I am very satisfied with the products I purchased(crash bars and handle bar risers). It took awhile to get them though. Customer service was great. I would buy from them again.

I went to altrider store here in Seattle with more questions than answers. I was looking for a solution to carry my rotopax fuel and water. I have several altrider products (purchased from dealer) and have been completely satusfied with quality.
The willingness of altrider employee (who was obviously very busy) to assist me, answer questions and come out to look at bike and then offer several options, was impressive customer service. The options offered did not all include purchasing from them. He was just looking to make certain that I had the system in place that would work best for me. Thank you and I will be back and of course will continue to purchase your quality products from dealer as well.

All you need now is a larger inventory of K 1600 GTL parts and accessories.

My stuff arrived to shipping address.Now this week I shall be in a business trip to Italy,
besides I shall pick my stuff up. Your service so far so good, I am very happy. When I come

I recently bought the crash bars for my Triumph Tiger 800. They arrived in three days! Quality is as good as it gets: perfect welds and perfect fit. Written and YouTube instructions were spot on. Great experience all the way around!

I'm outfitting my '15 r1200gs for some extensive adventures. EVERYTHING I have purchased has fit perfectly, seems to be designed to provide superior protection. The installation instructions are very easy to follow. All needed hardware is provided, the proper length & specialty hardware firs like oem.

I decided to go on a 3 day adventure ride at the last minute. My usual ride, a 2009 KLR650 was out of commission, needing a complete to the frame teardown and rebuild. I decided it was time to prep a 2013 Husqvarna TR650 Terra.

Crash bars, bash plate and tail plate required ASAP. Ordered on Monday. Arrived Tuesday (shipping was free), installed Tuesday afternoon. Incredibly fantastic fit and finish. Total install time for all 3 pieces was less than an hour. I'm blown away by that!

I'll definitely shop AltRider again in the future and will definitely recommend to fellow Adventure Riders.

Ride starts tomorrow, Friday May 27, 2016!

last January 2015 I bought a Skid plate for my KTM 1190 R 2014 and these days (April 28) I've noticed that one of the welds is broken, does not have any blow that caused the weld to crack, I think it could have a defect and that the vibration of the bike will help it to break, which is the guarantee of my product because I just took 3 months and a half with him and as welding broke without having had any impact, and from May 1, 2015 I emailed to notify the defect without that to date June 21, 2015 a response beyond lousy product that sold me, so I do not recommend this brand of accessories

I ordered about six things included crash bars and it all arrived two days before I expected it. (from Washington State to Washington D.C. across the US.) Everything was packed well. No issues. Great service.

I ordered a rear rack for my 1200 GS the directions for installation were not very clear I wanted to install the rack low to keep weight low however after getting it installed the stock panniers would not fit. I reinstalled it with the stock BMW plastic riser and really did not like it that high. I then went online to investigate and found the note that if using the vario boxes I need to make a note when ordering..my bad. I then went to their website and e-mailed them with no reply twice. After waiting for replies for a day I called and the person said he would look around for some spacers and send them. So I'm really glad I'm going thru this a month before my next trip if I were in a hurry it wouldn't be happening. I am happy so far with the quality of the rack but I have owned it for 2 weeks and its still sitting on my work bench uninstalled. For the 400 bucks spent they should have just included the 7 spacers required to shim the rear rack for stock BMW panniers

I ordered crash bars for my 2013 Ducati Multistrada and was sent a kit for a 2015 Multistrada because of a shipping error, AltRider Customer Service rep Delvene determined that only a couple of the parts were different. She shipped me the parts without waiting for me to return the wrong ones and was helpful and supportive throughout the process. I have installed the bars on my Multistrada and shipped the wrong parts back to AltRider (at their expense, of course).

Scott Albertson contacted me about my order explaining that I could order through Blackfoot Motorsports in Calgary as he explained that they don't usually ship orders to Canada, He explained that he could ship it anyways if I liked. I got him to ship it and that I would check with Blackfoot in the future. The service I got was top notch and I received the items today. So once again thanks to Scott for his help on this order.

I was asked to give my review a catchy title and I believe I did but it has nothing to do with the fact that my crash bars for my 2016 Tenere came on time, fit perfectly and look good. Seem to be well engineered.

AltRider was the only parts provider I found for the kick stand pad I needed for my 2013 Yamaha Super Tenere. They were very helpful and the pad bolted right on and works great.

The AltRider rack I ordered for my 2015 KTM 1190 Adventure R was delivered quickly and in extremely secure packing. A very professional product which bolted right up to my bike. I will be a repeat customer!
