I can not express enough how helpful, thoughtful and patient Claire was while I struggled through customizing the perfect bike, on my 'single mom budget' for my son.
She and Beach Bikes have made everything perfect!

Being a bigger guy, I was looking for a larger bike, so I ended up getting a Firmstrong 29er beach cruiser from Amazon. The bike looked great after assembly, but I noticed there was a little wobble in the rear wheel/hub. After a chat with Claire in the service department, she said that I could bring it to any bike shop for repair and they would reimburse me. I have heard that story in the past, and figured it would take a long time to track down the money. Boy, I could have not been more wrong. It was easy, quick and, most importantly, painless! I would highly recommend the bike as well as the company - they stand by their products!

I ordered a bike and was called two days later and was told they did not have the bike. After looking at order i realized an order had been placed for 3 speed when I asked for single speed. A new order was placed for single speed. Four days later the original 3 speed arrived missing front frame for fenders and several bolts and s rews. To save time and money i kept the 3 speed and I am still waiting for fender frame. The bolts and screws arrived with out the fender frame.

Recently purchased the sixthreezero Around the Block 7 speed and was very happy with the purchase and the quality of the bike. And very easy to assemble, would highly recommend !

Our nephews, 12 and 15, assembled their bikes in no time and ride them everywhere! They love the way the bikes look "cool" and ride smoothly. Thanks for a great experience!

I made my order July 9th I received a confirmation almost amediattly but that was it. 4 days later I sent them an email not realizing that they were closed on Wednesday, I didn't get a reply on Thursday or Friday so I called Friday to check on the status of my order and was told that they were out of stock and didn't expect any in until the end of July or the first of august but if I wanted to I could select a different bike so I did, but they were out of those as well so that's where I stand I'm out $300 with nothing to show for it. Hopefully they will send it soon. I wish they would have let me know sooner that they didn't have in stock the item that I wanted and waited before accepting my money

I love my 7 speed navy EVRYJOURNEY bike. I looked at bikes for months trying to find one that would meet my needs and still look good. I am 5'1" and have lower back problems so this wasn't an easy task. After ordering I received emails keeping me up to date with shipping and delivery information, which was faster than I expected. My husband was able to assemble in less than an hour. My EVRYJOURNEY allowed me to position the seat and handlebars so that I am sitting upright which allows me to ride comfortably. I can even touch the ground when I stop. Our family has enjoyed riding together and will definitely purchase from sixthreezero again!

I ordered this bike for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It took about an hour to assemble and I found the instructions easy to follow. The quality is outstanding, fit and finish is great. The fact that it has fenders, chain guard and a seat that is really comfortable all exceeded my expectations. Great purchase.

Ordered two bikes for our 12 year old daughters. They were delivered on time and packaged as described. They were packed well, nothing was damaged and everything was included to complete assembly. Bikes are of good quality and the removable basket is awesome! I know two little girls that are going to be very excited on Christmas morning.

I placed an online order and was told via email within a few days that both bikes that I had ordered were on back order. I was given the option to swap my order for something different or to wait for the product to arrive. One bike was a birthday gift for my wife and she was very specific about size, speed and color. Lara, at Beachbikes was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting the bike my wanted (in time) and finding me a perfect replacement for the one that I ordered for myself. She was even nice enough to refund the shipping cost for one of the bikes for my trouble. I would definitely order from them again.

I had tried to order a bike a few months ago with very disappointing results. This week I ordered another bike. The bike arrived in 2 days in beautiful condition.
I'd definitely order from them again.

I live in Illinois and ordered 3 bikes from beachbike with out any problems. Both my neighbors ordered bike from beachbike also. I am extremely happy with the bikes. I have had them a year now without any issues. I would recommend ordering a bike from beachbikes.

I ordered and received two SixThreeZero EvryJourney 7-speed adult bikes and could not be happier with the products and the service provided by the SixThreeZero team! Assembly was pretty quick and easy on the first bike, and the assembly was even faster on the second since the experience with the first bike was so easy to put together. The SixThreeZero customer service team is a good in their delivery as their product is. The company is/has been very responsive to our request for a replacement brake cable which was damaged somewhere in the packaging or delivery process. They have replied to all our questions and observations, and have won us over with their bikes and great customer service. Thank you one and all!

I purchased a custom bike several months ago. While riding it one of the fenders fell off, went under my wheel and caused me to get into a serious crash that resulted in an injury that caused me to miss work. I was promised a new fender for my bike, it arrived, and I just opened the box that the fenders were sent in. They’re the wrong color. This is completely and utterly unacceptable.

This company’s lack of attention to detail caused me serious injury and I had to miss work.
The person who put my bike together did it improperly. The fender post / bracket was missing a screw.

All I asked for was a replacement fender. I was told I was going to get an email with a tracking number for the new fender immediately following my original phone call. That didn’t happen. I called and left two voicemails and got no response. I was finally contacted, after calling again the following Monday. I was told, again, that I would be receiving a new fender, in addition to a bell, and a cup holder.

I did not receive a bell or a cup holder, and I’ve just opened the box for the fenders, and they’re the wrong color. My fenders were white, these ones are mint green, which is nowhere close to white.

Additionally, I was refunded $100 to a card that I no longer have.

I would appreciate a shipment with the promised WHITE fender, and would highly appreciate a full refund to a card that I actually have in my possession. At this point, I think I should be receiving a full refund for the bike, which would make up for the several days of work I missed as a result of the injury sustained in the crash that was caused by this company's lack of attention to detail.

I ordered my bike on May 9. I'm expected to have it by August 5.

I recently received my sixthreezero EVRYjourney Women's 26-Inch 7-Speed Step-Through Touring Hybrid Bicycle in Navy and couldn't be happier. The bike is gorgeous and was easy to assemble. I was looking for just this bike for well over a year, I was reluctant to purchase it online but relied heavily on all the positive reviews. When I couldn't find anything locally I took the plunge and couldn't be more pleased. The only thing that may beat this bike is their customer service. When I had a question about my order they responded very quickly. When delivery of the bike was delayed they offered me another color or a discount. I opted to wait and received the discount immediately and it was well worth the wait!

I was initially going to provide a 3 star rating. I wanted to get a bike for my son (13). He had ridden a cruiser (six three zero bike) over the summer at a relative's but wanted one with speeds. I called and left at least 5 messages. No one called me back. I then did a chat with a representative who was very, very knowledgeable. I continued to have questions and then was referred to the beach bike site as they had more customizable colors to choose from (firmstrong bruiser 3-speed). When we received the bike it was packaged very well. One small scratch on the fender and the seat bolt was missing. I emailed the company and they sent a new bolt mechanism within 3 days. The customer service was great. They need to work on the return call aspect or not have that option available. I since ordered a bike for myself (EvryJourney seven speed) and I LOVE it. Great bike and great company.

I bought a SixThreeZero AroundTheBlock 7 speed cruiser and I absolutely love it! I'm a teacher and I ride my bike to school, the kids keep asking me where I bought it, they want one too! lol

I love my beach cruiser. It rides amazing and has great style too!
