procedure. At its end, the finished file will automatically be sent to iTunes and further for synchronization. At the input, MVC understands formats and containers such as AVI, H.264, MOV, WMV, XviD, Theora, MKV, FLV and MP4. At the same time, at the output you can get not only a file for iPod / iPhone or iPad, but also for one of the Android devices or a PSP prefix. But MVC lacks some flexibility, but it copes with its work. I do not like also that MKV file processing is not always correct, so it may take really lot of time. So I decided to search for another video converter. I just love the software that I bought. I first buy the Movavi 15 and then upgraded to Movavi 17. It is easy to use video editor and the new software has lots of features. The one that I love most is the callout. Hope it will be free update whenever they will offer new features of this Movavi 17. And also hope they will make the software into 64bit so that the saving and uploading of the finished video will be quick.

sure it took a while to get 60fps but its there sure its not after effects but it renders 1080p 60fps videos sure its not premier.. but you can edit a video in litteraly 5 mins and move on.. It is from my opinion more then ull ever need for a proper youtube channel... simply no freakin needs of a high end studio editor for a dam gaming video.. Has long your encoder is at 60fps at fast paceds heavy intensive games its all good

Warning dont subscribe to these guys emails! Although in the UK I think it is illegal not to be able to unsubscribe from emails, when I try to unsubscribe from theirs, I always get HTTP500 Internal Server Error, and if I log in and manage subscriptions the page is always not found. They have clearly made it impossible to unsubscribe.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I purchased a font from them, and when I transferred that font into my program, I noticed the letters were crooked. It was a few of them. I contacted costumer service right away. The person that replied to me, said she/he had forwarded that email to someone else to help me.(11-11-19) as of today,(11-24-19) I have not heard from anyone. This is the first, and last time I give this person my business. Literally, the worst costumer service.

I too am dissatisfied. I ordered the Silhouette Designer edition. I received an email stating how to retrieve my download. I followed the instructions but there is no download. I have asked them to cancel and they damn well better not charge my card or I will stop the transaction from going through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

I am a school principal. When I joined it, I saw that there were no security cameras; I suggested my school administration that we should have cameras especially at the main entrance and exit of the school, so they asked me to search about some good security solution provider. I have been in a nightmare situation with this company. We only got to the stage where they practiced on 10 sample photos for me. They tried about 4 times to retouch 10 images to my style and they were SO off that I decided I was not interested in having them retouch the entire wedding. I asked them for a refund about 6 times, they said they will not give a refund but continue to try to edit the images until I am satisfied. I am obviously not going to be satisfied with their work after all of the attempts and communication we have tried. They continue to drag out this process and are doing everything possible not to give me a refund even though no significant work has been done.

In the past month, I've rented from CSI three times. The second and third rentals went perfectly smoothly. The first was a fine business transaction, however, the Zacuto rig that was provided was either in desperate need of repair, or was just a piece of junk (either could be the case, but I suspect the former). The handheld grips could not be locked, and would become loose during normal operation. The tightening levers didn't ratchet, and couldn't be tightened beyond a certain point which was insufficient. And the screws which held the entire assembly together were either some strange size which was neither metric nor standard, or were stripped beyond usefulness. It was difficult to operate with grips which would suddenly become loose, sending the camera lurching around on my shoulder. Usually I prefer to have an AC do checkout on all gear to make sure it operates, but this wasn't that kind of job, so in some ways, this is on our producers. Still, it would be good to know that y'all are testing out the builds to make sure the gear works.
